Sehyun's POV
I gently wiped down Sensei's body slick with sweat. It had been two days, yet his body remained hot like furnace. He hadn't opened his eyes nor come to for even a minute.
Auntie's son said it was a normal phase and that successfully managing to quell his fever meant he was recovering.
I dipped the towel in the bowl again and smoothed it out over his body. But, his fever didn't show signs of reducing.
These past two days, I have to admit, it has been tough for me. I wasn't able to go to work, and school too. Aside from that, every joint in my body ached from exhaustion and lack of proper sleep.
Auntie's son wasn't kidding when he told me to be prepared to burn candles.
But still, for me, it was worth it. If this meant Sensei would recover then I'd burn as many candles as I could.
The water had gone warm… I couldn't count how many times this had happened. As I rose to my feet to change the water, the room suddenly spun around me.
