Chapter 333: Konoha Underworld Village
"Alright, mission complete!"
Yasushi smiled while clapping his hands before ordering:
"Someone bring several people to move this Box of Ultimate Bliss aside. Guard it carefully. Don't let anyone approach."
"Everyone else—hurry and clean up our clan compound. That'll be the village center from now on."
"Clean out Fugaku's old estate and reconstruct it. That'll become the Hokage building. Everyone will hold meetings and conduct business there."
"Commercial districts, food districts—everything needs replanning."
"Regardless, Konoha Village has been destroyed multiple times already. Now we're redistributing all areas. From now on, we Uchiha make all decisions!"
"Oh right—the Hyuga clan compound can be returned to Neji. From now on, Neji is the Hyuga clan leader. No more main house and branch house distinctions."
Yasushi rattled off a massive pile of work assignments, having people lead separate teams for execution.
Everyone enthusiastically accepted orders and began working. But very quickly, problems emerged.
"Lord Hokage, we don't have enough manpower!"
"Konoha is such a huge village. We simply can't manage with just these people present—even using ninja techniques to improve work efficiency isn't enough."
"Uh, well..." Yasushi scratched his head before instinctively turning toward Seimei nearby.
Seimei jolted upright before hastily declaring:
"Lord Hokage, rest assured! Within half a month—no, within ten days maximum—I guarantee the first batch of Takumi Village people will reach Konoha."
"It's just the roads aren't very safe currently. Takumi Village's strength isn't particularly strong either. We must be extremely careful traveling, or we could arrive faster."
"That's simple. We'll send people escorting them."
Yasushi rapidly formed hand seals before slapping the ground.
Amid tremendous earth tremors and rumbling, dozens of coffins rose from underground once again.
Coffin lids opened. The Hyuga Edo Tensei army and Uzumaki Edo Tensei army reappeared before Seimei.
"See?" Yasushi spoke proudly. "Our village doesn't have much else, but we've got plenty of Edo Tensei ninja."
"Seimei—immediately lead a batch of Edo Tensei bodies back to Takumi Village. Escort Takumi Village personnel and supplies during relocation here."
"With this group of jonin joining, safety along the way absolutely poses no problems."
"Uh..." Seimei's expression stiffened before he hastily agreed with a dry laugh.
He didn't dare delaying. He quickly gathered a batch of Edo Tensei bodies willing to accompany him before hurriedly leaving Konoha Village.
Upon exiting the village, he instinctively glanced back. He saw figures throughout the village—but most were Edo Tensei bodies. Living people numbered extremely few.
Where was this any Konoha Ninja Village? This was clearly Konoha Underworld Village!
After sending Seimei's group off, Yasushi wanted distributing other Edo Tensei bodies as well—having them join the work.
Unfortunately, not all Edo Tensei bodies proved cooperative.
"Uchiha brat, don't think mastering Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation lets you command us!"
"Previously when you controlled us for combat, we couldn't resist. But now you actually want us working? What are you dreaming about?"
"If you're capable, personally control us for labor! But expecting us voluntarily working—not a chance!"
Yasushi glanced sideways. The loudly clamoring old fellow was an Uzumaki clan member—red-haired, face full of stubborn obstinacy.
"What are you looking at?"
The old man glared while shouting furiously at Yasushi:
"Don't think being Hokage means I'll give you face!"
"Regardless, Uzushiogakure has long been destroyed. This old man died ages ago. I fundamentally don't care about your Konoha Village."
"Can you kill me twice?"
"Hmph, those who toy with souls never end well. There's good reason Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation was designated a forbidden technique."
"You'd better forbid this technique immediately too. Stop using it. Let us old folks return to the Pure Land for eternal rest."
Yasushi observed him coldly for a while before waving someone over.
"Bring that Box of Ultimate Bliss back over here."
Moments later, the Box of Ultimate Bliss was placed before Yasushi again.
Yasushi stood, strolling to the Uzumaki elder before pointing at the Box of Ultimate Bliss:
"Do you know what this is?"
The old man stubbornly ignored him, eyes averted. Yasushi didn't grow angry, still calmly introducing it:
"This thing is the legendary Box of Ultimate Bliss. I don't know if you heard of it during your lifetime."
"Let me briefly introduce it..."
After simply introducing the Box of Ultimate Bliss, Yasushi patted the box's outer wall while surveying the surroundings. He smiled coldly:
"Any soul entering this box becomes forever trapped in pitch-black darkness containing nothing—facing infinite torture from emptiness and deathly silence. Eternally unable to escape."
"Think dying ends everything?"
"You're dreaming too beautifully!"
"Sleeping in the Pure Land means perceiving nothing external—thus no suffering."
"But entering this box? Even the Pure Land can't reclaim your soul. You can only suffer endlessly inside this box."
"Moreover, time flows differently inside this box compared to outside—at least a thousand-fold difference."
"Put it this way—Third Hokage Sarutobi Hiruzen? After death, I threw his corpse inside. When he emerged moments later, he'd transformed into the mindless demon called 'Enlightened.'"
