Chapter 106 - Chapter 83: He's Still Just a Child—What's Wrong with Learning Fiery Fire?

Michael seemed to be embracing some treasure.

"I need to pee urgently, going out to find a toilet." Ian didn't want to annoy Snape, some things don't necessarily need to be done, and he didn't want his murder to be known by the whole school either.

Perhaps it was the previous experience of seeing Aurora use Fiery Fire to kill and its impact, but today, he only found it hard to directly look when the Fiery Fire surged onto Aflisson Carlo.

Looking back now.

The turmoil within was far less significant than imagined... Maybe because Fiery Fire burns fast, Ian couldn't find another reason.

"But when I returned, I saw Professor Snape came back with you, were you competing to see who could pee farther?" Michael's keen eye was truly impressive, he actually paid attention throughout Ian's outing and return movements.

"When Ian goes out, he surely has his reasons, he must have some big task to complete, perhaps he saved the world once without us knowing!" William defended Ian, though he's unlikely to have seen Ultraman, he evidently knew how to give compliments.

Perhaps this is called talent!

Generations of gene accumulation!

"Saving the world, that's too exaggerated, I'm not Harry Potter, don't flatter me like that, or else I'll have to treat you to Chocolate Frog tomorrow."

Ian already saw the Savior's name in quite a few books, that's why many in the Wizarding World get excited seeing Harry Potter.

Too many have mentioned this Savior in books.

"You know Harry Potter too? I'm really grateful to him; he avenged my father." Even Michael was a fan of Harry Potter, showing Harry Potter's influence among the younger generation.

Draco Malfoy hopes to be friends with Harry Potter for a reason.

"My grandfather always said the Mysterious Man was just a terrorist waving a magic wand around, his failure was inevitable, without Harry Potter I think Ian would also defeat him when grown!"

"With Little Grindelwald!" William, keen to build a good relationship with Ian, went all out to praise Ian, the head figure of the "new generation Saint."

He didn't even avoid Michael. Actually, today William has tried more than once to incite Michael, not knowing where he got such drive and enthusiasm.

Even though he himself still belonged to the trio of unremarkable individuals.

"Whoosh!"

Ian suddenly stood up.

Startling both William and Michael.

"Are you going out?"

William thought he'd said something wrong, his expression appeared a bit apprehensive and tense.

"I need to revise your recommendation letter, I realize my understanding of your merits wasn't clear enough before, I'm always very meticulous in my work."

Ian sat in front of the small table.

Truly started writing.

William was utterly delighted, showering Ian with auspicious words, even Michael couldn't bear to see his sycophancy, covering his face and starting to mutter softly.

"Just with William's skills, I might not learn in seven years, I'm doomed, I surely won't get into the Ministry of Magic in the future."

...

Outside Hogwarts Village.

The land washed by flames has become stark scorched earth; the entirety of the forest within several hundred meters vanished, only the remaining steaming heat proves what happened here.

Dumbledore holding a magic wand.

Around him lay a dozen corpses integrated with the ruins.

"Hoo hoo hoo ~"

A plume of black smoke drifted over.

Dumbledore, with a calm face and gentle breathing, looked up, watching the rushing black smoke land and transform into Hogwarts' Professor of Potions dressed in a black robe.

"I thought you would leave a few alive." Snape spoke in a low voice, the area filled with the pungent smell of smoke and scorched air, making him frown and cover his nose.

"Riddle was so urgent, sending these people to die to stall me, the thing he's looking for?" Dumbledore's gaze fell on Snape's empty hands.

He was clearly well aware of what occurred at Hogwarts before.

"The thing should be lost, Ronnie Ehrlich might have taken it before dying... or it could be with Little Grindelwald." Snape's eyes constantly focused on the dozen Death Eater corpses.

The bodies' charred and twisted forms made them unrecognizable in life. Although Snape was prepared mentally, he was deeply shocked by the scene.

This was a terrifying and ruthless picture, the fragility of life and the destructive impact of magic making him, the sole witness, once again feel Dumbledore's strength.

"If the thing wasn't lost, Riddle wouldn't have been in such haste." Dumbledore nodded with an unchanged expression, then asked Snape again.

"Do you know what he's searching for?" Snape had a strong intuition that Voldemort's item might be with Ian, yet he didn't dare mention it to Dumbledore.

This was no longer the Dumbledore he knew, until he figured out what happened with Dumbledore, he had lost trust in him.

"I have some guesses, back when he hadn't gone mad, he returned to ask me a favor, perhaps during that return when I refused him, he took the chance to hide something very important at Hogwarts." Dumbledore stared at Snape.
