Chapter 887 - Chapter 838: Are You Looking for This?

On the island of Duel Academy, there are legendary creatures sealed, the apex beings of the Duel Monsters Realm known as the "Three Phantasm Demons."

Although no one has ever seen these three existences with their own eyes, their names are well-known. Everyone knows that the Three Phantasm Demons were sealed thanks to top-tier Duelists like Youyu, Yugi, and Kaiba Seto; otherwise, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Thus, for the academy, the seal of the Three Phantasms is also a focus for the leadership. Tragoedia had just invaded the ground where the Phantasm Seal is located, and the academy leadership became aware immediately.

The whole school was instantly alerted, with leaders at various levels calling in to inquire about the situation. The top instructor responsible for academy affairs, Professor Cronos, rushed to the scene, while Principal Samejima, who was nowhere to be found, was dragged out from the secret passage beneath his office (ignoring Aunt Domei who was with him at the time) and hurried over as well.

The school was placed under immediate lockdown, entering a state of alert at the fastest speed. The special security team put on their Duel Discs, forming neat formations and swiftly heading to the site.

The entire Duel Academy seemed to transform in an instant from a campus into a battle machine, with parts usually hidden in various places quickly activated and brought together.

Irrelevant students were quickly controlled and returned to the campus and their dormitories, while teachers and professionals rapidly gathered at the location of the Phantasm Seal.

But it seemed like they might already be too late.

The seal of the Phantasm appears to have already been broken.

A group surrounded Tragoedia by the seal device. Principal Samejima took the lead, clearing his throat as if preparing to speak.

Principal Samejima didn't realize that he was pulled out of the secret passage in such a rush that the lipstick mark on his face was still there. A teacher opposite frantically signaled at him, but after a long effort, the principal completely failed to understand the hint...

The teachers felt embarrassed, but given the serious occasion and the enemy before them, it seemed inappropriate to speak up, so they all pretended not to see it.

Tragoedia had gone through great effort to break the seal but couldn't find the Three Phantasm Demons, now puzzled over the philosophical question of "where did the Phantasms go." Seeing Samejima standing there, with a gleaming forehead and a lipstick mark, he became even more bewildered about the whole scene.

Could it be that I've been fooled?

The so-called Phantasm Seal was nothing but a trap set to lure and capture me?

Principal Samejima coughed and spoke: "I don't know who you are, but you've taken something that doesn't belong to you. Please return the cards of the 'Three Phantasm Demons' immediately; that is not a power that you—or anyone—can control..."

Tragoedia was bewildered, and hearing Principal Samejima immediately lay accusations, fury rose from his heart.

Good heavens, not only did they dig a pit here waiting for me to jump into, but they also prepared such a big blame to pin on me!?

He thought he understood what was going on.

It must be these humans—or at least some among them—who shamelessly sneaked the Phantasm Cards out from the seal, then intentionally set a trap here waiting for him to jump in, turning around and blaming Tragoedia, claiming he stole them!

As a human, they turned out to be even more insidious and cunning than him, a Dark Lord!

Have human hearts become so twisted after three thousand years?

Tragoedia couldn't help but start doubting himself.

He realized that in card games, humans are unparalleled, and in terms of scheming, he couldn't compare to them either. Was he possibly a phony Dark Lord?

At this point, Tragoedia actually realized that he was nearly a dead lobster.

His main body was crushed, with his hope resting on a clone that, though successful in breaking the Phantasm Seal, ended up empty-handed.

After all his efforts, he achieved nothing but loneliness, as the little lobster finally had to face a harsh reality: although his power might be impressive and he could manipulate hearts, his low intelligence was a fatal flaw.

Throughout this game, from start to finish, he was thoroughly outmaneuvered, falling into a grand trap from beginning to end.

His real body was dealt with, and Yugi Muto, who is still on the island, might be on his way here already. And Tragoedia's last clone was now surrounded.

Frustrated, as if venting, he exploded.

It was the eruption of all the power he had left, leaving the host body and rushing into the sky. The vast, mighty Darkness hovered above everyone's heads, forming a distorted body as if crawling out of the Abyss of Hell. Its golden eyes seemingly carried an eternal curse, coldly seeking to imprint itself on everyone's heart.

Most people present were somewhat frightened.

Many of them had never witnessed such a level of darkness—far beyond what ordinary Dark Duelists could compare with, a sense of oppression that could preemptively quash any thought of resistance.

"You lowly, deceitful, insidious humans! You have no idea what kind of existence you've angered!" Tragoedia roared in fury, "I'll crush you all! I'll gnaw your flesh, shatter your bones, drain your blood, and bring pain a hundred, thousand times more terrifying than you could ever imagine..."

Truth be told, the raging lobster was quite imposing and indeed looked intimidating...

...only it wilted too quickly.

Like a storm from the heavens, a green Mystical Space Typhoon enveloped a bullet-like steel body. Masked Hero Divine Wind, dragging its fluttering cape, delivered a straight, powerful kick, hitting Tragoedia square on the nose as he was delivering his passionate speech.

The lobster screamed in agony, and its painstakingly built aura instantly crumbled. His massive, dark body fell clumsily to the side, snapping a thick ancient tree in half.

Out of nowhere, Youyu emerged, landing straight into the forest, his fluttering black attire resembling a wide cape.

The teachers who were startled moments ago suddenly showed expressions of joy: "Principal Youyu!"

Everyone felt as if they had taken a reassuring pill.

Duel King on the face! How could they lose now?

Tragoedia struggled to stand but was too weakened at this point. As he watched Masked Hero Divine Wind fly up and down around him, launching fierce attacks without pause.

Tragoedia had no power left to defend, beaten decisively by several strikes, following another powerful kick that sent him crashing down.

This time, he truly was unable to fight any longer.

Lying on the ground, crushed underfoot by Divine Wind, Tragoedia's mouth was still moving with difficulty: "Liars... Despicable... There are no Three Phantasms here…"

Youyu walked forward unhurriedly, slowly taking out three cards of red, yellow, and blue from his pocket.

"Is this what you were looking for?"
