But it's much weaker than the mimics on the surface, so they easily brushed them off with superior firepower. As they continued on, they eventually figured out about the place. This was just one of the lesser clans research facility of a certain type-4 civilization ruling half of the milky way galaxy, there's a lot of information William found within a weird designed computer since knowing the alien text makes him able to figure out how to hack into it's system.
An error suddenly occurred 5 hours after they hacked the computer.
[Arcerocrat detected! Eliminated intruder!] a loud announcement rang to the entire facility. The real danger begins as not only the monster but, monstrous security bots emerged from it's deep sleep.
They have thought of escaping back to the surface but the door back was shut down, and they had no choice but to move forward and find a way to reach the control room inside the research lab. Luckily they acquired the data map of the facility, it only has 5 floors and they are on the 3rd.

They fought their way in, encountering massive enemies in such large corridors the robots are a much harder to handle than the fleshy mound that are easy to blow up, the super team despite the struggle, still manage to smashed the robots. This robots were designed to tanks bullets with it's body plating, but it isn't without a weakness, William slashed his way into the robot's weak spot, cutting it in half. The others with large builds like Eric could smash it to the ground.
"arcerocrats? What's that?" most of them questioned
"do you know something about it boss?"
"....No I don't, there is no such information in the research database"
"but why did he called us humans arcerocrats, it's strange"
William only know one thing about this, the Arcerocrat they possibly means must've been him or his unusual alien bloodline.
He doesn't really know what his true origin was, unlike his other siblings, he's the only one born with a different and mysterious mother.
"hang in there were almost there" William shouted as they ran with a map on hold and a gun on his left. Despite his big sword sheathed at his back, it didn't drag his speed down.
"two, bots incoming! Engage" everyone fought in formation, a strategic approach for their lack of numbers.

They fought hard to pave a path and as they've reached the last corridor. They've fallen to a trap, a large number of guarding bots greeted them with their weapons fully operational. The tired group, with the almost exhausting stamina in this frequent fight, without the rest they need. And their ammunition are almost out.
The first prophetic vision came true, this is what William saw the moment he walk out of his cryopad. When suddenly he recieved the first vision in a while.
"boss were surrounded, i will stall them! Please get out of here" out of loyalty, his team mate already thought of self sacrifice despite the state of fatigue he was in.
"no! We wi-" before William refute, a few followed and spoke in confident
"boss please go, don't make our action be in vain if you fall with us!"
"alright, make sure you get back alive you got me?!" William, who full well knows his responsibility as the leader, the situation so grim, and the vision to his comrades. Had no choice but to accept defeat over fate. For once, he didn't manage to change the fate of his dying friends.
With the help of the others who left behind, the remaining lead by William manage to escape from the deadlock and arrive at there destination.
William wallows in despair but remain compose since as the leader, if he fall from grief it might demoralize his heavily wounded people.
As they arrive, which William presume to be the main lab and testing site. The door shuts and the light turned on. The squad finally can take a breathe and rest
"there's air in this place!" archer exclaimed as he took of the helmet and for the first time in a while, breathe the freshest air in decades being stuck in the massive spacecraft.
Volzar just sit beside in the sense of despondency. The death of rival has saddened him and murmured "you bastard, you left too soon. You could've atleast accompany you in your final moment"
