As I walk down the hall, my legs feel more heavy with each step I take.
My heart feels even heavier, the moment with Angelo on the balcony replaying over and over in my mind like an endless loop.
The look in his eyes. The bruise on his cheek. The way he shoved me away. The way he admitted everything—and then walked off, leaving me standing there, shivering in the cold.
I can't help but feel torn.
Torn between loyalty and love for Val, and the feelings I have for Angelo and Raffaele.
