"Hayakawa-kun!"
Hayakawa was reflected in Nakano Itsuki's eyes. The familiar figure instantly calmed her panicked heart. The next moment, she burst into tears with a loud "Waaah!" and stood up, tearfully moving to throw herself at him.
"Are you alright?" Hayakawa was already on guard after the last two times he'd been grabbed. He reached out and caught Itsuki expressionlessly, saying, "Why are you here alone?"
"Nino… Nino is gone!" Itsuki was immediately alarmed by his question, saying excitedly, "I got separated from Nino!"
"Nino? She's also one of your sisters, right?" Hayakawa thought, The quintuplets collection is finally complete. He then asked, "Did she enter with you?"
"Yes…" Itsuki nodded frantically. Having a familiar person nearby instantly made her bolder. She peered nervously around, trying to find her sister, but only saw the deep, still forest.
"Hayakawa?" At this moment, Furuhashi Fumino and Ogata Rizu, who had been hiding nearby, finally gathered their courage and cautiously approached.
"Yotsuba?" Furuhashi Fumino was startled when she saw Itsuki. She quickly walked over and asked with concern, "Why are you here? Are you hurt?"
"This isn't Yotsuba," Hayakawa explained, pointing to Itsuki's signature star hair clips and neat, studious hairstyle. "This is Itsuki."
"Ah?" Furuhashi was surprised, murmuring as she looked at Itsuki's face, "They really look alike, completely identical."
"Hayakawa-kun, who are these two?" Itsuki stared blankly at the two girls in front of her, secretly shocked.
There is a saying that beautiful girls are attracted to each other, and this was undoubtedly the case now. The sudden appearance of two beautiful girls completely overwhelmed Itsuki's mind.
Who are they? Who are they? They are too pretty.
"Itsuki-kun?" Furuhashi Fumino was also secretly observing Itsuki, silently impressed by her delicate features and the cleavage on her chest, feeling a hint of envy.
Although it was embarrassing, she had always thought her looks and height were quite good. She was satisfied with her appearance as a girl. Her only dissatisfaction was her chest. If it were slightly larger, even Furuhashi Fumino would inevitably become a little arrogant. However, while she wanted a slightly larger chest, Rizu's size was too much—something she dared not even fantasize about.
So, the perfect girl template for her would be someone about her height with a chest slightly smaller than Rizu's. Itsuki was undoubtedly that type: appropriate height, perfect figure, and a chest that was just right…
Furuhashi Fumino silently turned her head, a hint of envy in her eyes. If she hadn't already met Yotsuba, she would have been even more shocked.
"This is Furuhashi Fumino, and this is Ogata Rizu." Hayakawa introduced them succinctly.
"Eh? You two are Furuhashi-kun and Ogata-kun?" Nakano Itsuki asked in surprise.
"Ahaha… yes." Furuhashi Fumino thought Itsuki had heard their names from other students, so she nodded bashfully.
"So…" Nakano Itsuki glanced at the two girls and whispered, "You two are the students Hayakawa-kun is tutoring as a private teacher?"
Furuhashi Fumino: "..."
"I am teaching them, tentatively," Hayakawa coughed lightly. "But it's a school assignment; it doesn't really count as private tutoring."
"I see. Nice to meet you, Furuhashi-kun and Ogata-kun," Nakano Itsuki nodded, then introduced herself formally to the two girls. "I am Nakano Itsuki. I am currently a member of Class B. I hope we can get along."
She's even in the same class. Furuhashi Fumino felt a chill. She secretly glanced at Hayakawa, then said, "Hello, Itsuki. I'm Furuhashi Fumino."
Ogata also said calmly, "Ogata Rizu, hello."
"Hold the introductions," Hayakawa interjected. "Itsuki, you were looking for your sister, right? Where did you two get separated?"
"On the little path over there," Nakano Itsuki immediately pointed in one direction. "We were walking together when suddenly something on the ground seemed to crawl onto Nino's and my feet. I got so scared that I ran away immediately. Nino seemed to run too, but I don't know which direction she went, and I can't find her now. But this forest isn't big, so if we search over there, we should be able to find Nino… I think."
Nakano Itsuki rattled off a string of words, then took a breath, watching Hayakawa carefully with a subtle look of anticipation.
"I see, I see. Understood." Hayakawa pondered silently, then nodded expressionlessly.
Time to go back to the dorm.
"Hey!" Furuhashi instantly saw through the immoral man's thoughts. She reached out, grabbed his sleeve, and pulled him aside, whispering, "Aren't you going to help Itsuki-kun?"
"I…" Hayakawa's eyes were vacant and emotionless. "I need to go back and study."
Thud! Furuhashi Fumino unceremoniously punched him in the stomach, making Hayakawa grunt. She then gave him a gentle smile. "That's Yotsuba's sister. Go help her."
Hayakawa: "…Fine."
Word getting out could cause unnecessary trouble, and finding one person shouldn't take too long, so I might as well help.
"I'll help you search." Hayakawa looked up, patting his chest to assure her. "I guarantee I'll help you find her."
Nakano Itsuki instantly blushed, stammering softly, "Thank you, Hayakawa-kun."
Furuhashi Fumino: "..."
The person who truly deserves thanks didn't receive any, but the reputation-mongering Hayakawa is soaking up all the praise.
"Nino~ Where are you?"
"Nino-kun!"
The nighttime forest was excessively dark, so finding one person was not as easy as imagined. Sometimes they would spot a silhouette or two, only to walk closer and find it was another classmate, which was often awkward.
"Itsuki, did you call this Nino person?" Hayakawa asked Itsuki, turning his head while looking toward the distant bushes.
"There's no signal in this forest." Nakano Itsuki took out her phone and showed Hayakawa the screen; the one signal bar was flickering.
"That makes things difficult," Hayakawa said, massaging his temple. "Searching like this is inefficient. We're wandering around the forest, and she might have already gone back."
"That should… not be the case." Nakano Itsuki said hesitantly. "If Nino got out and didn't see me, she would definitely come back in to look for me, just like I'm looking for her now."
Hayakawa gave her a strange look. Are they playing the nesting doll game here? Shouldn't a normal person's thought process be for both of them to exit the forest first? Who starts searching for someone in this forest?
Perhaps that's just how these sisters are.
Hayakawa Haku looked at Itsuki searching everywhere, feeling his anxiety flare up.
