Chapter 70 - The Spark of a New Power:

The battlefield became a wasteland of smoke and shattered rock. Ocean roared with huge waves. The last of Frieza's soldiers had been defeated, their scouters scattered across the ground like broken glass.

Krillin wiped his forehead, panting heavily. "Man… there were way too many of them this time."

Master Roshi leaned on his staff, wheezing. "Hah… I am getting old for this."

Tien crossed his arms, breathing hard but composed. "They were organized. Someone's been training them."

Gohan adjusted his glasses, watching the others regroup. Piccolo, 18, and Rizze descended from the sky, while Jaco hovered nearby, pretending he wasn't terrified. Razor landed last, arms folded, eyes calm as ever.

Frieza floated above his throne, expression unreadable. Sorbet stood beside him, silent, while two imposing figures — Tagoma and Shisami — flanked him.

Despite losing his entire army, Frieza didn't seem the least bit frustrated. Instead, he smiled.

"Well," Frieza began, his voice smooth as silk, "I suppose quantity wasn't the answer. Perhaps… quality will suffice."

He gestured toward the two warriors beside him. "Tagoma. Shisami. Show our guests the real power of the Frieza Force."

Tagoma stepped forward, rolling his shoulders. His eyes locked on the Z Fighters with disdain.

"You should feel honored," he said coolly. "I trained alongside Lord Frieza himself — four years inside that chamber we discovered. Four years of hell. Now, I'll show you what that means."

Piccolo and Gohan stepped forward together, ready to fight. But Razor raised a hand.

"Gohan, step back," he said firmly. "Let Rizze handle him."

Rizze blinked, startled. "Me? Really?"

Razor nodded, his tone serious. "You've trained long enough. It's time you tested yourself."

Everyone stared at him in disbelief.

Krillin's eyes widened. "Wait, Razor, she's just a kid!"

Even Piccolo frowned. "Razor… are you serious? Tagoma's power… it's no joke."

Razor's gaze didn't waver. "Neither is hers."

Rizze's heart pounded. Her father trusted her. She clenched her fists, a spark of golden energy flickering around her.

"I won't let you down, Dad."

Razor gave a faint smirk. "Then go."

Rizze clenched her fists, determination gleaming in her golden eyes. She stepped forward beside Piccolo, who glanced at her and nodded slightly. "All right, kid," Piccolo said. "Don't get overconfident."

"I won't," Rizze replied, grinning.

Tagoma and Shisami landed before them. Tagoma's pale, dark-blue skin glistened under the sun, his tall, lean frame radiating strength. Shisami, on the other hand, was a red, muscular brute with two brown horns and a grin that promised violence.

Tagoma eyed Rizze with disdain. "This is insulting. Sending a child to fight me? Lord Frieza must be joking." Rizze smiled sweetly. "You'll regret underestimating me."

The ground cracked as she transformed, golden light exploding around her. Her hair shot upward, lightning dancing through the air — Super Saiyan 2.

Tagoma's eyes narrowed. "Very well, little monkey. Let's see if you can last ten seconds."

In an instant, they clashed — Tagoma's speed nearly impossible to track. Rizze blocked the first strike but was thrown back by the second. She recovered midair, countering with a barrage of lightning-fast punches, each one colliding with thunderous force.

The sky flashed gold and blue as shockwaves rippled across the battlefield.

"She's fast!" Tien exclaimed. Krillin nodded, wide-eyed. "She's incredible!"

18 watched tensely from below. Her eyes didn't leave her daughter. "She's pushing too hard…"

At the same time, Shisami stepped toward Piccolo. "You Namekians always look the same," he taunted. "Let's see how durable you really are!"

Piccolo cracked his neck. "You'll regret saying that."

The two vanished in a blur. The horned brute charged with a roar, his massive fists swinging like hammers. Piccolo sidestepped, caught one of the punches, and countered with a fierce knee strike to the ribs.

Shisami stumbled back, growling. "You're strong for a Namekian."Piccolo's expression didn't change. "You talk too much."

Shisami roared, furious, throwing a series of explosive energy blasts. Piccolo dodged through the smoke, appearing right in front of him, charging energy between his hands.

"Masenko!"

