And by the time the ruin-sky felt like evening, he had reached Level 6 and banked a healthy stack of evolution points and loot. Skill books from rare bosses had pushed his entire kit to Rare.

Most players' skills wouldn't reach Uncommon for weeks, and here he was already with a full Epic kit.

While hunting the bosses, Loki wanted to evolve his [Poisoned Dagger] and found that the points needed had increased massively.

He stood, crossed the room, and went into the bathroom.
Eunha froze, half-offended, half-lost. Her "boyfriend" had just ignored her when she was nearly naked.
'This is the first time he has seen me like this, yet he did not even react. Did he lose interest in women?' Eunha thought
He came out, dressed himself, and started cooking. He noticed she'd used his plates; he didn't comment.
"Hey, Seojin! What is wrong with you?" she snapped when he didn't look at her. "You saw your girlfriend naked and that's your reaction? Are you even a man?"
"You're not my girlfriend," he said, meeting her eyes at last. "And get out of my house."
Her mouth fell open. "Wh— you were serious about breaking up? Are you crazy? Do you know who I am? I'm the great Shin Eunha."
"I don't care," Seojin said, holding the line as his temper pressed at his ribs. "Get out."
'I need to be patient, ' he told himself.
"Did you get another girlfriend? Is that it? Even when I made sure no other girl would approach you. Who is that bxtch?"
Enuha continued her rant while he made his food and finished eating it. He set the dishes in the sink and walked to her. Then took her wrist—not gently—and pulled her to the door.
"Let go, you bastard!"
He opened the door and put her outside.
"Don't come back. I never want to see you again." The door closed on her voice.
"You'll regret this! Do you hear me, you'll regret it! I met someone incredible in that game world, he's rich and powerful, he'll—"
Seojin was already in his room. He lay back and felt the weight of the day settle through his bones.
'The gates of other towns should be opening soon. Things will start moving faster,' he thought.
He closed his eyes, let the last heat bleed out of him, and slept.

Whispers about Loki started as soon as he spawned.
Loki took a look around and saw order and discipline around the town. People were being guided properly and being made into balanced parties.
'Looks like the government has started taking care of things.'
He looked up to check out the leaderboard.

"I have loot. Can you meet me in town?"
"Ah, of course I'll be right there."
'I should organize the stuff till she comes'
"Loki-nim, you're here."
He turned. Sergeant Han approached with a woman half a step ahead of him. The way he carried himself behind her said enough about rank.
