Kaya was shocked to hear that "this guy is K..." Kaya thought and she looked at him, a disappointed look he was giving to her
"Disappointed" a word came out of a man who didn't speak a thing since they came there, a deep voice which sounded mean and rude, Kaya's eyes were only focused on him
Everyone smiled "you two were so close when you were kid... You couldn't live a moment without eachother" Kaya's elder brother said
"Right... I didn't know at that time how to live my life without him... I missed him alot in my teenage years but after meeting with Alan I just forgot about everything..." Kaya thought
She was lost in K's eyes, "I guess you two should go for a walk. I guess you two need some time alone, afterall... Friends are meeting after years..." K's mother said happily
Kaya was just stunned, she was only looking at K, K then left from the dining table and started to walk towards the door
Kaya was only watching him leave, K stopped "hey!... Do you want to come or not?" He asked her,
Kaya realised that she have to talk with him and she also left the dining table in order to follow him
"This is my chance... I have to ask him to become my fake boyfriend..." She thought and they left the house
But none of them were talking to eachother "should I approach him first?" She thought and she was about to say something but...
"You've grown up, aren't you?" K asked her, Kaya nodded, "then what were you accepting? Obviously it's been 14 years I will obviously grow, you know" Kaya said to him
"Is that so?" He muttered then he looked at Kaya
"Should I ask him if he has any girlfriend and after answering the question he will ask me that if I have any boyfriend and I will tell him the full story and after that I will ask him to be my fake boyfriend" she thought, she was planning all that in her mind
K was silently walking looking straight at the path, Kaya too but her eyes were sidely staring him
"Hey! Do you have any girlfriend?" She asked, K looked at her, her eyes were waiting for a answer "No!" He replied
"Perfect" Kaya thought, K then started to look at the path again "Why?..." Kaya asked, K stopped walking and started to look at her eyes
And Kaya too, they were looking straight into eachother's eyes, "Because I love someone whom I know since childhood..." He replied, his voice was low and became even more gentle
"Oh! Is that so? Who is that person? You didn't confess to her" Kaya asked, K's eyes were still focused in her eyes
"No!... I didn't confess to her because I don't think she loves me" K replied, Kaya looked at him
"Hey!... Just ask me if I have any boyfriend..." She thought and there were disappointment in her eyes
K noticed that, and he started to walk on the path, Kaya too started to follow him
"By the way we're friends so we have every rights to know everything about eachother, don't we?" Kaya asked, K stopped walking
"You still think of me as your friend?" K asked, Kaya shook her head as yes... "I do and what about you?" Kaya asked looking straight into his eyes
"Don't you have any friends? That you have to stuck with your childhood friend till now?" K asked, his tone was saying that he was teasing her
Kaya became angry "what do you mean? I do have friends..." Kaya said confidently, anger was showing on her face
"Oh! How many?" K teased her, kaya became angry "two..." Her voice still had that confidence
"Only two?... So, you really are a loner huh?!" K teased her again and started to laugh, "hey!!! Don't laugh!" Kaya yelled at him
"Why should I not? You loner?" He teased her again by coming closer to her face, their eyes met, there were only some inches distance between their faces
K moved his head to the other side ignoring the eye contact, Kaya still tried to look Directly at his eyes
His eyes which were blushing hard, "don't look at me with your eyes!" He said to her then he placed his hands on her eyes
"Hey! What are you doing huh?!!" She yelled at him, he then looked at her face and chuckled "you still act like a kid, don't you?" He asked her
She removed his hands from her eyes "I'm not a kid" she replied, she was flustered "oh really?!" He asked then he gently touched her cheeks
He looked at her eyes blushing after he touched her cheeks "this eyes used to cry alot back then" he muttered then he looked at her soft pink lips which wanted to ask him something but couldn't
He then removed his hand from her face "you know having two loyal friends are better than having fake friends" she said suddenly and she started to look lower, her eyes became sad
K noticed that "is that the case?" He smiled gently, "yeah..." She muttered... "You're grown up, aren't you? Maybe you have made many friends so you don't need me anymore..." She said to him, her voice became even more sadder than before
K was only looking at her face which was shy and sad. "What makes you think like that huh?!" He asked her
She looked up at his face, a tall figure he was "I definitely need you... I was waiting all this years to meet you but don't you think you've changed way too much?" he asked her
She didn't say a thing, she was only focused on his face, his expressions. "What does he mean by I changed alot?" She thought
"I know that you used to cry alot but still you had a positive energy in yourself but now I don't sense anything..." He said, his voice became even more lower
"I guess it's because... I recently got broke up..." She finnally expressed what she wanted to for so long
