The group walked through the library before TODD spoke.
"All of your psychological profiles are on the table."
They walked to the table nearest to them. Seven files were there. They read numerous names; Alexandria York, BB, John Sears, Joseph Diostar, Horatio Eisenhower, and Scott Turner. Scott chuckled for a second before speaking.
"Seriously, your name is Horatio?"
"I go by Father Eisenhower now."
"You should. It rolls of the tongue a lot better than Horatio. Also, do you even have a legal name, BB?"
"No. It was scrubbed from any legal record. My Hebrew name is Adam."
BB picked up his file and read through it for a few minutes before he had finished the three-hundred-page file. It had recapped nearly every day of his life. He memorized most of it, which isn't hard when you are the main character of the story you read. Scott had picked up Sears's file and was on day eighty.
"Wow, you were walking by two and a half months?"
"Yeah?"
Mistress picked up her file. After she got to year twelve, it said she disappeared and was found on an island. Sears didn't care about getting knowledge on his allies. Though, he did still make contingency plans for the people that he semi called friends.
"We should go."
"Go where? I can't let you out of here until we get to the place that's downloaded into my very being!"
It was a small town with a zombie virus. It was August eight, twenty twenty-five. Being the worst day of the year as a small town in Oklahoma burned. Hordes were outside the school.
"What do we do?"
"Play the hero."
Guns and knives appeared before the group. For some reason, BB wanted to help them instead of leaving. It was odd when you consider what he did.
"I guess we need to save some lives. All there is to do is do what he says."
Sears took the rifle first. He didn't like seeing people become like he did, an orphan. The general ran through the door and began to wipe out the hordes before Mistress followed suit. She made a line of them fall downwards so hard and fast that the affected were made into puddles in a matter of seconds.
"Why not? I gotta do what all good leaders do."
"Protect his people?"
"NO! Cut a deal."
Scott walked inwards of the time machine whilst BB and the others went outwards. Some people were getting hurt as Alexandria was swarmed and eaten within a few minutes. BB had taken some spiked brass knuckles and began to fight.
"You can do this. Just don't faint when their head explodes."
The school was up a hill, and the hill was surrounded by the hordes. One with ripped clothes and a lazy eye came to him. Its skin was pale like it had lost all its blood. With nothing left to do, BB punched him in the face. The fist made a very precise indent with small holes where the spikes were.
"Can you hurry up?"
BB tried to make a kick for the thing's head and his poor hygiene caught up with him and it only made it to the creature's neck and crushed it. The creature fell back into the ones behind him and sent about a dozen away.
"There you go."
Mistress had made about sixteen people get into TODD whilst General Sears and BB fought off the hordes near the school whilst Joey walked through the school and had been tasked with the job of making it safe for students. He was really hung up on the fact of him having a daughter. I wonder what color her eyes are. Mine a blue and so are my dad's so that means it's a dominant trait, right? Hopefully there's a science textbook around here somewhere. That can help work out the possibilities.
"Hurry up!"
"It's hard to map out a place you've never been to!"
He searched through the entire place and found a place that was a hiding place for someone he knew. It was a ten-year-old girl that had blue eyes.
"Are you a zombie?"
"No, but I am supposed to save you. Come on."
He took her hand and walked her to the time machine.
"Is this it?"
"Yeah."
Joey reentered the time machine as the others came with him. He couldn't help but ponder. I was born in nineteen seventy-five, she's about ten. That means that I was about thirty-five when I had or having a kid. A little old but still... that means that I may be her father. She has blue eyes and looks like me and I have blue eyes. But why would I be in Oklahoma?
"Stop rambling."
Scott and BB had found Joey sitting on the ground with his mouth open. Scott said to stop rambling as a way of throwing him off. BB was beginning to like this new guy.
"What?"
"You were on about something."
"BB, can you read my file and make sure that I move to Oklahoma or not?"
"Okay."
BB walked over to the table where kids were drinking juice boxes and talking. One of them was reading a file with an older Joey on it and was smiling.
"Do you know who that is?"
"Yeah, that's my dad."
BB wrote something in his journal. He had already worked out Punnett squares in his head and figured out that Joey was a father.
"Hey Joey."
"Yes detective?"
"I did the test, she's yours."
This is so funny. I think I'm going to go out to the lounge and find some jam later.
Joey is a father. I remember one time he was arguing with an ai megacomplex named Todd.
