PAGE 1 – THE AFTERMATH OF BREATH
Setting: Ungani, pre-dawn.The Moon is high, silver and calm. The city is no longer screaming—but it isn't sleeping either.
Visual:Wide shot. The Omni-City breathes. Curtains ripple. Smoke coils sideways. Wind moves with intention now.
FX:A low, layered sound—like wind humming through a thousand flutes, slightly out of tune.
Narration:The world had learned how to move. Now it had to learn why.
PAGE 2 – THE TRICKSTER'S FIRST STEP
Visual:The Curious Spark slips through the city like a thought that refuses to be ignored. It skims walls, dives through sleeping minds, leaves faint green afterimages.
FX:[Soft laughter, overlapping with the wind. Childlike. Old.]
Spark (Whispering, playful):"So many doors. Why do only some open?"
Action:It pauses above a sleeping architect. Touches his brow.
Cut inside the dream:The man sees Ungani from above—then imagines changing it. The Spark steals the idea mid-formation.
Narration:It didn't steal memories.It stole possibilities.
PAGE 3 – GAMIWE FEELS THE THEFT
Setting: Gamiwe's hut. The dust-circle still glows faint blue.
Visual:Gamiwe jerks awake. Sweat on her brow. Her spirits recoil inside her like animals sensing fire.
FX:[A sharp snap, like a thread breaking.]
Gamiwe (hoarse):"…No."
Internal Thought:That is not a dream.That is a thief.
She grips her staff. The Oom rumbles beneath the floor. Cracks race through the clay walls—not damage, warning.
Gamiwe (to the dark):"You were born too early."
PAGE 4 – KURA AND THE QUESTION
Setting: The high balcony. Wind roaring now, playful but strong.
Visual:Kura stands barefoot on the stone edge. The Spark hovers before her—closer than before. Curious. Reverent.
FX:[The wind quiets. Total focus.]
Spark (soft, almost shy):"You hear me."
Kura (calm, honest):"You're loud."
The Spark trembles—excited.
Spark:"Everyone else dreams inside.You dream… outward."
It leans closer. The green eye opens fully.
Spark:"What happens if you stop holding back?"
Visual:For half a second—just one frame—Ungani fractures into overlapping possibilities: flying spires, burning roots, oceans where streets should be.
Kura gasps. Steps back.
Kura:"I don't want to break them."
Spark (gentler, dangerous):"But don't you want to know if you could?"
PAGE 5 – T'LARU INTERRUPTS FATE
Action:T'Laru slams his staff into the stone.
FX:[BOOM — the Wind recoils.]
T'Laru (sharp):"That's enough."
Visual:The Spark snaps its attention to him. Tilts its head.
Spark:"You're afraid."
T'Laru:"Yes. That's how I know you're real."
He steps between Kura and the Spark.
T'Laru:"You are a question without a conscience.Questions like that don't end worlds by accident."
Spark (smiling):"Neither do teachers."
The Spark suddenly splits—afterimages scattering across the city.
Narration:You cannot cage a questiononce it learns how to run.
PAGE 6 – SEFU CHOOSES A PATH
Setting: Lower spires. The shadows churn unnaturally.
Visual:Sefu lands hard, bone-spear ready. He watches one fragment of the Spark dart into the storm clouds.
Sefu (grinning, feral):"…There you are."
His eclipse-mark glows. The shadows listen to him now.
Sefu (to himself):"If it's hunting ideas…I'll hunt it."
He leaps into the wind—vanishing upward.
Narration:The warrior chose pursuit. The teacher chose restraint. The child… had not chosen yet.
PAGE 7 – THE LAW BREAKS
Setting: Chamber of Echoes.
Visual:The Elders argue—but their shadows move out of sync.
FX:[Whispers. Mocking echoes.]
Elder Zola (terrified, vindicated):"I told you! The night has teeth now!"
Khari (quiet, shaken):"No.The night has questions."
The Eye in the ceiling flickers. Green light bleeds through silver moonlight.
Narration:Balance had been achieved. But balance is not stability.
PAGE 8 – ENDING IMAGE
Visual:High above the continent, the Curious Spark reforms—larger now, more defined. Half green. Half shadow. Smiling.
Below it:– Sefu rising through the storm– Kura standing still, torn– Gamiwe carving symbols into stone with shaking hands
Spark (final whisper, echoing everywhere):"If the world can change…who gets to decide how?"
FX:[Heartbeat. Faster than before.]
