Strange?
Well, it could be considered so.
Ron fiddled with his fountain pen and spun it in a swirling motion as he observed train car number 6.
It was a bit filthy, containing quite a lot of blood, flesh, and suffering scattered everywhere, adding to the overall horror flavor of everything.
However, compared to the outside world, this was still relatively mild. Furthermore, staying long within the scent of iron and blood had made Ron rather calloused emotionally when looking at it.
Ron took out a train ticket from his coat pocket. He cross referenced it with his seat before heading to his spot and checking the location to see if there was anything unusual.
He tapped the armrest, checking the elasticity, and even examined the level of rust to record in his notebook. Everything was necessary after all, right.
Ron silently continued to look at the corpses on the floor. Just as he thought, this place actually seemed similar to the ground outside.
The corpses were in an extreme state of decomposition, defying normal timeline because they were being consumed by the ground.
But strangely, this train car was made of metal, so it did not resemble the ground, how could it cause corrosion?
Ron would record it, while simultaneously taking blood samples to study, leaving the conclusion for later.
He also observed more of the surroundings, from the height, width, and length to the seating area.
Strangely, there seemed to be nothing more. Perhaps there had simply been a battle in here, nothing more.
Ron opened the door of the train car. He felt the cold sunlight of early spring amid bewildered questions.
"...Was this the scene when I walked out of the car with Quân?"
Ron truly could not remember experiencing this feeling when stepping down from the car like this. He recalled that when he got down, he was closer to the entry and exit aisle.
"Car number four?"
Ron walked around the train waiting area, using his eyes to estimate and reimagine the scene of him walking out with Quân.
Ron walked toward the door of car number four, scratched his chin, then opened the door and went inside.

Surprisingly, this place was far less strange than the previous locations. What Ron meant was that this place was too strange because it was not very strange.
Well, since there was still a rotting corpse at the end of the car after all, everything returned to being strange.
"This place is unusually clean, almost nothing here except a pile of shoe prints and blood, right?"
Ron casually walked toward the corpse, carefully taking an extra sample of blood and a bit of flesh to observe. He also went to his seat to check, finding nothing strange either because there was nothing there.
Ron did not think too much either, he would head to car number five to see what was going on.
Previously, because Quân encountered an issue, it was inconvenient for him to go to car five to fetch the bag of supplies, forcing him to use fishing lines to snatch the equipment bag.
Currently, through the fact that his memory information opened up starting from car number four, he was uncertain about what happened, but he already had a few specific hypotheses.
Ron stepped out of train car number four, reconfirmed his own memories, then walked toward train car number five.

Ron casually stepped into car number five. His gaze swiftly scanned back and forth across the car. Indeed, compared to car number four, this place was flooded with blood, but compared to car number six, this place was quite clean.
Ron performed what he had done earlier again, measuring, observing, taking notes, and so on.
But he realized something a bit strange.
Right at the spot where he placed his train ticket, he noticed that beneath the bottom of the seat, an object was placed right at the leg of the chair, hidden away in a corner that was hard to find.
Instantly, Ron thought of two things. First, this object was placed in the dark in a direction that the lights of the train car did not shine upon, which was logical when the train was running in the night but would be exposed when daylight arrived.
The second thing was that the object possessed a very dark color, blending exceptionally well within the darkness lacking light. Currently it was daytime so it was easily exposed, but the outer coat of paint was obviously intentional. Furthermore, it evaded the other passengers, making it an object of mysterious origin?
Ron carefully stepped backward and used a fishing line to lift the object up to inspect it.
"..."
He stood pressed against the door of the car, only keeping his eyes to observe from afar. His gaze shifted from boredom to extreme caution, as this could be something that perhaps no one knew about.

"Huh?"
Indeed... this thing surpassed all perceptions that Ron had set forth.
This thing actually turned out to be a gun?
A black pistol?!
