Chapter 149 - Erevan Descends

Volume 10 – Chapter 23: "Erevan Descends"

The storm began when Kairoth fell.

Even across endless universes, Erevan felt it the silent shatter of his disciple's essence. Reality wept. Stars burned backward. The pulse of infinity itself went still.

The Abyss of Reflection had devoured Kairoth, the mirror of Erevan's will.

And in that stillness… something inside Erevan broke free.

The Awakening of the Infinite Paradox

From his Throne of Paradox, Erevan rose slowly. His divine armor shifted once pure and luminous, now split between creation and negation.

Golden flames coiled around black lightning; cosmic storms folded into his veins.

He spoke softly, but the multiverse screamed at the sound.

> "They've killed one of my reflections."

"Then they will see what it means to awaken the author of all realities."

With one step, he shattered the floor of the divine plane. With the second, he vanished from existence appearing not within the Abyss, but above it.

The Fractured Multiverse trembled under his arrival.

The Abyss of Reflection

The realm was an impossible nightmare a mirror dimension that consumed every reflection it created. Infinite Erevan shadows roamed like broken echoes, each one half-sane and half-god.

At the center, the Fractured Gods stood waiting

each holding a fragment of Kairoth's destroyed divinity.

They laughed.

They thought they had won.

Then Erevan arrived.

The Boundless Manifestation

The void bent away from him as if afraid.

> "You killed what was mine," Erevan said, voice echoing through all layers of being.

"Now, I take everything that was yours."

He raised his hand. Space turned liquid. Time turned to dust.

The gods tried to resist but their power melted away the moment they moved.

They struck him attacks of oblivion, chaos, negation, and anti-divinity but he stood untouched. Their weapons phased through his form as if he existed beyond definition.

Erevan's New Abilities Awaken:

True Meta-Existence: Erevan exists above all levels of reality, narrative, and logic. Nothing can perceive or define his true form.

Omni-Absorption: Every attack against him becomes his own power. He devours energy, concepts, timelines, and fates.

Supreme Narrative Authority: His words write truth. Whatever he declares becomes law, even beyond omnipotent constraints.

Absolute Reflection Manipulation: Every being who looks at him becomes a reflection of their own downfall a mirror that destroys its source.

Existential Immunity: Erevan cannot be erased, rewritten, or undone by any being, force, or narrative.

The Death of the Fractured

One by one, the Fractured Gods dissolved not from combat, but recognition.

They saw him for what he was the living end of all beginnings.

The Abyss screamed as Erevan walked forward. With every step, universes folded. When he reached the fallen body of Kairoth, he extended his hand.

> "Rise," he said.

Light poured from his palm rewriting death itself.

Kairoth opened his eyes, his essence reforged into a new godhood beyond comprehension.

> "My lord…"

"No," Erevan interrupted. "My equal."

For the first time in eternity, Erevan smiled calm, unstoppable, infinite.

The fractured multiverse began to rebuild itself under his will.

But in the deepest darkness, something else stirred a power that existed before even him.

A whisper in the void:

> "So, the one beyond stories has finally awoken…"