K was only looking at her "do I look pathetic in his eyes?" She thought, "you know he cheated on me with another woman" she explained, her eyes suddenly became teary... Her voice started to tremble
"So?... You got dumped by your boyfriend?" He asked for confirmation, "yeah..." She replied, a low voice that hardly reached his ears
He started to laugh, Kaya was shocked "you!!" She yelled, he was still laughing "sorry, sorry I couldn't stop myself..." He replied while wiping his tears
She then started to throw fist at his back "haha! You're still a kid, aren't you?" He teased her, "a kid who gets offended by all this little things, haah?!" He asked mocking her
"I'm not a kid!" She shouted, she then stopped throwing fists at him afterall it didn't have any effects on him
"You're annoying..." She muttered, "whom are you calling annoying huh?!" He asked, then he patted her head "you still get annoyed easily, don't you?" He asked, his voice was still teasing her
"By the way do you want to hangout with me?" She asked, K was shocked by this sudden question "what should I reply to this question?" He thought
"I guess I need to spend more time with him so that... I can ask him to be my boyfriend later" she thought
"Hmm... Do you want to hangout with me?" He asked her, she looked at him "yeah..." She replied
"I'm only free at nights for some weeks, I opened a new restaurant so I have to manage that at afternoon" he explained
"So?... We can hangout at night, right?" She asked him, there was excitement on her face and eyes
"At night, I have to go to my friend's club" he replied, "so... Take me there" she said, K was shocked
"What are you saying? I can't take you there! There will be my friends so how am I supposed to take care of you there?" He asked
She started to make direct eye contact with him, "please... Please... I will do whatever you want me to do" She requested him, she started to act like a innocent girl
"Why? You?!" He thought, "you will do whatever I want you to do?" He asked her for confirmation, she shook her head as yes
He took a sigh "you know, you should never say this words to anyone" he said to her, "why?" She asked, she was confused
"What if someone wants to take advantage of you huh?!" He asked, he looked kinda worried
She looked at his face, "but... Please take me with you" she pleaded, he looked at her eyes which wanted him to accept her plead
He took a sigh "okay!... But on one condition" he said, she got excited. "What condition?" She asked excitedly
He then looked at her eyes that were already looking at him "promise me... You will behave like a good girl there, and you will listen to my every word" he said, then he looked at the other side
She was kinda disappointed, "umm... Okay I promise that I will behave nicely" she accepted his condition
He then looked at her, "then... We will meet tomorrow" he muttered, "hmm?... Hey! Give me your phone number" she exclaimed,
"Ok!..." They shared their numbers with eachother, "okay thankyou very very much" she thanked him
"I guess we should head back..." He said, "yeah!..." She nodded, and then they went back to K's house
HOURS PASSED
At a cafe there was Nataliya sitting alone infront of a window, the sky was becoming dark
Nataliya was there wearing a black colour off the shoulder with a patchwork top and there was bow tied up in the front
And lower she was wearing a leggings and a black shorts over it and boots with white socks, her short hair was opened to shine in the cafe's light
The cafe was beautiful and the lighting was beautifully mixing with the walls colour that was light pink and the paintings and posters were decorating the cafe
There were squared tables, the cafe was filled with people in it, flower pots were on every table and a counter
Then two women entered the cafe, Nataliya saw them and a smile showed up, they were Sherrin and Kaya
Sherrin was wearing a red colour off the shoulder top with a simple design, and lower a white skirt which easily reached her feet and her hair was tied in ponytail, she had a side pursue
Kaya was wearing long sleeve black shirt and a black baggy jeans and shoes, her hair was opened
They came and sat with Nataliya. "So... Tell us everything what did he say after listening your purpose? Did he agreed to become your fake boyfriend?" Nataliya asked without wasting a minute
"Umm..." Both Kaya and Sherrin looked at eachother, Nataliya was waiting for an answer
"I didn't ask him to become my fake boyfriend..." Kaya hesitantly said, she smiled "What?! Why?!" Nataliya shouted
Sherrin was only looking at them without any questions, "I don't think that I should rush things you know..." Kaya replied, and she looked at her thighs
Nataliya and Sherrin was only looking at her, "and also I would have looked selfish or pathetic if I had asked him to be my fake boyfriend because we were meeting after 14 years" Kaya said
Nataliya smiled "yeah, you're right..." Nataliya muttered, Sherrin smiled too "I have planned everything, first I will try to be in better terms with him and then I will ask him to be my fake boyfriend" Kaya said
"Yeah... It will be good" Nataliya said, Sherrin was only focused on their conversation "by the way did you take his number?" Sherrin asked
"Yeah I did" Kaya said, and both felt relaxed "I guess you should text him..." Sherrin said, Kaya was confused "why?"
