Within In the deepest crevices of a black star ship called the: "Broken Diamond."
This ship possesses five levels, one the roof also known as the uppermost deck, two second level which houses the main engine room and ships most intricate designs & functions, three being the city quarters where 1.5 billion people live together on this single ship, fourth is supply area where most things are kept such as weapons and other equipments, five the lowest level of the ship referred as the 'dump' a place where all trash is disposed of thoroughly.
Deep in the lowest part of level-5 sits the perfect breeding ground for a race of creatures called the nightlights. A species of hyper reproductive aliens that come in various different shapes, forms & capabilities to fight. These nightlights thrive within dark environments that are either extremely cold or high amounts of hollow energy signatures.
100,000 thousand of them are currently skidding and moving around the fifth level areas, while another makes an appearance with an intense hollow energy, aura radiating in a deep silver presence around the location as mighty as a mountain.
From the radiating signature within the level-5 underground sitting atop one of the nearby pipes is a Young man with a tall stature and well built physique that complements his light brown-skin. eyes glowing with a deep silver like that of the cosmos with similar colored eyelashes. His face was like soft marble and sculpted beautifully.
The outfit he currently wears is a type of dystopian street-wear, that of a loose fitted dark colored shirt, with black white striped baggy pants and black boots to match. His outfit also includes a long sleeved light colored jacket with star symbol etched on it & one black fingerless glove on his right hand with two silver studded belts that hang around his waist loosely.
the young man gets up from his seated position dusting himself then dropping down onto the floor from the giant pipe he was just sitting on and immediately says with deep soft spoken tone
" Father sent me here for more advanced live combat training to help iron out my skills." continuing to walk through the area cautiously looking behind him in front or from the sides of different crevices & back rooms.
"This place smells like complete garbage, but also the hollow energy that I'm picking up around here is extremely dense like a thick fog is covering everything up ." After a few steps he feels multiple hollow energy signatures moving all around in dozens of different spots in the massive room he's in.
Without leaving any room for surprise attack, the young man immediately activates one of his trigger abilities moves. Roko hand… following the words muttered in a soft spoken tone, luminous white flames burst out around his hand manifesting a multicolor skeletal fist that fits securely around his right arm.
When the white flames illuminated the shadowy room he walked into in. for second everything is quiet and then a moment later in front and all around him; he sees multiple large black skinned creatures with slick onyx like carapaces, thick arms & skinny long legs like that of spider each one of them having five-ten pure white eyes across their faces with jagged edged teeth that protrude out from their mouths with dripping ooze.
In the background of the of what would be thousands of nightlights sits one that's particularly more humanoid in its appearance and structure, its body is slimmed but extremely toned like that of an athletic man and is carrying fleshy rapier that's carries a black coloration mixed with sharp but small bones jutting out from around the blades hilt & tip.
The creature had two pure white eyes shaped like a human's but its aura and bodily movements were akin to a beast lying in wait for its prey.
"Your… name.. is.." the young man can hear a growling hoarse voice speaking to him at a distance behind the other nightlights.
" eh.. you can call me Theodore." the creature didn't react and simply sat in silence for a few seconds before responding back again saying,
" are.. you.. strong..?" More nightlights begin encircling the room slowly the sound skidding increasingly louder.
"…" Theodore doesn't answer for a second then responds in a flat tone with an almost emotionless expression, "yeah I'm pretty strong for someone like you".
The exchange only lasted half second.
Cutting through air like a bullet passing by, large bone blade goes flying past killing multiple weak tier nightlights in the process of trying to reach Theodore head to cut it clean off his shoulders, before the flesh blade could reach, moving with the grace of dancing clown he narrowly dodges the strike coming at his head rolling to left of him whilst holding himself up with his left arm like an acrobat and then aiming with his right hand he snaps his fingers together.
BOOM!
White flames engulf the entire room in seconds Theodore is burning dozens to hundreds of the weaker nightlights instantly, while the stronger ones resist the flames with parts of their black carapace's still intact but still heavily singed & charred from the damage.
The stronger nightlight known as brutes form a gathering together, three in front, two on each side, and another three behind the first group.
Initial four from the two side groups forward lunge towards Theodore with hunger and madness in their empty white eyes one of them rearing up its right arm with exerted force to cleave young sage in half, its black carapace reflecting off the lingering flames in the area still.
From his right the second nightlight that was lunging forward towards him open its gaping maw aiming to clamp down on Theodore right arm with intense force.
Nightlight bite comes down with a loud crack echoing. the brute looks down seeing its jaw split open from trying tear into the arm seeing white flames are bone wrapped tightly around Theodore.
Pushing back the brute with hstrength reinforced through a burst of hollow energy flowing through his body, stepping back he raises his flaming fist readying himself for what is to come next.
Not giving him a moment to rest more of the weaker nightlights appear around trying to trap him with room to drown thedore out through thousands of creatures, all though despite the numbers and glaring environmental advantage they had over the young sage, it wasn't going to stop him from proving himself that is capable of doing what is needed to survive in this horrible world.
Sparks of white flames began dancing around him wildly like storm of unending winds, then everything falls silent, like the initial attack from nightlight master towards him earlier, Theodore responds in kind "roko hand: flame cluster impact".
