Luca's eyes widened with surprise.
"You mean crazy as in 'should be sent to a mental asylum' crazy?"
"Exactly." She nodded grimly. "And it's not even the type of patient you could just keep in a cell. It's more like the type you have to put in a straitjacket because of how dangerous and unpredictable they are."
She shuddered. "That's how far gone her mind is right now."
"So..." He muttered to himself. "...I basically got sabotaged by a lunatic Goddess."
A disbelieving chuckle escaped his lips.
"That's...That's just..."
But the Goddess of Space, despite everything, couldn't allow him to mock the Goddess of Fertility too harshly.
She quickly added, her voice taking on a solemn note.
"Don't misunderstand, Luca. The Goddess of Fertility has not always been such a manic person."
Luca's laughter died in his throat. He looked at her, his interest piqued.