"Because you need to create a good bond with him you know" Sherrin said, and Nataliya pointed at her phone which Kaya place on the table
"Ok! Ok!" Kaya then took her phone '5:01 P.M. Date-03/11/2024' she then started to search for his number on WhatsApp
'K' his number was saved by this name, there was a picture of a street cat in his profile
She then opened the chat and both Nataliya and Sherrin took their chair and sat next to Kaya
They were only looking at her phone, "why there is a cat in his profile picture?" Nataliya asked being frustrated
Kaya was kinda awkward "I wanted to see his face" Sherrin said, then Kaya looked at both of them and then took a sigh
"Hey!... Text him" Nataliya said, Sherrin looked at Kaya "just ask him 'what he is doing right now" Sherrin gave her an idea
Kaya nodded, then first she wrote 'hello' and then fastly wrote 'what are you doing right now?' and left whatsApp after sending him the message
"Lets see how much time does he needs to reply" a smirk was playing on Nataliya's face, Sherrin was only focused on her phone
"What if he doesn't reply?" Kaya thought, then a notification came, "hehh?!..." Nataliya was shocked
"Is it him?" Sherrin asked being curioused, then Kaya checked and it was K 'I am at restaurant'
"Damnn... He replied so fast" Nataliya was shocked and was kinda impressed, "now ask him 'how is he?" Sherrin again gave her an idea
But Kaya was way too shocked after seeing him reply this fast "Do people always reply this fast because I never saw Alan replying to my messages this fast" Kaya thought
"Hey!... Kaya fast just text him" Sherrin said, "huh!... Oh! Yeah right" Kaya stammered, 'How are you?' she texted
"I guess it's just he was online so he just replied this fast but my calls and messages were always unseen by Alan" Kaya thought
She has a scar in her heart which is hard to recover...
'I am fine' he replied, both Sherrin and Nataliya were excited and happy by his reply, but then their eyes catched Kaya's sad face
Which suddenly filled with sorrow and her eyes filled with tears... "Kaya..." Sherrin softly took her name
"What happen Kaya?" Nataliya asked, Kaya simply just started to cry, she was vulnerable,
Nataliya and Sherrin hugged her tightly "Kaya..." Nataliya's voice softened as she took her name
'Ok...' a text from Kaya, K was holding his phone while sitting in a restaurant's counter, the restaurant was filled with people
The husky and dim lights were making the restaurant look beautiful, and there was the fragrance of flowers in that restaurant
Because in every table and in every corner of that restaurant there were flower pots and in every pots there were real flowers Many types of flowers were used
There were also impatience flowers decorated inside a flower pot on the counter, where K was sitting
And a kitchen from where the food's smell was coming, the restaurant was coloured in royal blue
And there was red RGB lights and many paintings, photos to decorate the walls, some posters of cartoons and anime were hanging on the walls
The tables of that restaurant were in squared shape and there were four chairs on every table and a half wall parting another large space which were meant for couples
Songs were playing in a low sound in that restaurant, and a big menu card infront of the door
"I didn't except you to text me tho" K smiled while looking at his phone, then some customers entered the restaurant
He put his phone in his pocket, those customers were 5 girls, a girl came and stood infront of counter
"I don't write the order miss" K said, his deep voice was mixing with the music of the song playing there
"No... I mean are you the owner here?" The girl asked, she was wearing cute little short dress over a leggings
K smiled "Yes I am" the girl blushes after seeing him smile, "see I told you na... The owner of this restaurant is quite handsome" a girl whispered to other girls
"Then are you dating anyone?" The girl asked him, he smiled and looked at those impatience's flower pot
"I'm not dating" he replied and his voice suddenly turned mean, "hmm?... Oh! Are you interested in dating?" That girl asked again
The girl's eyes were focused on him but his eyes were only focused on the impatience's flower pot
"I'm not interested in dating" he replied, "or maybe I just can't love anyone other than her" he thought
"Oh!... Then do you have a past
relationship?!" She asked, he looked at her "no..." He answered
"What?! He was single for all those years netheir he is dating in present" the girls standing there started to whisper "I guess he never got his type"
"If that's the case..." She muttered, K then looked at those cartoon and anime posters and then at the impatience's flower pot
"Then... Why is your restaurant's named Kaya's favourite restaurant huh?!..."
