Lucian's POV-
I got up from the waiting area.
The wards were closed, no one left and those who enter had to stay anyway.
Luckily, no serious patient was there in the hospital.
"Any updates?", I looked towards Stephen.
"Stella is looking for the cars owner, and checking the details of the Blackveil Members, I am checking the current stats and earnings, positions, partners of the Gail Corporation.", He answered but his eyes were still on his laptop.
"And I asked for the most recent activity of any member from our group in Greece? What's the update?", I peeked into his laptop.
He shut down the laptop, got up and said, "Nikos has arrived and what you asked, he will help you.", Stephen walked away.
What? How does Nikos know about all this.
I rushed down...
"Hey, Stephen told me you'll arrive soon. But you took long.", he looked away.
I lunged forward and held him by the collar, "Tell me how do you know about this!", I demanded.
"Oh, actually, I believe you don't think Theo can answer you in English. Can he? So all your messages and calls were answered by him and translated by me.", he gave a creepy smile.
I pushed him back.
"Fine, now give me the details.", I shook him.
"Okay , sit.".
I sat on the chair nearby, he pulled out his laptop and showed me a photo...
"This guy from your corporation has the most recent activity in Kensington and in Greece as well, just 2 days ago.", He zoomed the photo and handed me the laptop.
My fists clenched, jaw tightened. The guts of this guy...
He reached so far...
Nikos scrolled down...
"His name is William Crowe, he was recently demoted from the manager's position to a lower position.", Nikos again scrolled down.
A image appeared... I know him. You have to pay the price...
"He is his son, Cassian Crowe, and this photo as you can see, she is his wife, Ema Crowe."
"I think that's enough, maybe you will not like what's coming next...", Nikos hesitated.
"Now.", I ordered.
"Just leave it.", He tried to pull the laptop away.
"NOW!!!", I shouted, my grip tightened on the laptop.
Nikos immediately scrolled down...
A family photo appeared on the screen...
"She is his mother, Lysha Crowe, She is his sister-in-law, Nilia Sinclair, and this is... Aria Sinclair.", He looked at me, waiting for my response.
"I KNEW, he is stabbing me on my back.", I whispered in anger.
Nikos moved back, I looked towards him, He swallowed hard.
"Wha..."
"Stella is busy, so, you know what to do... Find out, how many times he visited the Gail's and why. Also, find, Where my uncle is? How's my aunt? Sophie? And the section B." I cut him in between.
"Fine, but answer me first, if Aria is his nephew, then why did he target her?", Nikos looked at me.
"Firstly, we are still not sure who attacked and secondly, he has no mercy, and also Aria is adopted by his mom, But I don't know the reason she didn't get the name, Crowe instead Sinclair. Some secrets are still to be solved so do as I say.", I turned towards the ward 6.
I was tired, Every truth felt heavier than the last. My chest burned, my head spun… and then everything went black, and I collapsed.
"What happened?", Stella held me.
"The Gail's are included but the biggest betrayal is that my mother, fed termites and helped them grow and now, they are eating the company from inside.", I tried to stand up.
"Stephen, you asked me to check your Aunt's files, right? Yes, I found something. The note matched a 70% to 80% with some of aunt's files. On checking more closely, I found those were the writings of 2, one of your father and one of your uncle." she paused...
"And I also found that when your mother was along with your father, he suspended a great and experienced worker, his name is William Crowe...He was accused of frauds and transferring data to the other alliance.", My body shivered, WILLIAM CROWE, this name...
Irritates me!!!!!!
Suddenly... Stella spoke again...
"Lucian, he was again brought back due to your mother's kindness. And now he is again demoted, as you know.", Stella looked away.
"The worst part! This Aria Sinclair, she is the nephew of that bastard!!!!!!!", she shouted and kicked the table nearby.
"Stella calm down...It's okay...", I helped her sit down.
"Lucian, we worked hard for this corporation. It was your mother's dream, we helped you and now, she is the reason, she is the devil!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", she shouted and pushed me away.
"Shut up! Control yourself!", I shouted back, Stephen ran forward and held her.
"Pa...", she sobbed.
"It's okay, Lucian's right, you have to control yourself.", Stephen patted her on the back.
Suddenly... the doctor came rushing out...
"She is awake.", The doctor exclaimed.
I ran inside...followed by Stephen, Stella and Nikos, I don't know when he arrived.
"Lucian-Where am I?", Aria asked as she struggled to sit.
The nurses helped her but I moved out...
My body refused to stay... Maybe because I knew, even if they targeted her, it's my mistake and upon all this, she is related to the person I hate the most.
Nikos came out of the room...
"Why are you avoiding her? Don't forget, you brought her here.", he said and sat on the seat.
"And that was my biggest mistake.", I replied and my fingers brushed between my hairs.
"Hey, it's okay, you were supposed to help. And don't burden up, you are still in 11th year.", he patted me on the shoulder.
But the only answer that came through my mouth was...
"Prepare the flight. Kensington. Tonight", I handed him the pilots name and the other details necessary.
He did not protest... but asked
"How many?"
"Stella, Stephen, Aria, You and me, 5 members.", I moved out of the hospital.
I know, they warned me not to return but...
I can't bear Aria getting hurt. And why am I taking him?
Because, he knows my story, and he can help me perfectly as a friend.
I am coming London...
And this time, the storm returns with me.
Because London owes me answers — and debts.
