Chapter 65 - Chapter 66: The Great Axe Conference

In one of the Virtual Universe's countless dimensional planes, endless darkness stretched in all directions, punctuated only by distant stars gleaming like scattered jewels across the void.

A simple yet imposing temple floated in the emptiness, its ancient stones radiating quiet authority. Before the temple stood a long stone table flanked by matching stone chairs. At the head sat a single throne-like chair, occupied by a giant savage man whose wild appearance belied the incalculable power he commanded.

Figures suddenly materialized in the chairs along both sides of the table, the Primal Chaos City Lord and the other Universe Masters of humanity. Each presence radiated such overwhelming authority that even the fabric of this virtual space seemed to tremble.

This was the highest meeting of the human race, and only Universe Masters could participate. Held within the Great Axe Temple and typically convened by the Huge Axe Creator himself, it was known as the "Great Axe Conference."

"Great Axe, why have you suddenly summoned us?" A Universe Master with a body as massive as a mountain and sporting a dragon's tail laughed, his voice carrying obvious curiosity.

"Let Primal Chaos speak," the giant savage man, the Huge Axe Creator, replied in his characteristic deep rumble.

The Primal Chaos City Lord nodded gravely, his expression betraying the weight of what he was about to reveal. "This conference concerns two matters, both of which will profoundly impact our race's future."

He paused, ensuring he had everyone's complete attention before continuing. "First, the most critical development." His eyes swept across the assembled Universe Masters. "A peak bloodline has emerged within humanity."

"What?" The Dragon Walk Master, who had spoken moments earlier, recoiled in shock.

"Primal Chaos, are you serious?"

"A peak bloodline? With ten times genetic level?"

"This is simply, "

The announcement ignited immediate chaos. Voices overlapped as the Universe Masters erupted in disbelief, their normally impeccable composure shattered.

"Primal Chaos," a gentle yet commanding voice cut through the commotion like a blade through silk. "You would not have summoned us without confirmation. What is this peak bloodline? What do you plan to do with it? Do you need our assistance?"

The speaker's calm authority instantly silenced the others. This was Lord Qingdong, one of humanity's most respected Universe Masters.

"Lord Qingdong speaks wisely," several Universe Masters murmured in agreement.

"Where should this bloodline be placed?"

The Primal Chaos City Lord inclined his head respectfully. "I do have a plan. The individual possessing this peak bloodline is a young genius who just participated in our Genius Battle. According to his own testimony, this bloodline was bestowed directly by the Original Universe consciousness itself, which marks him as someone the cosmos has taken an interest in. Beyond this extraordinary gift, his natural talent is quite impressive."

"Primal Chaos, that youngster you're referring to, could it be Han Jue?" Dragon Walk Master suddenly interjected, leaning forward with renewed interest.

"Yes," the Primal Chaos City Lord confirmed with mild surprise.

"I've heard of this young man," Dragon Walk Master said with an appreciative smile. "They call him a genius who appears once every few million epochs. I reviewed his registration information, he's been cultivating for barely over a decade, yet his potential is extraordinary."

He paused thoughtfully. "With sufficient time, he'll likely become a genius of the ten-million-epoch level. But if he possesses a peak bloodline on top of his natural gifts..." Dragon Walk Master trailed off meaningfully. "Primal Chaos, what are your intentions?"

All eyes returned to the Primal Chaos City Lord.

A helpless smile crossed his normally stern features. "Han Jue's innate potential combined with his peak bloodline means we cannot force him to accomplish anything specific. However, it is absolutely imperative that we ensure this peak bloodline is passed down through descendants."

He straightened, his voice taking on solemn determination. "Therefore, I intend to accept him as my direct disciple. At least until he successfully passes on his bloodline, I will personally prevent any accidents from happening to him."

The Primal Chaos City Lord's expression softened slightly, revealing rare optimism. "I believe that with his talent, fortune, and the bloodline he carries, there exists a genuine possibility, however slight, that he could eventually rise to our level and become another pillar for humanity."

"Yes."

"I agree."

"Unfortunately, my specialization isn't the Law of Space," one Universe Master lamented with obvious regret.

