The short girl got even angrier. "Who's your little one? Your whole family's little ones! I'm already eighteen an adult!"
"And who said you could pat my head? If I stop growing how will you pay for that!"
Arms akimbo, she glared up at him in fury.
"Uh… you're sure you're an adult?"
Lu Fei's eyes widened. So a "legal loli"?

Cheeks rosy, she forced a bold tone and said something quite bold.

Ten-odd minutes later
Holding the exhausted girl with furrowed brow, clearly in pain he stroked her hair.
"So, Miss 'I'm the boss'… what's your name? I'm Lu Fei an adventurer."
"Hmph~"
She rolled her eyes at him and turned away.
She was still spent having just been entered and deflowered she felt weak.
"All right if you won't say want me to skip payment?"
"Jerk!"
In a tiny voice, she gritted through her blush and gave a name.
"Sena."
"Sena, huh sounds pretty saucy."
"You're the saucy one! Your whole family's saucy! Brain full of filthy seeds, you perv!"
Even now, she still had strength to curse Lu Fei's interest in her grew.
"So why choose me?"

"Talk." Lu Fei pinched her cheek. "If not I won't pay."
"I'll talk but add money."
Lu Fei was silent a moment. Then he leaned to her ear.
"How about… come with me? After all, you're already mine. I'm a possessive man."
Sena bit her lip but said nothing.
"Since you chose me already what's the harm in trusting me a little more?"
"Mm."
So small a sound.
"What?"
"I said I agree! If you dare shirk I'll bite you to death!"
"Heh you really are fierce. But cute."
Lu Fei kissed her cheek at once.
She pulled free quickly, snatched up her dress. "I have to go!"
"So what's the rush for money?"
"My… my sister is sick."
At last she shared her goal.
Because her sister was ill and she had no money she could only sell herself.
The corner of Lu Fei's lips quirked; he scooped her up in one motion.
Sena cried out and grabbed his neck, cheek burning.
"You you what are you doing I… I haven't rested and I told you it's urgent!"
"What are you thinking! You can't walk, can you? I'll carry you tell me the way."
"Mmph… I… I understand."
The hot-tempered blue-haired girl finally softened.
She even stopped calling herself "this lady."
Soon, Sena led him to a tattered alley.
"Quick put me down!"
"Liliyana sister's back!"
Sena pushed aside ragged cloth and lifted a small girl about her size.
But this girl had a pair of furry fox ears on her head and a tail behind.
A beast-eared girl!
"Sena… sister?…"
The fox-eared girl opened her eyes weakly murmured and closed them again.
"Ah Sena… don't sleep wake up… you mustn't sleep!"
"You rotten man please save her I'll do anything!"
Sena turned and knelt to Lu Fei eyes swimming with tears.
"I know stand up."
Lu Fei pulled a recovery draught from his pack and carefully poured it into the beast-girl's mouth.
A glow flared across her body and she immediately improved.
Her ragged breaths steadied.
"Mm half a vial remains Sena, have the rest."
Lu Fei smiled and offered it.
Sena glanced at him, hesitated then gritted her teeth and drank.
Lifting the orphaned girl, Lu Fei turned to leave; Sena hurried after him.
Watching his back, Sena's expression grew complicated
But her cheeks reddened of their own accord.
It seemed she had chosen well.
Back at the inn, Sena took Liliyana into the bath washed her thoroughly then laid her in bed to rest.
Biting her lip, she came before Lu Fei.
Cheeks flushed.
"All right come on. You said so long as you saved Liliyana you could do whatever you want to me."
"Very well."
Lu Fei grinned and swept her into his arms.
Sena trembled all over nervous.
But when she saw him walking toward the bed where Liliyana lay her face changed. "Liliyana is still young you can't…"
"What are you thinking? Am I that kind of person?"
Lu Fei rolled his eyes.
He lay down with her and pulled up the covers.
"Sleep with me, girl. That's all I want."
Sena pouted.
"The money stays with me, then."
"What's given won't be taken back."
"The potion's on me. I won't pay you back."
"No problem. You're mine already."
"Jerk~!"
