Chapter 692 - Chapter 83: Magic School Arrival 3

After the guests entered the castle, the students of Hogwarts continued to line up and wait. However, it wasn't so boring anymore because, at the edge of the Forbidden Forest, the animals from afar were trying to adapt to the new environment.

The three-headed dragons were eager to charge into the Forbidden Forest, their silhouettes flickering at the forest's edge;

The elephants stretched out their long trunks, trying to roll up the leaves on the maze's hedge walls;

However, the Divine Talisman Horses remained quite obedient in Hagrid's hands but refused to go near the area where the three-headed dragons were, so Hagrid had to settle them near his hut.

Only a few students witnessed another scene: the school-reared Thestrals flapping their wings and landing near the Divine Talisman Horses, seemingly wanting to greet the guests' horses.

However, the Divine Talisman Horses seemed frightened by their appearance, retreating continuously, and a few strong ones stood at the forefront, eyeing the Thestrals warily.

Hagrid had to stand in the middle, trying hard to calm both sides, not having time to notice that the elephants were almost stripping a section of the wall bare.

Not to mention the nearby flying carpets, buses, ghost ships, trains, and more; many were curiously observing the details on them.

Of course, this was also because everyone felt warm all over, having the leisure to enjoy the scenery. If they were still shivering from the cold like before, they might only have angry words for the latecomers in their hearts.

Suddenly, the ground underfoot began to tremble lightly, birds in the forest flew away in fright, animals nervously stamped their hooves, and even ripples continuously appeared on the calm Black Lake.

Anthony grabbed Terry's arm and said nervously, "An earthquake?"

"No, it seems like—"

Before Michael could finish, everyone opened their mouths in surprise.

A boulder larger than Hagrid's hut was rolling towards the castle, rumbling as if someone inside was beating a drum.

Suddenly, the boulder came to an abrupt halt in front of the castle. It shook twice, almost as if the rock was stretching.

Then, the surface of the stone undulated to reveal a tall, arched doorway. A man draped in a golden cloak, with a Beast Tooth Necklace around his neck, strode out.

Behind him were about twenty students, looking around seventeen or eighteen years old, dressed in colorful Kangabu, some with totem tattoos on their arms and necks, and some with their hair tied into braids.

"Dumbledore, old friend, it's been a long time! You still look the same!" the wizard laughed heartily.

Dumbledore smiled and hugged him, saying, "Welcome to Hogwarts, Adesso."

Headmaster Adesso patted Dumbledore on the back, laughing, "There's a question... I've actually wanted to ask for a long time..."

"Please, go ahead." Dumbledore gestured with his hand.

Adesso mimicked shaving a beard in front of him and asked, "Your beard is getting longer, where do you put it when you sleep at night?"

Even as wise as Dumbledore, he hadn't expected such a question. After being stunned for a while, he squinted his eyes and laughed, "Of course, I put it where it belongs."

"Hahaha..." Adesso laughed again and then waved his hand, saying, "My children are very talented. I've taken them out this time to see the vastness and splendor of the Magic World. If possible, Uagadou wants to bring home a champion!"

"May your wish come true, but my students won't disappoint you either," Dumbledore said with a smile.

As the students of Hogwarts and Uagadou sized each other up, a delicate floral fragrance wafted in, followed by the clear sound of bells ringing in the air.

Vid keenly heard someone "tsk" and turned his head to see Headmaster Cavaleiro leaning against the castle entrance, disdainfully looking in the direction from which the sound came.

Soon after, an antique wooden cart appeared from the air, slowly making its way towards the castle. The most peculiar thing was this cart had only one giant wheel, and in the middle of the wheel was a bald elderly man's head.

The eyes on that head spun around, and the mouth opened and closed, emitting a creaky laughter.

Even the students of Hogwarts, who had witnessed various strange sights in the Magic World, were speechless in astonishment at this peculiar wheel.

The wooden cart stopped beside the boulder, and the curtain was lifted by a folding fan. Then, a lady wearing a kimono with coral hairpins stepped down gracefully.

"Pardon the intrusion," she bowed slightly to Dumbledore and said, "I hope our Wheel of Reincarnation didn't scare the children."

"It's certainly a unique mode of transportation," Dumbledore replied with a smile. "Welcome, Ms. Fujiwara, please enter the castle with your students."

The dozen or so students stepping off the wooden cart were all dressed in golden robes, with the last being a little boy in a pale pink robe. As soon as he got off, he looked around with curious eyes.

"I apologize; it seems we are late?" Ms. Fujiwara said apologetically, glancing at the students of Uagadou next to her.

"No, right on time," Dumbledore said, his eyes gleaming with delight. "Our feast is already prepared."

The guests from both schools followed Dumbledore into the castle, with the students of Hogwarts following behind.

As they passed the steps, Ms. Fujiwara and Headmaster Adesso paused briefly, feeling the warm breeze gently sweeping over them from all directions, then glanced at Dumbledore before moving forward again.

Taking advantage of the momentary disruption in the line, the Weasley brothers ducked and sneaked out of the Gryffindor line, using the shadows of the trees to slip over to the wooden cart.

"Do you think it can talk?" Fred asked.

"I'm more curious about what it eats or if it has any waste," George wondered, going behind the Wheel of Reincarnation, only to see the wheel's axle and then returning.

The two brothers exchanged a glance.

"Want to try it?" George asked.

"Sure!" Fred said eagerly.

He reached into his pocket, pulled out a squashed piece of bread, while George broke a branch and skewered the bread onto it. Then, holding the branch, he tried to shove the bread into the mouth of the human face.

The previously smiling face, unbeknownst to them, had turned expressionless, glaring at the twins, but they ignored it, persistently wanting to test the appetite of this bald human face.

Suddenly, the human face opened its mouth and scolded angrily, "You rude brats, get lost!"

With a "crack," it bit off the branch and then "poof," spat the bread back into Fred's face.

Fred jumped back, shouting excitedly, "It really can talk!"

"Fred, George!" Professor McGonagall stormed out from the castle, "You two! Stop messing with the guests' transportation! Twenty points from Gryffindor!"

"Oh no... Professor..."

"If you continue breaking the rules, you'll lose your eligibility to participate in the competition!"

The Weasley Twins immediately quieted down, obediently following Professor McGonagall back into the castle.
