Nami hesitated for a moment but answered truthfully.
"Captured? By whom? The Marines?"

In the original story, Luffy was indeed captured by Buggy and Alvida and was nearly executed on the platform. But he had thrown Buggy into a Marine prison. Who else would capture Luffy?
'Smoker?'
Nami shook her head. "Not the Marines. Carina and the others said it was 'Kuro of a Hundred Plans'."
Luo Chen was slightly taken aback, then he smiled.
Things were still following the plot. It was just that Buggy had been replaced by Kuro of a Hundred Plans.

Luo Chen touched the sunglasses on his face and smiled. "Alright, I promise you, I will absolutely not act recklessly."
Nami nodded.

Walking on the streets of Loguetown, they found that many people were heading in the direction of the execution platform.
"Hurry to the execution platform! I hear a fight has broken out there!"
"A pirate in a straw hat shouted that he was going to be the King of the Pirates right before his execution!"

Luo Chen agreed.
After running for a while, the street ahead was gradually blocked by a crowd.
Luo Chen put an arm around Nami's waist, pushed off with his feet, and leaped onto the roof of a house on the right, looking out into the distance.
Dozens of meters away, the execution platform where the Pirate King Roger was once executed had collapsed.
Luffy's crew, including the cowardly Usopp and Carina, were all trapped in a Marine encirclement.
Dozens of Marines held rifles, aiming at them.
In the middle of the encirclement, Smoker brandished his short Jitte, single-handedly suppressing the three main fighters of the Straw Hat crew.

On the rooftop, Nami's expression changed slightly. "Smoker is really there. Luffy and the others can't do anything. They can't escape."
Luo Chen nodded. "A Logia-type Devil Fruit user is not someone they can deal with right now."
His gaze continued to scan the area.
Outside the Marine encirclement, he saw a corpse dressed in a brown sheriff's uniform.
Perhaps due to being exposed to the sun for days, the body had already begun to decompose. The skin was dark red and purple, and pus was oozing from it. Although the face was unrecognizable, one could still make out Genzo's bone structure.

Watching Luo Chen leave, a look of worry appeared on Nami's face.
How was Luo Chen going to deal with Smoker's elementalization?
She squeezed through the gaps in the crowd like a nimble fish, moving forward.
A fleeting glance out of the corner of her eye made Nami freeze, and she immediately pushed toward the right side of the crowd.
She came up behind a woman with short blue hair, lowered her voice, and said with unconcealable surprise, "Nojiko, what are you doing here?"