Beside the Primal Chaos City Lord, a silver-haired man with graying temples who had been resting with his eyes closed suddenly opened them. His gaze carried peculiar intensity, and he appeared ready to speak.

However, before he could voice his thought, he was interrupted.

"Primal Chaos, let's move on to the second matter," the Huge Axe Creator rumbled from the head of the table, his tone brooking no argument.

"Understood," the Primal Chaos City Lord nodded smoothly.

"The second matter relates to Han Jue's home planet." The Primal Chaos City Lord's voice took on a more serious edge. "Han Jue's homeworld is called Earth. When I investigated it personally, I discovered traces left there by one of the universe's most powerful beings. After confirmation with Great Axe, I can verify that this involves Sitting Mountain Guest."

"Sitting Mountain Guest?"

"Could it truly be him?"

The name alone sent ripples of shock through the assembly.

"Yes," the Primal Chaos City Lord confirmed. "Earth, along with the surrounding star fields extending thousands of light-years, has been fundamentally transformed by Sitting Mountain Guest. As for the effects of this transformation..." He paused deliberately. "Any life born on Earth, especially during embryonic development, will be influenced by the planet's invisible factors, undergoing unique evolution in certain aspects of their soul. Earthlings are far more likely to perceive and improve their mental state."

The Universe Masters leaned forward intently.

"From my observations, both Han Jue and Luo Feng's mental states and consciousness are already considered exceptional throughout the universe. Yet on Earth, many individuals possess such mental states, and even higher spiritual realms exist there." The Primal Chaos City Lord added, "This information comes from directly observing the planet through time reversal. This isn't difficult to verify."

"Sitting Mountain Guest, who once created the Flame God Clan focused on physical evolution, has now created Earthlings focused on spiritual power?" Dragon Walk Master mused aloud, his voice tinged with wonder.

The implications were staggering. The Flame God Clan had produced Universe Masters. These Earthlings might be comparable in potential.

"The value of Earth is probably no less than some supreme treasures!"

"True, but that's Han Jue's home planet! What should we do?"

"Can my faction also reproduce on Earth?"

Excited murmurs filled the space as the Universe Masters contemplated the possibilities.

"Everyone." The silver-haired man with graying temples spoke, his voice cutting through the speculation like ice. All attention immediately shifted to him.

"Lord of Ice Peak, do you have something to say?" Lord Qingdong asked courteously.

"In my opinion," the Lord of Ice Peak said calmly, his tone leaving no room for debate, "since Earth is Han Jue's home planet, and Han Jue possesses a peak bloodline, then control of Earth should be handed over to Han Jue. This will allow him to cultivate this peak bloodline and unleash its full potential."

Silence fell as the Universe Masters considered this perspective.

"Hmm..."

"Lord of Ice Peak makes a valid point."

"Indeed."

Though each Universe Master harbored private desires to place their own people on Earth to reproduce and enhance their faction's potential, they remained unified when humanity's overall interests were at stake. Individual ambitions fell away before the collective good.

Everything for humanity's future.

"Since you all agree, we shall proceed as Lord of Ice Peak suggests," the Huge Axe Creator pronounced slowly, his word final and absolute.

After learning about Han Jue's bloodline from the Primal Chaos City Lord and understanding Earth's transformative properties with the help of Sitting Mountain Guest, the Huge Axe Creator had already formed this plan. The combination of these two factors would produce the best results.

"Yes."

"No objections."

The Universe Masters voiced their support one by one.

"Primal Chaos, there is one more thing." The Lord of Ice Peak spoke again slowly, drawing every eye back to him.

"Is it about Han Jue?" The Primal Chaos City Lord smiled knowingly.

"Correct." The Lord of Ice Peak nodded once. "Since the young man has chosen my Ice Peak Chaos Monument, leave him to me."

"No problem," the Primal Chaos City Lord agreed without hesitation.

He knew that the last time his junior martial brother had accepted a disciple was countless epochs ago. The Lord of Ice Peak was aloof and detached, it was rare for him to take the initiative to speak. If he wanted to accept a disciple, as senior martial brother, the Primal Chaos City Lord naturally had to provide this opportunity.

Moreover, what Han Jue had learned was indeed somewhat related to the Lord of Ice Peak's path. It was a suitable match.
