This was the Soru from the Six Style he remembered, but it got converted by the system to the Hokage version, belonging to Taijutsu and also considered Instant Body.

Mokgetsu compared his own Instant Body Jutsu with Soru and decided to use Soru as his Instant Body Jutsu thereafter.
