Chapter 600 - Chapter 331: Ranch Expansion Plan (Double Chapter)

Just do it.

To help Farfetch'd practice better, Naoki immediately went to Keri's cottage and ordered nine wooden stump dummies from her after leaving the Pokemon Center.

Keri nodded, understanding that trainers had previously ordered wooden stump dummies from her to help with Pokemon special training.

"I'll bring them along when I visit you tomorrow!"

Tomorrow she was going to Naoki Ranch to install a full house heating system for the room where Slugma lived.

"Alright."

Naoki nodded, then rode Koraidon back to the ranch.

In the evening, days of traveling had left Naoki feeling exhausted all over; he rested on the sofa, leaving dinner preparation to his sister Indeedee.

It was late, and the tired birds returned to their nests.

The ranch was shrouded in night, and the entire world fell into a peaceful silence, occasionally interrupted by the calls of Bird-type Pokemon from the wild.

The living room was lively, and thanks to Slugma's presence, the room was snugly warm.

Fortunately, the temperature wasn't too high yet; otherwise, the house might have turned into a sauna.

Naoki felt completely relaxed, turning his gaze to his large family of Pokemon.

Slugma was munching happily on a plate of Poffin in the fireplace, a contented smile on its face, occasionally letting out joyful cries.

Glaceon and Cyclizar lay in front of the fireplace, curiously watching Slugma eat.

Pawmot and Alcremie, worn out from playing during the day, lay on either side of Calyrex, who was watching TV, sprawled on the sofa resting.

On the coffee table, Sinistea and Polteageist were dozing off.

Flutter Mane floated on the ceiling, its schedule adjusted by Naoki so it would start dozing once it got dark.

Koraidon lay behind the sofa, resting with closed eyes.

Just looking at these diverse Pokemon, Naoki felt deeply satisfied.

Ogerpon sat obediently next to him, its star-like eyes gazing around.

"Poni..."

Everything in front of it seemed like a dreamy scene.

This place is wonderful!

The Glaceon that took it to pick flowers, the Alcremie that shared sweet cream with it, the Pawmot that showed it around the Chicken House, the Cyclizar that secretly brought it Berries, and the Indeedee Sibling who helped prepare food for it...

Everyone was so kind, no one disliked it or feared it. Here, it didn't have to wear a mask to hide its true face.

Not only that, the town mayor had even invited it to play in the town.

This was something Ogerpon never would have dared to imagine back in Mossui Town!

Thinking of all this, Ogerpon felt the urge to cry, its eyes gradually welling up with tears.

But soon, Naoki noticed this.

When he spoke, the other Pokemon immediately gathered around, worriedly asking why it was crying, if someone had bullied it, ready to help it teach that bad Pokemon a lesson!

Hearing this, Ogerpon couldn't help but burst into laughter, gently shaking its head, moved: "Poni~"

Watching this scene, Naoki couldn't help but smile, feeling proud of them from the bottom of his heart.

These kind-hearted Pokemon were all like his children!

After dinner, Naoki went to bed early to rest.

Ogerpon's room was arranged on the second floor by Naoki, making it neighbors with the Indeedee Sibling.

It lay on the bed, listening to the occasional sounds of Pokemon cries from downstairs.

Gradually, the sounds grew weaker, as if everyone had drifted into the land of dreams.

Ogerpon wasn't sleepy; it got up from the soft bed and walked over to the bookshelf with four masks displayed.

Ogerpon picked up the Teal Mask, embedded with a Tera Shard that Naoki had fished out from the Crystal Light Pool for it.

"Poni~"

The next morning at nine, Keri arrived at the ranch in her large truck.

The Machamps cooperatively unloaded the square pipes and wooden stump dummies from the truck.

Keri directed them from the side, and once all the construction materials were ready, she said to Naoki:

"Take a look, where do you want to place the wooden stump dummies?"

"Hmm, let me see." Naoki turned around and looked around; after searching for a while, he couldn't find a suitable spot.

He realized the remaining space at the ranch seemed to be running out...

The Chicken House, the Miltank House, the former Salt House, the stable, the Berry Garden, the World Tree, the flower field, the Gogoat pen, the Glass Greenhouse, the Pokemon Tavern, and the large plot of farmland.

Unknowingly, the ranch had gained so many things?!

Naoki couldn't make up his mind for a moment.

Keri hadn't been to the ranch in a long time; she looked around, taking in everything, and smiled, saying:

"It seems like your place is getting more and more prosperous!"

Naoki's gaze landed on the vacant lot next to the stable, pointing there he said: "Put them there!"

That was the last remaining empty space; other places couldn't be used for building, and there was still an open pasture reserved for the Spectrier, Glastrier, and Miltanks to run and roll around.

If that spot was taken, they wouldn't have a place to run freely.

For Horse-type Pokemon, this was very important.

If they didn't run for extended periods, they would become emotionally depressed and dissatisfied.

"Alright!"

Keri led the Machamps to the vacant lot.
