Chapter 60 - The One Who Kills Celestial Dragons, Luo Chen!

"Welcome, Saint Lorenzo."

At the shore, the warship docked.

Vice Admiral Doberman led several of her trusted subordinates to the front to greet him, paying her respects.

From the central warship, a Celestial Dragon slowly walked down.

He wore the special clothing of the Celestial Dragons, similar in style to an astronaut's suit, silvery-white in color.

On his head was a bubble-like transparent helmet.

Saint Lorenzo looked young, only in his twenties. His long silver hair was styled upward, like a steeple.

He was riding a tall, burly man, holding a rather thick black iron chain.

The black iron chain branched out into numerous smaller chains. One was connected to a black collar around the neck of the burly slave, who was crawling on his hands and knees. The other dense web of chains extended behind him.

Luo Chen looked up and observed with curiosity.

'Why does this Celestial Dragon have so many chains? Is he bringing a lot of slaves?'

After Saint Lorenzo disembarked on his slave, the slaves at the ends of the many chains were revealed.

At a glance, they were all young women dressed in gauze.

There were nearly a hundred of them.

Luo Chen patiently counted. There were exactly one hundred and eight women.

His expression was strange.

The Celestial Dragons really were a bizarre group.

This Saint Lorenzo actually had one hundred and eight female slaves.

And each one of them was uncommonly beautiful.

Beside him, a man couldn't help but say with envy, "If only I could have one of them as my wife."

"Don't talk nonsense! Those are the Celestial Dragon's slaves! How could we possibly covet them?" someone scolded.

At this moment, Saint Lorenzo had begun to walk from the port toward Star Island.

As the Celestial Dragon approached, the crowd spontaneously knelt down to pay homage.

Their heads were pressed tightly to the ground, not daring to be the least bit disrespectful, and even less daring to look directly at the Celestial Dragon from up close.

As a result, Luo Chen and Robin, who had not yet knelt, stood out immensely.

In an instant, Vice Admiral Doberman and the dozen or so World Government agents in black suits who were following the Celestial Dragon turned to look.

Each of their gazes was sharp, filled with a questioning meaning.

"How audacious! You still haven't knelt and paid your respects upon seeing Saint Lorenzo?!"

A male agent in a black suit and sunglasses shouted sternly.

The voice made the many prostrate people jump. Trembling, they raised their heads, wanting to see who the audacious madman was.

The man kneeling beside Luo Chen quickly tugged at his pants and said in a low voice, "Kneel down quickly! Don't anger the Celestial Dragon and get us involved!"

Luo Chen said nothing. His eyes behind his sunglasses scanned Vice Admiral Doberman and the dozen or so agents.

He had already used his Observation Haki to confirm.

The strongest people here were Vice Admiral Doberman and a tall, thin agent in a black suit.

Both of them had strength around the level of a Marine Vice Admiral.

Especially that tall, thin, middle-aged agent in the black suit; his aura was no weaker than Onigumo's.

At this moment, Saint Lorenzo turned his head to look, and his gaze was immediately drawn to Robin.

Although her face was mostly obscured by the brim of her hat, from her fiery and alluring figure, she was definitely a beauty.

A smile touched the corner of his mouth. "Kill the man. Bring the woman to me to be my slave."

Hearing this, Luo Chen also smiled.

'As expected, he's no good.'

A black-suited agent raised his pistol and, without hesitation, pulled the trigger repeatedly.

Several bullets shot accurately toward Luo Chen.

He raised a hand and swiped, catching all the bullets. He opened his hand, and they fell to his feet.

"Just curious, what's on your ships? The Heavenly Tribute?" Luo Chen asked with a smile.

The expressions of Doberman and the dozen or so World Government agents changed slightly, and they scrutinized Luo Chen.

"It seems so."

Luo Chen knew the answer from the change in their expressions.

It was eighty or ninety percent certain that the ships were escorting the Heavenly Tribute.

He wasted no more words. With a stomp of his foot, the port ground instantly began to tremble.

The seawater at the shore shot into the sky. One after another, trees rose from the seabed, like a forest prison, completely surrounding the thirteen warships.

The World Government agents on the warships all sprang into action, using the Six Powers, Devil Fruit abilities, and even flamethrowers to try and destroy the trees.

But the forest created by Luo Chen's Wood Style was incomparably sturdy.

Anyone below the level of a Vice Admiral had no chance of destroying it.

In a moment, the branches of the entire forest spread out and linked together, forming a giant cage.

The thirteen warships were lifted high into the air by the forest cage, several meters above the sea's surface, unable to escape.

All the agents who jumped off the warships to fight back were bound by the branches, unable to break free.

Seeing this, the expressions of Doberman and the tall, thin, middle-aged agent on the shore grew solemn.

The two of them, in unison, stood in front of the Celestial Dragon, on full alert.

"Who are you?!" Doberman's expression was stern.

To create such a vast and sturdy forest at a moment's notice, he was no ordinary person.

The tall, thin, black-suited middle-aged man had already taken out an emergency Den Den Mushi, looking as if he were about to call for reinforcements.

Luo Chen raised his hand and threw out dozens of wooden spikes.

If one looked closely, one would see the black character "羅" inscribed at the base of the spikes.

Doberman's fists turned pitch black, coated in Armament Haki. She threw a punch, sending more than ten wooden spikes flying.

She ignored the ones that passed by her.

The tall, thin, black-suited middle-aged man did the same.

Luo Chen activated the Flying Thunder God Technique, instantly flashing to the side of the black-suited middle-aged man.

The bizarre movement speed clearly caught the man off guard.

A hint of panic appeared on his face, but fortunately, he had Observation Haki. He raised a palm and blocked Luo Chen's punch. But because he hadn't exerted his full force, he was at a disadvantage, and his body was forced back several steps.

Doberman used Shave to close in, her long legs, wrapped in leather pants, sweeping out like a whip.

Luo Chen used the dozen or so wooden spikes stuck in the ground to teleport away with the Flying Thunder God.

Mysterious black markings appeared on his face. He clapped his hands together, and all the ground around the port was overturned.

A dark green color emerged from under the yellow earth.

Amidst earthquake-like tremors, a massive, several-hundred-meter-tall Thousand-Armed Guanyin statue stood on the shore.

Luo Chen stood on the head of the statue, looked down on the crowd, and announced in a loud voice, "The one who kills Celestial Dragons, Luo Chen."

The voice spread for hundreds of meters around the port.

The panicking, fleeing crowd's eyes widened in terror.

"Kill a Celestial Dragon? Is he insane?!"

"My god! It's Luo Chen! The Luo Chen with a bounty of over two hundred million who destroyed the Loguetown Marine base not long ago!"

"He's actually this crazy! Holy crap!"

The people were aghast. They looked back at the Thousand-Armed Guanyin statue, which was like a giant god, and had no doubt about the truth of Luo Chen's words.

If such a terrifying ability were to strike, the Celestial Dragon would surely die!

In the panicking, fleeing crowd, a few people holding cameras ran against the flow, toward the scene of the incident.

They were all news reporters from various newspapers.

They had originally come to film the Celestial Dragon, hearing that Saint Lorenzo was landing on the island. They had never thought they would run into Luo Chen declaring his intention to kill a Celestial Dragon.

Besides being terrified, they were also extremely excited.

This would definitely be a rare, world-shaking piece of news!

At the very front was a reporter from the World Economy News Paper with a jetpack on his back.

His face was full of excitement as he raised his camera, filming the colossal Thousand-Armed Guanyin statue from high in the air, as well as Vice Admiral Doberman, the World Government agents, and the Celestial Dragon, Saint Lorenzo, at the foot of the statue.
