Chapter 224 - Chapter 223: Forcibly Entering the Shibuya Meteorite Zone!

After the routine of cleaning her parents' grave and offering flowers, Hiyori stood there lost in thought for a long time.

"Hiyori, are these your parents' graves?"

Kagami walked up from behind. He paid his respects as well.

He then asked, "Did they also die during the Shibuya Meteorite event?"

"I don't know…" Hiyori replied.

Although Raven had told her a great deal, it still required confirmation. However, her previous misunderstandings of both Kagami and Tendo were now gone.

"How did you know about the belt?" Kagami hesitated, but decided to be completely honest.

"Seven years ago…" Hiyori began to recount the image she had seen back then.

"That's impossible. The belt was only developed recently; it couldn't have existed seven years ago," Kagami quickly stated.

But immediately afterward, an image flashed through his mind, something Tendo said during his first transformation. Tendo claimed the belt had been with him for a long time.

That Tendo...

Why did he have the belt? Kagami was left stunned.

"Forget it. Maybe my memory is simply wrong," Hiyori shook her head and continued, "However, going to that place from seven years ago might help me figure things out."

"That area is currently sealed off. We can't just go in casually," Kagami shook his head, trying to persuade her to drop the idea.

Hiyori remained silent, just staring quietly ahead.

Soon after, both Kagami and Tendo departed.

Raven, who had been observing from a distance, came over and stood with Hiyori, letting the sea breeze wash over them.

"It seems you still have a lot of questions," Raven said to her.

"I'm not that I don't believe you, it's just that there are some things I need to confirm for myself…" she said meekly.

"Then I'll take you to that place to see for yourself."

"Yes." A flicker of joy appeared in Hiyori's eyes.

A short while later, several Worms were drawn to the area.

Raven took Hiyori's hand. The Worms were targeting Hiyori because she carried the fragment of the Shibuya meteorite, a green meteorite fragment only carried by a Native Worm.

Kagami, who had left, suddenly returned. He had just learned from Tadokoro that people wearing green meteorite fragments were targeted by the Worms. He remembered Hiyori had such a fragment on her person.

He rushed back, only to see the last Worm explode after being kicked by Raven. The nearby ground was littered with the marks left by the Worms' explosions. It looked like the fight had been over in an instant.

"H-Hiyori, are you okay?" Kagami asked awkwardly.

He had almost forgotten that Raven was right by her side. Naturally, nothing would have gone wrong. He felt foolish for worrying so much.

"We're going to the Shibuya Meteorite Zone. Do you want to come along?" Raven asked Kagami.

"That area isn't allowing anyone inside right now…" Kagami quickly shook his head.

"That rule doesn't apply to me."

Raven said, and then, taking Hiyori, he climbed onto the back of his Junglaider, and they rode off.

Hiyori affectionately wrapped her arms around Raven's waist, resting her face against his back, looking completely at ease.

"Wait!"

Kagami started his motorcycle and followed them.

They quickly arrived at the Shibuya Meteorite Zone. Unlike its former bustling state, the area had now become a wasteland akin to a nightmare and was permanently sealed off.

However, a squad of ZECTroopers was patrolling the perimeter of the sealed zone. The squad leader was Kageyama.

"Kagami, you can't go in. This is an order from above."

Kageyama seemed to be waiting there specifically to block them.

"What exactly is inside there?" Kagami stepped forward, curiously questioning Kageyama.

He, too, was eager to know what ZECT had been hiding all this time. He decided to join Raven and Hiyori to get to the bottom of it.

"I don't know, and you don't need to know."

Kageyama summoned the TheBee Zecter and attached it to his Rider Bracelet. It was clear he was determined to stop them from proceeding.

Seeing this, Kagami transformed before Raven could act.

"You two go ahead."

He was worried that if Raven got involved, he might once again be too reckless.

Raven simply smiled faintly, took Hiyori's hand, and continued walking unhurriedly.

However, the squad of ZECTroopers chased after them.

Raven moved with lightning speed, effortlessly taking them down using only his physical strength. The ZECTroopers' combat ability wasn't much different from that of an ordinary person, though they could withstand more punishment and were equipped with heavy firepower.

"Let's go in."

Looking at the gate ahead, Raven spoke to Hiyori.

Hiyori nodded, gathering her courage as she stepped onto the sealed, derelict ground.

They hadn't ventured far inside the ruins before numerous Worms appeared. It was unsurprising, as the only life in this area was the Worms. The meteorite had carried massive amounts of Worm eggs, turning the Shibuya area into a breeding ground for them.

Raven calmly pulled out the Faiz Phone.

He then input the transformation code.

"Standing By!"

Raven closed the phone and placed it onto the belt's Driver.

He softly announced, "HenShin!"

"Complete!"

After the belt successfully activated, a framework composed of red Photon Blood appeared on Raven's body. Then, amidst a blinding flash of light, he successfully transformed into Faiz right in front of Hiyori!

Simultaneously, the Junglaider parked outside automatically switched to the Pegasus mode. It transformed into a flying robot and landed right beside Hiyori, guarding her safety.

This was a new upgrade for his Junglaider—it could transform into the corresponding motorcycle based on the Kamen Rider he transformed into, much like Decade's Machine Decader. It was incredibly convenient.

Pulling the Faiz Edge from the Pegasus's handlebar, he charged forward and began slicing through the swarm of Worms.

"Boom!"

He instantly killed nearly every Worm with a single slash. In moments, more than a dozen Worms were annihilated.

"Clang!"

Raven wiped the blade and then turned to Hiyori.

She let out a sigh of relief.
