Chapter 250: Esdeath's Conqueror's Haki Infusion
A blue halo enveloped the entire area in an instant, with the yellow light sword halting in mid-air, just an inch away.
Esdeath's trump card, a technique capable of freezing space and time—"Mahapadma," even if it only paused for a second, was more than enough for the Ice Queen!
Her pale hand closed into a fist, and a sharp ice blade formed on her hand. As she passed through Kizaru's body, the sharp ice blade infused with Armament Haki slashed upward at a diagonal angle.

Time resumed, and Esdeath's Western sword, spinning in the air, stabbed into the ground. Everyone's eyes saw Esdeath's blade just barely missing Kizaru's body. Instead, she crossed over Kizaru, and blood began to drip from the tip of her left-hand blade.
"Is this your ability, Ice Queen...?" Kizaru's voice trailed off as a large wound opened up on his chest, blood spraying out. The blood quickly froze in the air, shattering into ice as it hit the ground.
The pain he'd never experienced before surged through his nervous system. Even Eric could clearly see Kizaru's internal organs and intestines moving through the wound. Then, Esdeath's freezing energy sealed the wound with ice.
If this were the real world, this would be an unhealable wound. Yet, the one injured was Borsalino, the Kizaru—the "monster" that the Navy called him!
"How terrifying... Since eating the Glint-Glint Fruit, I've never taken such a serious injury," Kizaru muttered, a trace of blood staining the corner of his mouth.
Had internal bleeding reached his mouth through his esophagus?
"Navy Admiral, indeed, you can take hits and still fight. I look forward to hearing your scream. Let's take you to my interrogation room for a nice chat~" Esdeath grinned as she pulled her Western sword from the ground.
"Terrifying, really terrifying..." Kizaru had already decided to retreat. Based on their previous exchange, even though Esdeath might not be his direct match, taking her down would take time, especially with other pirates eyeing them.
Moreover, when the Amaterasu sword was about to fall on Esdeath, the murderous intent from Eric suddenly exploded, making Kizaru realize that he was fighting alone!

The sound of rapid footsteps approached from all around Eric and his group.
"Kizaru, we're here to support you!" The Navy soldiers who had been knocked out by Eric 's Conqueror's Haki, along with several thousand more from the Navy Headquarters, surrounded the Dawn Pirates.
"Wha—" Wendy let out a small scream upon seeing the large number of enemies.
A warm hand gently rested on Wendy's head, calming her slightly panicked emotions.
At this moment, Kizaru's mind was filled with mmp, "Retreat in front of so many sailors? How will they view me from now on? How will I live after the easy life of getting paid by the Navy Headquarters?"
Kizaru's expression, usually carefree, was now dark enough to drip water.
"Don't get distracted, old monkey!" Esdeath, with white air flowing around her, charged at Kizaru again.
"Old... old monkey?!" Kizaru's eyes widened.
The Amaterasu sword clashed violently with Esdeath's Western sword. The sword representing sunlight clashed with the one representing extreme cold, creating shockwaves that spread like a halo, shattering the surrounding ruins and turning the ground into a crater.
"Genos , do you think you can handle them by yourself?"
"No problem, Eric -sensei," Genos replied.
"Machine Gun Fist!" His steel-forged fists acted like a machine gun, unleashing a barrage of punches, forming a wall of fists that pushed toward the Navy. The fists, capable of smashing rocks, hit the Navy soldiers without any resistance.
Boom, boom!
The sound of steel colliding with flesh echoed, and the fragile bones of the soldiers cracked as Genos sent them flying.
Genos , like a wolf among sheep, punched through the soldiers with the force of a gale, knocking down half of them in no time.
"Don't back down! We are the Navy, we represent justice!" The Spider-General, with his six hands formed from his hair, lifted his sword high and shouted, "The Navy's victory is a must! Let the evil pirates remember—justice's power and fear!"
Clang, clang, clang! The Spider-General's eight-sword style blocked Genos , and the wind from their blows collided. Despite Genos not using Armament Haki, the Spider-General, a Navy elite, managed to land several cuts on him.
"Ha!" The Navy, reinvigorated after Genos ' fierce attacks, charged toward the Dawn Pirates again.
"The Navy is justice?" Eric sneered, his anger rising.
Wendy, standing beside him, murmured with concern, "Eric -sensei?"
"I'm fine." After reassuring Wendy, Eric shouted angrily, "The Navy is justice? Pirates are evil?!"
"Don't talk about justice or evil. There's no answer to that, even if you search the world! Weaklings!" Eric 's Conqueror's Haki erupted from him, "Only those standing at the peak of the world can define justice and evil!"
The overwhelming Conqueror's Haki swept through the area, and apart from a few Navy officers, the rest of the soldiers collapsed, losing their will.

"!" Stollobery, with a skull much thicker than an average person's, gripped his two blades tightly.
"Genos , come back."
"Sorry, Eric -sensei," Genos responded, his mechanical body showing several cracks. Broken parts fell from his wounds, and sparks flew from the openings.
"No, you haven't learned Haki yet, so it's nothing to worry about not beating the Navy Major."
Wendy walked over to Genos , wanting to heal him with her magic, but froze when she realized his body didn't seem like something magic could heal.
"Spider General... Major, I still remember the wounds you left on me two years ago." She pointed to the spots where she had been injured before.
"Today's your unlucky day, Darren Eric !" The Spider General yelled, "This time, you won't escape!"
"No, it's you who will be running away this time!" Eric 's black thunder, which could only barely gather at the tip of his gun, finally covered the entire blade. The black and red lightning made Kizaru feel a bad premonition.
"This... could it be?" Kizaru, noticing it with his Observation Haki, blurted out, "Conqueror's Haki infusion?!"
"Stop looking around!" Esdeath, filled with rage, yelled as she slashed toward Kizaru with her sword.
"You too...!" Kizaru, enveloping his Amaterasu sword with his Armament Haki, raised the light sword and swung it fiercely at Esdeath's Western sword.
The collision of high-intensity Armament Haki and the recently learned Conqueror's Haki created a thunderclap in the sky!
The ground shook, and the trees above the Yarichiman tree shook, their leaves rustling.
The two were sent flying by the tremendous force, creating a massive crater where they had been fighting. The tree roots cracked open into countless fissures.
"How terrifying... to have such strength at such a young age," Kizaru gritted his teeth, and despite his disbelief, he could feel that Esdeath had truly "evolved" in this fight.
Boom!
Another thunderclap echoed as the Spider General and Stollobery, two Navy Majors, were knocked away by a single gunshot from Eric !
