Great Shogun Shien charges at him fiercely, but Youyu remains calm. As mentioned earlier, Yu-Gi-Oh is a magical game, where the bonds between Duelists and their cards can truly create miracles.
Look at this, the moment Shien's blade strikes down, the Kuriboh on Youyu's side bounces out quickly. Before he can stop it, Kuriboh already meets a heroic end under the sword light.
"Relying on a weak Monster's ability to block me... fine, I'll take your life next turn then."
Vampire Red Baron draws two more cards.
"Set two cards, end turn."
Yusei watches the turn's offense and defense, silently acknowledging the enemy's strength in his heart.
"This Vampire is quite powerful," Yusei thought, "to be able to reach this level even against Mr. Youyu's defenses."
He then glances sideways at Youyu.
"But it should end here," he is very certain, "the next should be the final turn."
"My turn, draw card."
As Youyu draws a card, he accelerates, leaving Red Baron trying to overtake him behind.
The fact proves that even the undead-like horse of Red Baron is no match against the D-Wheel. In terms of speed and Horsepower, Haihui Temple's future vehicle with a Moment engine completely crushes it.
Youyu looks at Shien, who stands imposing with a sword ready, and is speechless.
This guy has betrayed... again...
With Shien's magic-trap interference ability, moving forward is indeed tough. Youyu must tackle this troubling effect first before he can proceed.
He thinks briefly, then plays a card: "Quick-Play Magic 'Book of Moon,' flip one Monster on the field to face-down Defense Position.
I flip your 'Legendary Six Samurai - Shien' to face-down Defense Position!"
"Then 'Legendary Six Samurai - Shien' effect activates," Vampire Red Baron unsurprisingly chooses to use it directly, "once per turn, negate and destroy a Magic or Trap effect!"
The powerful magic power is dispersed, and the Book of Moon card is shattered into countless light points under the blade's strike.
Indeed, Red Baron has no choice. If the effect is not used here, Shien will lose the ability to negate magic traps due to being flipped by Book of Moon.
Thus, the biggest barrier for unfolding is removed.
"Then use Magic Card 'Book of Magic in the Pot,' both draw three cards from their decks."
Youyu takes a deep breath, raises his eyelids, "Let me be a bit serious then."
He waves his hand, and a new Magic flips beside him. A sweeping and vast magic power erupts, and beams of blue light shoot from the card!
"Continuous Magic 'Gateway of the Six'!" Youyu declares, "As long as 'Gateway of the Six' is on the field, each time a 'Six Samurai' Monster is summoned, or Special Summoned, place two 'Bushido Counters' on this card!"
He then reveals another card.
"Continuous Magic 'Six Samurai United'. When this card exists, each time a 'Six Samurai' Monster is summoned, or Special Summoned, place one 'Bushido Counter'."
Pausing briefly, Youyu continues, "Then when no Monsters are on my field, this card can be Special Summoned directly. Here we go! Elder of the Six Samurai!"
[Elder of the Six Samurai, Attack 400]
"At this moment, 'Gateway of the Six' places two 'Bushido Counters', and 'Six Samurai United' places one." Youyu continues the operation, "Then when 'Six Samurai' Monsters are present on the field, this card can be Special Summoned directly from the hand.
I Special Summon 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan'!"
[Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan, Attack 1800]
"The 'Bushido Counters' on 'Gateway of the Six' become four, and those on 'Six Samurai United' become two."
Youyu waves his hand.
"'Six Samurai United', another effect! Send this card to the graveyard, and draw based on the number of Bushido Counters on it.
Currently, it has two Bushido Counters, thus I draw two cards."
He then points to another magic on the field.
"Continuous Magic 'Gateway of the Six' effect, remove four Bushido Counters, get a 'Six Samurai' card from Deck or Graveyard into the hand."
Youyu's graveyard pops out a card.
"I add 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki' from the graveyard to hand." He places the card onto the Duel Disc without looking, "Then Normal Summon 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki'!"
[Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki, Attack 200]
"Kageki's effect, Special Summon a 'Six Samurai' Monster of level 4 or below from the hand." Youyu reveals another card in his hand, "Special Summon level two, Tuner Monster 'Kagemusha of the Six Samurai'!"
[Kagemusha of the Six Samurai, Attack 400]
"At this moment, 'Gateway of the Six' gains another four Bushido Counters!" Youyu states, "Remove the four Bushido Counters from 'Gateway of the Six', effect activates again!
Add from the deck a Monster with 'Six Samurai' in its name to the hand."
Youyu draws another card from the deck.
"I add the second 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan' to the hand!" Youyu says, "Then with other 'Six Samurai' Monsters on the field, 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan' can be Special Summoned directly from the hand!
Here comes the second Kizan!"
[Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan, Attack 1800]
"Five Monsters at once...?"
Vampire Red Baron's expression becomes solemn, he carefully scrutinizes Youyu.
Who exactly is this Warrior...?
