New faces were walking around Goliath that Andrei had never seen before and at first was throwing him off. He then remembered he gave them clear instructions to expand their influence by recruiting more people.
Andrei didn't understand how famous he became from the MAC but the fact that everyone he was running into knew exactly who he was, made him uncomfortable and asked Goliath how many new people have been added.
"There are 182 new personnel assigned to you. Most have been relocated to your beast base on Junti as many are beast scientists from Ra recruited by Bert. The personnel on the ship are not associated with Ra, numbering 30." The disembodied voice of Goliath spoke to him in his head.
Andrei had his "Identify" going so he could at minimum know their names as he was walking by and they would acknowledge him. They would be shocked when he would greet them by their name and the myth of Andrei's leadership and abilities grew larger. They would also receive his presence once he introduced himself, so besides getting their name spoken outloud to them despite never meeting Andrei before they were now getting a massive boost from his presence. The combination created a buzz throughout the ship as the new members were amazed by their leader.
The few that were soldiers Andrei made sure to have a detailed conversation with them. They typically were walking around in their beast gear which made it easier for Andrei to figure out. He decided that he needed to get everyone up to speed so through Goliath he called all the new members to the training room on Deck 5.
They slowly trickled in and the few that hadn't met Andrei were introduced to him. He counted heads and 29 were counted. He did another count and even asked Goliath which responded with "Hunter Krus is currently on his way, was in the VR and was slow to respond to this request to come down here."
A moment later a large Manthra entered the training room and Andrei blurted out "Hurricane41?" which the Manthra froze in his tracks. The second time he has been identified outside of Duel and he was positive it was the same voice. The Manthra looked Andrei up and down and said "Hunter Krus is my actual name, but yes I am Hurricane41 and saw that you guys were recruiting and wanted to join."
"Welcome! I am so glad you of all people joined and welcome everyone else. We are Death Squad and this is Goliath the main base. I wanted to formerly introduce you to Death Squads secret weapon, the final form we all can reach if you ever activated a beast weapon. The teacher of it calls it Zii, it will manifest itself based on who you are and what you are in terms of your powers."
"Examples of this can be perfectly portrayed by our own twins Loco and Poco Sanchez." Andrei announced their names and they came walking into the room. They group all looked the twins and then they both turned into their final form Jaguar and Lion. The whole group were in shock and the cats moved around the room showing their agility and playing with individuals bopping them on their butts with their paws.
The group was able to witness the change then both turned back into the identical twins they all just saw a few minutes before. The twins were in their final form for 5 minutes and Andrei was impressed that they could hold it for that long. He also noticed they didn't show any gold in their form and was curious as to why but set that thought aside.
"There are those of you that might be forgers or your powers might not be fighting so I am here to inform you that it takes on different forms." He produced Henry's hammer from his inventory he had borrowed earlier from Henry without him knowing it, but he also knew he would return it via Goliath which after showing the group and them getting to hold it for a moment he did just that. Henry had been searching every inch of the forge and could not find his hammer till it appeared on the table in a flash similar to Andrei's abilities so he figured that Andrei had borrowed it.
Andrei then turned himself into a python which everyone took a step back at the sheer size of him. The python was a formidable looking form and the fact that they had never seen anyone transform so effortlessly into another being till now they were all whispering comments amongst themselves.
Andrei turned back into himself and with a warm smile "I want each of you to relax, I want you to focus on the feeling to activate a beast weapon. You need to focus on that feeling and focus only on that energy. If you are a multiple power user you will see more than just one energy, focus on the gold energy. "
Loco then spoke up to Andrei "I see blue energy, I think I might have seen gold energy once but I always seem to see blue, should I search for gold?" Which made Andrei ponder what the correct answer would be. "It doesn't hurt to try, I have noticed that you guys don't display gold like everyone else's. Thinking about it, I don't think I have seen gold on Surany either."
The group had no idea who he was talking about but they did all agree there was nothing gold on the jaguar, lion and python. Andrei had a cooldown on his final forms so he couldn't display his rage form that would turn his freckles into golden spots. The group including Loco and Poco all started to meditate trying to find their final form.
The first person to wake up to their final form was a human named Simon Kezz and it was also the first weapon that Andrei had seen. Andrei had not met Simon yet other than a quick hello when everyone was congregating into the training room. Simon's power was his eye hand coordination was perfectly in sync allowing him to aim perfectly with ranged weapons. The golden weapon appeared standing on its butt end of the rifle, a massive caliber sniper rifle, standing 5 feet long. The golden shimmer on the weapon was impressive and Simon picked it up and looked down at the sights. He was shocked at how light the weapon was despite its size.
