Chapter 176 - Chapter 175: Obito’s Defense Breaks

"She never loved you at all."

Obito's body trembled. His eyes, once filled with ruthlessness, were now hollow — replaced by emptiness and confusion.

Boruto's words were like sharp daggers, piercing straight into the most vulnerable part of his heart.

The memories of Rin — the laughter, the tears, and the irreversible loss — all flooded back. His emotions surged in chaos.

"You're wrong!"

Obito's voice was low and hoarse, as if forced out from deep within his throat.

He continued, "What I seek isn't merely a world where Rin exists."

"It's an ideal world without war, without pain — where everyone can live a happy life."

"Rin's dream was also that kind of world… a world filled with love and peace."

Boruto's face twisted with impatience.

"Enough. I was just speaking casually. I didn't think you'd get so easily provoked."

"What you've done — maybe others can forgive you, but I can't."

"Because I am the grandson of the Fourth Hokage, Minato Namikaze… and Kushina Uzumaki!"

Before he even finished, Boruto's figure vanished in a flash, charging straight at Obito.

Without using any Ninjutsu or special technique — relying purely on strength and speed — Boruto drove a heavy punch right into Obito's face.

Obito was blasted backward, flying like a kite with its string cut.

Giving him no chance to recover, Boruto disappeared again, reappearing beside Obito midair — his fist slamming into him once more.

This time, Obito didn't even have time to react.

Boruto's fists rained down like a relentless storm, each strike echoing with a deafening boom.

"Bang! Bang! Bang!"

Obito's body tumbled through the air, every impact followed by the sound of shattering bones and splattering blood.

The roars of impact and the rippling white shockwaves filled the sky — the scene was brutal and awe-inspiring.

"Obito…" Minato looked up, his gaze locked on his former student, now being pummeled mercilessly by Boruto.

The Ninja Allied Forces could only stare — speechless — at the one-sided massacre taking place in the air.

Many among them had once witnessed Obito's overwhelming power — the man who had once stood against the entire world.

But now, before this young shinobi, Obito looked fragile… almost pitiful.

"Good hit! Kill him! Kill him!" An elderly ninja from the Allied Forces shouted, his voice cracking with fury.

His son had died in this war — at Obito's hands. And now, all that hatred and pain found an outlet.

His cry ignited the crowd.

"Avenge our fallen comrades!" they roared.

Madara, watching the scene from afar, sneered in disdain.

"The weak can only vent their incompetence by shouting."

"They fear the strong… and beg the stronger to save them. Pathetic — a swarm of worthless ants."

Obito, exhausted and bloodied, had no strength left to resist. His body hung limp in the air — a rag doll under Boruto's unrelenting blows.

"Seven hundred and twentieth punch!"

Boruto's fist, cloaked in silver-white chakra, drove straight into Obito's chest like lightning — and then tore back out.

With a gut-wrenching scream, the tailed beast chakra within Obito was ripped free.

Obito's body plummeted like a stone, crashing into the ground and raising a massive cloud of dust.

The tailed beast chakra, once extracted, scattered into the air — transforming into the colossal forms of the individual Tailed Beasts.

They roared toward the heavens, their cries sounding like a victory chant over Obito's defeat.

"The Tailed Beasts have been extracted!" Naruto shouted as he watched the beasts surge into the sky.

Boruto looked down at Obito, now gasping weakly — barely alive.

With the Tailed Beasts gone, Obito's strength had vanished.

If not for the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path sustaining him, his life force would have already faded.

Using gravity control, Boruto lifted Obito's broken body and brought him before Minato.

With a wave of his hand, Obito was forced to his knees, pinned by an invisible force.

"Obito…" Minato's eyes were filled with sorrow and disbelief.

He had never imagined that the masked man who attacked Konoha — the one who unleashed the Nine-Tails and caused his and Kushina's deaths — was none other than his own student, Obito Uchiha.

Because of him, Naruto grew up without parents — shunned and alone.

"Why, Obito?" Minato's voice was heavy, each word weighted with pain.

"You were once so bright… so full of hope. You dreamed of becoming Hokage. Why walk this path of no return? Was it because I failed to save Rin?"

Obito lowered his head, his face caked with blood and dirt, expression unreadable.

Yet his voice was clear — trembling, but firm.

"Sensei… I really did dream of becoming Hokage."

"I wanted everyone's recognition. I wanted to protect the village, protect Rin… protect everything we loved."

His voice shook, "But the moment Rin died before my eyes… my world collapsed."

"I lost my purpose — my reason. All I could think about was creating a world where Rin still existed."

"Even if it was an illusion, even if it cost countless lives… was I wrong? I kept asking myself that."

Boruto then turned and walked to Sarada's side.

"Sarada, do you still have that turtle?"

"It's in my ninja tool pouch," Sarada nodded.

Boruto placed his hand on her shoulder, and in an instant, he, Sarada, and Sumire vanished from the battlefield.

They reappeared far away — by a calm, silent lake.

Sarada took out the small turtle-like tool.

"Boruto, this is the Space-Time Movement Tool — Karasuki. Sumire and I found some information about it when we traveled here."

"That Ōtsutsuki — his name was Urashiki Ōtsutsuki. He originally planned to use this tool to travel back to Uncle Naruto's childhood and steal the Nine-Tails' chakra."

"Yeah, I know," Boruto said with a serious nod.

Karasuki raised its turtle head and spoke, "Are you ready to go back?"

"Can we travel back anytime?" Boruto asked.

"Yes. I've just absorbed a large amount of chakra — enough to travel through time again," Li replied.

"I have a question," Boruto said. "Are we traveling to the past, or to a parallel world?"

"It's a parallel world," Karasuki answered. "Whatever you do here won't affect your original timeline."

"Time travel… and this tool created by the Ōtsutsuki Clan…" Boruto frowned. "Is such a thing really possible?"

"You weren't created by Urashiki, were you?" Boruto asked, narrowing his eyes.

"No," Karasuki replied. "My master brought me to this planet over ten thousand years ago."

"Over ten thousand years?" Boruto, Sarada, and Sumire all froze — stunned by what they had just heard.
