This startled Yuna, who cautiously glanced at Mei and Kiana, who were fighting assassins not far away.
A pleasurable feeling of intimacy suddenly arose within her.
"Yun...Yun Ling..." Yuna whispered, then snuggled closer to Yun Ling.
"I'm trying to see if I can manipulate your powers," Yun Ling explained.
"Huh?" Yun Ling's words left Yuna completely bewildered.
But she quickly understood.
Yuna suddenly felt a subtle connection between her body and Yun Ling.

Then, towering trees rose from the ground, enveloping a large area.
"Yun Ling, you..." Yuna's eyes widened in disbelief. Yun Ling had actually used her to manipulate plants!
But then Yun Ling suddenly slumped against her, leaving her somewhat flustered.
"The consumption is... a bit too much..."
Yun Ling's voice was almost gone. Although he could indeed manipulate them, wasn't the consumption a bit too terrifying?
The commotion naturally attracted the attention of Kiana and Mei, who rushed over to check on them.
Fortunately, both Yun Ling and Yuna were unharmed.

Several bullets flew towards the two, but Mei swung her katana, easily deflecting them.
A massive machine slowly emerged from the nearby ruins.
Atop the machine sat a petite figure, her two Roman curls neatly combed, her silhouette against the backdrop of the promising Soviet steel plates—her identity was obvious.
"Herrscher detected. Requesting retrieval."