"Permission to go and test this out on the shooting range?" Simon asked Andrei who wasn't expecting the question as he was lost looking at the weapon completely mesmerized by its golden glimmer. "Yeah I am going to watch you at minimum fire your first shot."
They both walked out of the training room and the shooting range was across the hallway. They put the target back to its max distance of 1,000 yards and Simon gave Andrei a quick smile before he looked into the scope and fired his first shot in an instant.
Andrei was shocked to see the target's bullseye disappear completely as the shot was fired at a pace he couldn't keep up with. Andrei thought about "Adrenaline Rush" as he saw Simon pull the trigger again, this time he was able to follow the bullet and was able to see it was golden. The bullet hit the target exactly where the previous bullet went and the target didn't move. Andrei's mouth dropped to the floor witnessing that, Simon's face was filled with the biggest smile anyone could have.
"You just gave me the best sniper rifle I have ever held in my life. Place me where you need me as I will protect you and yours. This is the greatest moment in my life and words can't describe the thanks I want to give you." Simon's eyes had a glimmer to them as if he was going to cry but he held it back.
Andrei asked him if he could test it as well and when the golden gun was handed to Andrei he ran his multiply weapon. He then received the "duh duh" error sound which shocked him but then it also made sense that he couldn't duplicate someone's manifested final form weapon. Andrei gave him a warm smile, handed him his weapon back, and went back to the group to see if anyone else had manifested their final form.
Loco and Poco were both standing at the entrance waiting for Andrei to return as they were both showing golden hair and eyes. They could feel the difference and that they felt they could unload their abilities constantly. Then they high-fived each other and something different happened. Their bodies were then encased in the blue flame that their combining powers would do to their weapons, only now it was their bodies. "Awesome!" they both exclaimed simultaneously.
They left the training room and Andrei stood by waiting patiently for more to find their final forms. He was now actually putting it together that they might have multiple final forms and was wondering if he might be able to make a weapon. That thought was interrupted by the next person to find their final form. Latisa Koneg who had black curly hair was straightened out and golden now, her eyes glowing gold but then her body was radiating a green glow. The glow when Andrei was in range of it felt like it was healing him even though he had nothing to heal.
She then concentrated on her normal abilities and the green glow intensified in her hands and then went blasting out at Andrei who could feel the healing power. He purposely sliced his arm while being hit with the green energy and he could tell the speed of which his arm healed was even faster than his vampire and focaine combined speed. The speed that it closed shocked Latisa who had seen her healing ability plenty to know that it was fast.
The final form timer ran its course for Latisa and she had the same look everyone who first experiences the loss of the final form would display. Andrei gave his spiel that he had plenty of practice stating and was more accurate with it now. He even informed her about if she saw other energy colors to pursue those as well. Latisa bowed to Andrei who told her not to do such things but that he was happy she felt more powerful.
Hunter Krus was the next to find his final form and the Manthra's wings turned golden. Hunter shot up into the air but the limited ceiling space in the training room meant he couldn't really experience the increases to his wings just yet, but could already tell he could move significantly faster and felt much lighter. He landed and looked at Andrei in pure amazement thanking him profusely.
The rest of the group slowly started to figure theirs out and Andrei informed them of alternate final forms as well. Each individual thanked Andrei over and over again as they each knew how much more powerful they had become just from this one thing Andrei taught them.
Goliath was now populated with lots of different species all working to the common goal of the betterment of the Galaxy being led by someone who still hadn't found his full potential. Master Chief Charles Hood had noticed the diversity and the expansion and was really impressed with what Andrei was able to do in such a short time. He approached Andrei as Andrei left the training room.
"I was wondering if there was a way to get these guys more experience working together but haven't figured out the best solution, what are your thoughts on it Andrei?" Hood inquired catching Andrei offguard with the question as he was thinking of final form abilities. Andrei contemplated the answer but then Goliath presented an option.
"Please grab the tablet and hand it to Master Chief Hood" Goliath told Andrei in his head while highlighting in his view a tablet that just popped out of a console in the wall. The tablet was removed by Andrei and when he looked at it there was an interface similar to his tab for the Goliath. The interface on the tablet didn't react to anything Andrei did to it but once he handed it to Charles the tablet then started to work.
Andrei was amazed by the fact that even the tablet would work only for who it was intended to work for. Charles was looking at the interface on the tablet and selected different options that were appearing. Then Charles looked up at Andrei, thanked him for the tablet and walked away. Andrei wasn't sure what just happened but eventually he would find out about how the Master Chief would now create quests for them to fulfill to get rewards. He put priority on grouping up and the rewards would be greater the more they worked as a team.