The beam burst through Shisami's chest before he could react. His scream echoed before he collapsed to the ground, lifeless. Piccolo floated back to the group, his breathing steady.

Roshi let out a low whistle. "Still got it, eh?"

Piccolo only crossed his arms, watching Rizze's battle.

Tagoma's calm demeanor broke as the fight dragged on. "You're persistent," he growled, his strikes growing faster. "But you're not on my level!"

He slammed a fist into Rizze's stomach, sending her crashing into the ground. She gasped, dust and blood staining her face.

The others watched in silence, tension thick in the air. Even Bulma, who had been furiously trying to contact Whis, stopped to watch, her communicator forgotten. "Rizze…" 18 whispered, her hands trembling slightly.

Frieza chuckled, resting his chin on his hand. "Hmm. Amusing, but boring. Tagoma, finish her."

Tagoma grinned. "With pleasure."

18 took a step forward, furious. "That's enough!"

She launched into the air, but before she could get far, Razor appeared in front of her, his expression sharp.

"Don't," he said flatly.

18's eyes blazed. "Don't you dare stop me! She's our daughter! She's only nine years old, Razor! How can you just stand there!?"

"She's my daughter too," Razor snapped, voice firm. "Protection doesn't mean shielding her from everything. It means preparing her for when I'm not there. Believe in her — I do. I've trained her for months."

"Razor—!"

"Trust her," he said quietly. "Just this once."

18 froze. Everyone else watched the exchange in silence. Razor turned back toward the fight, fists clenched, hiding the storm in his chest.

Rizze struggled to stand. Her body ached. Her aura flickered weakly. No… I can't fall now.

Images flashed through her mind — her father sparring with her, his steady voice saying believe in your power, his steady gaze filled with trust when he told her she could handle this.

Her hands trembled. Her aura surged.

Her aura began to rise, golden lightning bursting around her. The ground trembled as her rage and determination intertwined. The wind howled. Rocks floated into the air.

Then — silence.

Everyone froze, sensing something massive building inside her.

"Her energy…" Piccolo murmured, eyes wide. "It's skyrocketing!"

Rizze screamed, the air exploding around her. Her aura flared brighter, electricity whipping violently. And then — it shifted.

Her golden light intensified into a radiant storm as her hair grew longer, cascading past her waist. Her eyebrows vanished, her face sharper — fierce. The sheer pressure of her power made the ground quake.

Everyone stared, speechless.

"Is that… Super Saiyan 3!?" Krillin gasped. Even Gohan's mouth fell open. "At her age?!"

Even Frieza's smirk faltered.

Bulma's jaw dropped. "She—she's Super Saiyan 3?!"

Razor just smiled, crossing his arms. "Heh. Knew she had it in her."

18 blinked, then smacked him across the head. "Idiot! You're still irresponsible!"

Razor rubbed his head. "Ow—! She's fine! Look, she's winning."

Rizze blurred forward, her power skyrocketing. Tagoma barely had time to react before her punch sent him flying. She teleported behind him, kicking him down into the ground, then launched a devastating energy wave.

The explosion shook the sky. When the smoke cleared, Tagoma was barely standing, battered and scorched.

"Im… impossible," he stammered. "That brat—!"

But Rizze's breathing grew ragged. Her power flickered, her energy draining rapidly. The transformation was too new… too unstable.

Her knees buckled, and she fell from the sky.

"Rizze!" 18 shouted — but Razor was already gone, catching her before she hit the ground.

He landed gently, holding her close. She opened her eyes weakly. "Did… did I do good, Dad?"

Razor smiled softly. "You did great, kid."

Krillin ran over, pulling out a pouch. "Here—take this." Razor nodded, crushing the senzu bean between his fingers and feeding it to her. Within seconds, Rizze's wounds vanished, color returning to her cheeks.

She sat up, blinking. "I… I feel amazing!"

Razor ruffled her hair. "I'm proud of you."

Then he turned toward Gohan. His eyes hardened again. "Your turn Gohan. Handle the rest."

Gohan nodded, stepping forward as golden light began to swirl around him.

Above them, Frieza leaned back on his throne, finally intrigued. "Well, well… perhaps this planet isn't as dull as I thought."

The ground rumbled again as the next phase of the battle began.