An immense wave of undulating light and white flames bursting forth destroying everything in front & around him in a 300 meter radius of him, while the pure radiance of his heat continues, the bodies of thousands of nightlights all him around are boiled from the inside out with cracks and flaming fissures opened all over their bodies leaking out pristine fire.
Seeing all of this the nightlight master in the far distance decided on now intervening, it's movements & expression can be seen as indifferent but behind those cold white eyes is burning hunger behind them ready to be let out.
Leaping from the position he was just at bone shards imbedded themselves into ground, then another dozen more appear jutting out and extending trying to pierce and impale Theodore on a bone pike, thinking to himself while still on the move. the young silver sage activates another technique of his called flame shroud …creating an aura of white fire clusters around him, it can be seen as flowing off like sparks of flames. Additionally Two silver circles of connected crosses appear around his right wrist with a three pointed stars marked on his chest when activated.
In The flash of blink, nightlight bone master instantly appeared in front of Theodore without giving him time to fully adjust to the sheer speed that was showcased, taking all but a split second of time, the young sage then feels wave of what can only be described as harrowing pain, for more then 100 seconds he was bombarded with flurry
of fists imbued with hollow energy coated in sharp jagged bones stabbing into his body, after 100 second mark of enduring, quickly ducking under the next strike he accounted for, Theodore drops down to his knees into a low squat, immediately punching the ground under his two feet, blowing up the floor between himself and the nightlight master taking the creature away from its horde of nightlight brutes as assistance.
The two fighters fall down into another area of the black star ship not much bigger then where before, Theodore landing lightly on his feet looks around noticing this seemingly empty but massive storage unit, must be used for extra fuel on the black star… looking back towards his opponent in front a few dozen meters away from each other.
" my… kin. Are dead.." nightlight master looks down at the corpse of burnt fledgling, grabbing the body dragging it along floor with bluish blood trailing behind, hollow energy starts emanating all around it, shrouding it hard chitin body completely and expanding across the rest of black starship, feeling the harrowing presence of powerful creature now even angered. Lifting up the body over its head & tearing the fledgling in half with no effort, crushing down a pierce of flesh within its fist, pulling back its shoulder the nightlight master arm shoots forward at inhuman speeds as different pieces of the charred body parts with elite precision and terrifying force.
Seeing the flying flesh bullets coming towards him at blinding speed's, faster then anything he's dealt with before up until this point, Theodore quickly twists his body jumping backwards into the air bringing his feet overhead into somersault. Dodging out of the way of flesh pieces whizzing past him.
A moment later Flickering lights of gold shining into the room and then a small silver light is then weaved into reality coins appeared in his left hand, held in between his finger tips.
Theodore violently flicks his wrist outward, five gold coins shot out sharply like daggers, each one of them ricocheting off nearby walls, pipes, and the ground floor underneath the nightlight master's feet.
Clang ! Clang ! Clang ! Clang! Clang!
Another second passes and from corner of the nightlight masters eye it notices one of the coins bounce off another coin, it glows with hue of Theodore silver hollow energy shrouded around and in no less then tenth of second blows up with an intense explosion, causing an immediate chain reaction as the other four gold coins all explode atop of each other.
Without much time to react the nightlight was immediately blown up sending the creature reeling back slamming straight into wall nearby creating a net of cracks all throughout where it was hit into, parts of its body are heavily burned while other pieces such as its hardened chitin can be seen partially chipped off or broken apart.
Its white eyes still burning with instinct and hunger looking at Theodore intensively, a loud screech is let out followed by slamming its bone blade into ground then twisting its hilt with sound of a small click.
"Bone tomb.." the room became a couple degrees colder followed by deep rumbling then bursts of thick interconnected bones, shooting out everywhere, exactly half of the once empty room space was now filled with jagged bones that have been sharpened to an extremely fine point. Due to the surprise attack Theodore was hit by the explosive burst of bones, luckily he was fast enough to react in reducing damage by hollow energy reinforcement. Shards of bone can be seen sticking out of vary places around his body but despite the pain he currently feels, Theodore feels an something even deeper then the pain and that was the to calm his mind focusing only on the task at hand.
Well it was quite simple, he was going to kill this nightlight master & rob its trigger abilty for himself to use. White flames spark then wrap around the remaining bones imbedded into Theodore body, jumping on balls of his feet lightly looking at opposite end of him, his foot taps the ground and net of cracks appears under, "burst flow" instantly covering the distance between himself and nightlight master, flaming fist appears in view of the creature horrid face & white eyes his hulking skeletal knuckles followed by an added boost of hollow energy burst flow
For increase of movement; Theodore flaming white fist smashes into the master face with the force of mountain dropping atop something, air snaps around him and the creature second later a loud sonic boom is heard throughout the entire black star due to his attack.
A burning silver diamond can Be seen appearing on the nightlight master chest.
My 20 minutes begins now..
Theodore gamble to gain this power will be heavy cost of his hollow energy but not matter he knew the cost of this and what it would cost now he'll do what does best of All when fighting something deadly.
Become the monster even it would fear.
Theodore body heats rises up & his flames now grown increasingly even brighter and grander then before.
A spark of opening flutters through
his eyes ready to take what is his.
