"'He really knows!!!'" Seeing Kaoru's look, Black Zetsu was terrified. He had always considered himself the true puppet master of the world, but now it seemed every single one of his plans had been laid bare before Kaoru from the very beginning!!!
"'Lord Madara! This Uchiha Kaoru is spouting nonsense to confuse us! Kill him quickly!!!'" Black Zetsu urged anxiously, looking up at Madara.
"'I don't need you to tell me what to do!'" Madara glared at Kaoru, a cold snort escaping his lips. His magnificent purple Rinnegan flared with boundless power!!!
Limbo: Border Jail!!!
BOOM!!!
Kaoru, protected by his Susanoo, was sent flying backward once again, carving a massive trench across the barren earth!!!
"'Quite a troublesome ability…'" Emerging from the crater, Kaoru remained unharmed inside his titan of light, which stood firm against the assault.
"'What's wrong, Uchiha Kaoru? Why aren't you attacking me anymore? Because even defending is becoming difficult for you, isn't it!!!'" Seeing Kaoru pushed back for the first time, a proud smile appeared on Madara's face.
"'You claim to know the history and future of this world? Then you should know very well… that with your current power, you cannot stop my Limbo: Border Jail!!!'"
"'Heh… Limbo: Border Jail is indeed powerful…'" Kaoru nodded calmly.
He knew the mechanics perfectly: The shadows could only exist outside for a limited time before needing to return and recharge. Most importantly, only those with the Rinnegan could see them, only those who mastered Six Paths Senjutsu could sense them, and only attacks infused with Six Paths chakra could harm them.
In the original story, only Naruto and Sasue, blessed by the Sage of Six Paths, could counter this. Kaoru currently possessed neither the Rinnegan nor Six Paths chakra, making it impossible for him to even perceive the shadows, let alone hit them.
"'However… you are wrong to say I cannot stop it…'" Standing straight, Kaoru looked at Madara and spoke calmly. "'The shadows you summon can only be seen with the Rinnegan, correct? But don't forget… your Rinnegan is still in my possession…'"
"'Want to use my Rinnegan to see the shadows…?'" Madara was stunned for a moment, then his face darkened. "'Go ahead and try!!!'"
"'Heh… there's no need. As you said, I know exactly how this works. Even if I used your eyes to see them clearly… without Six Paths chakra, I still couldn't harm them…'"
"'So you truly understand Limbo completely…'" Kaoru explaining the mechanics and weaknesses so accurately shocked Madara deeply. Yet, he felt no fear. Because even though Kaoru knew the theory, he lacked the power to put that knowledge into practice.
"'It's actually quite good that you know. That way, I can savor the look on your face—knowing how to win, yet being completely powerless to do so…'" Madara whispered darkly.
Instantly, massive impacts struck from all directions. Cracks began to appear on the armor of Kaoru's Susanoo!!!
"'Let's see how long your Susanoo can hold out!!!'" Madara commanded the invisible shadows to attack from every angle. In moments, spiderweb cracks spread across the entire body of the Light Titan!!!
"'First I'll shatter your Susanoo, then I'll tear your body apart piece by piece. As my greatest enemy, you deserve to experience this suffering…'" Madara's voice sounded like the whisper of a demon…
"'It seems if I don't show you something real, you'll really underestimate me…'" Even with his Susanoo on the verge of breaking, Kaoru's expression remained calm. He raised his right hand and waved it gently. Instantly, a golden portal appeared before him!
"'What is… that?!'" Seeing the golden gateway for the first time, Madara froze in confusion.
"'Your technique projects your "shadows" from the dimension of Limbo into the real world for attack and defense. Therefore, they are invulnerable to normal means here. But inside the world of Limbo… the rules are different!!!'" Kaoru sneered, gazing into the depths of the portal.
"'You mean… you intend to enter the Limbo dimension?! That's impossible!!!'" Madara cried out in shock. Even he himself could not enter that world; he could only control the projections from afar. Yet Kaoru was actually planning to step inside!!!
"'Did you think I let your shadows hit me because I had no choice? Don't be ridiculous… I was merely waiting to pinpoint the spatial coordinates of Limbo!!!'" Kaoru snorted, his scarlet eyes blazing. "'And now… I have found it!!!'"
Shadow Clone Jutsu!!!
Poof!!! Amidst a cloud of smoke, a Shadow Clone appeared beside him.
"'I'll leave this clone here to keep you company…'" Kaoru sighed softly. Then, he stepped forward and walked directly into the golden portal. His body vanished instantly, leaving only the Shadow Clone behind in the real world!
"'He disappeared… He couldn't possibly have really…'" Madara was so shocked he could barely speak…

"'So this is the world of Limbo… quite dull, isn't it…'"
Appearing at the end of the tunnel, Kaoru looked around at the endless, empty void. It was a boundless white space with no sky, no ground, no ocean or forest—just pure whiteness. Kaoru floated serenely within it.
"'Alright then, Madara… where are your shadows…?'"
His Mangekyō Sharingan scanned the area. In an instant, he located five figures floating in the distance—Madara's shadows!!!
"'Heh… found you…'" With a smirk, Kaoru's form blurred and vanished from his spot…
"'He really entered Limbo…'" Back in reality, Madara stared in horror. Through the shared vision of his shadows, he could clearly see Kaoru standing right in front of them!!!
"'Is Uchiha Kaoru even capable of this…?'" Seeing Madara's stunned expression, Black Zetsu's heart sank. This level of power… it was almost comparable to his mother, Kaguya Ōtsutsuki…
"'Before me, they are no longer just shadows… they are as real as you and me…'" Kaoru looked at the five Madaras before him and smiled. "'Now then… time to tear you apart one by one…'"
"'In that case, let's fight for real!!!'" Madara roared, unleashing even more power!
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
In the blink of an eye, the five Limbo shadows rushed toward Kaoru, launching a relentless, deadly assault.
Each shadow possessed power equal to Madara's Six Paths form—capable of defeating all nine Tailed Beasts effortlessly. Kaoru could not afford to be careless.
Flying Raijin Jutsu!!!
Facing the incoming attacks, Kaoru flung countless marked kunai in all directions. Then, he activated the technique and vanished instantly.
In the real world, Kaoru's Shadow Clone moved at the exact same time, also disappearing with Flying Raijin!
"'The clone is moving too?!'" Madara's eyes narrowed. Immediately, he raised his Truth-Seeking Balls to form a dark shield in front of himself.
CRASH!!!
The Shadow Clone appeared directly behind Madara and threw a powerful punch. But in an instant, the scenery shifted. The Madara he hit was replaced by a Limbo shadow!
In the Limbo dimension, Kaoru also saw one of the shadows swap places with Madara's real body in the blink of an eye.
"'He can swap positions with his shadows instantly…'"
Realizing this, the Shadow Clone smirked slightly and vanished once again using Flying Raijin.
"'Damn it! His real body is in Limbo fighting my shadows, and his clone is harassing me here!!!'" Madara cursed, immediately recalling all five shadows back to his side.