"Level two, Tuner Monster 'Kagemusha of the Six Samurai', level three 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kageki', Tuning!"
Starlight gathers, creating a ring that surrounds the Six Samurai Warriors, forming a straight light screen, the domineering General breaks the light curtain and emerges!
"Gathering starlight, awakening the ever-resilient spirit of a warrior in the high-speed storm! Synchro Summon—
—Level 5, Legendary Six Samurai - Shien!!!"
White Shien, number two machine, appearing!
[Legendary Six Samurai - Shien, ATK 2500]
"That troublesome monster again," the Red Baron looked displeased, "There's actually a second one?"
"Next," Youyu continued, "When there are two or more 'Six Samurai' monsters on my field, this card can be special summoned from the hand without a tribute—
—Great Shogun Shien, summon!!!"
The long-absent Shien was suddenly assigned to an urgent task, not only jumping back and forth between two fields, but even donning his classic old emblems and appearing again.
[Great Shogun Shien, ATK 2500]
"And," Youyu shouted, "the two 'Legendary Six Samurai - Kizan' on the field, and the 'Elder of the Six Samurai', all three monsters as sacrifices!
A destiny doomed to destruction brings the end of all things, descending in the form of an ultimate hero!
Destiny Hero Plasma, summon!!!"
Three sacrifices, blood sprays forth, with a fierce hero breaking through the crimson mire, his arms equipped with monstrous dragon heads!
[Destiny Hero Plasma, ATK 1900]
The blood-red domain erupted, and an invisible force completely suppressed the Red Baron's entire field!
"While Plasma is on the field, all monster effects on the opponent's field are negated!"
The Red Baron's face shifted slightly: "Nani?"
"And once per turn, absorb one monster on the opponent's field as an Equip Card, gaining half its attack power!" Youyu said, "I absorb 'Vampire Red Baron'!"
Countless tentacles shot out from Plasma's wings, capturing the Red Baron, both horse and man. He struggled mightily but ultimately couldn't resist becoming Plasma's nourishment.
[Destiny Hero Plasma, ATK 1900 → ATK 3100]
Youyu commented that in card games, there should be reciprocity. You killed my Great Shogun, now in exchange, I've overpowered you. Fair enough?
The Red Baron scowled: "You bastard..."
"Battle!" Youyu gestured, "Destiny Hero Plasma, attack 'Vampire Red Baron'!"
"Hmph, not so easy." The Red Baron again raised the spiral lance that hung by his saddle, "Activate the Set Card, Trap Card 'Sakuretsu Armor'!
When the opponent declares an attack, destroy that attacking monster!"
Youyu raised an eyebrow slightly.
Well, are all you Other Dimension people this bold?
Feels like it's been a century since I last saw Sakuretsu Armor...
"Then the effect of 'Legendary Six Samurai - Shien'," Youyu, of course, didn't disappoint the opponent, "once per turn, negate and destroy the activation of a magic or trap card!
Negate and destroy 'Sakuretsu Armor'!"
Thus, Sakuretsu Armor, cursed by countless cosmic wills, once again fell before it could strike, failing to activate and shattered into pieces.
But this seemed to be within the Red Baron's calculations.
"Then activate another Set Card, Trap Card 'Dimensional Prison'! When the opponent declares an attack, that attacking monster... is banished from the game!"
This surprised Youyu even more.
Using a Sakuretsu Armor destined to fail to bluff a counter, and the real second backup was hidden behind? Impressive, this vampire has some moves.
But...
The 'Dimensional Prison' Set Card beside the Red Baron had just begun to move, showing signs of activation, when Youyu's 'Great Shogun Shien' slashed with his blade, an invisible yet overwhelming force decisively suppressed the Set Card back down.
"Nani!?" The Red Baron was astonished, "Why!?"
"While Great Shogun Shien is on the field," Youyu smiled, "the opponent can only activate one magic or trap card per turn.
You've already activated 'Sakuretsu Armor', so 'Dimensional Prison' cannot be activated."
The Red Baron: "!!!"
Wait, when Legendary Six Samurai - Shien is on the field, once per turn it can negate magic traps. With Great Shogun Shien on the field, only one magic or trap card can be activated per turn...
...doesn't that mean magic traps can't be used at all!? No, and additionally, there's 'Destiny Hero Plasma'—his mere presence seals all monster effects, a super-strong interference!
The Red Baron's pupils contracted, momentarily unable to speak.
Flawless!
Completely flawless!
Plasma's impact hit, and the double-dealing Shien on the Red Baron's side was shattered with one blow.
[Vampire Red Baron, LP 3400 → LP 2800]
"Then Legendary Six Samurai - Shien, Great Shogun Shien," Youyu twisted the body of the D-Wheel, crossing the entire vehicle, "direct attack!"
The two different armored Shien leaped together, their sword blades slashing, the intersecting sword lights swept across the Red Baron, with a roar, blowing him off his horse!
"Roar!!!"
[Vampire Red Baron, LP 2800 → LP 0]
