Chapter 201 - Chapter 103: Teaching the Secret Technique

In the early morning, Mokgetsu met up with his disciples at the training ground as usual.

"We won't be doing missions for the next few days; let's focus on cultivation to enhance our strength," Mokgetsu said, standing in front of Obito, Kakashi, and the other disciples.

The continuous drop in D-Class mission rewards, coupled with having acquired the powerful secret technique of Armament Aura, led Mokgetsu to decide to have the students dedicate some time solely to cultivation.

Mokgetsu quickly continued, "Today, we won't be training at the training ground; we'll change to a different place for cultivation."

With the initial trust established with Kakashi, Mokgetsu planned to shift the training location to the Southern Border Forest once again.

Since Mokgetsu started taking interns, Nohara Rin and Shisui hadn't benefited from the professor's enhancement; it was all taught by Shadow Clones.

Since they're cultivating anyway, Mokgetsu definitely aimed to maximize benefits, with everyone learning together and receiving the professor's skill bonuses together.

Kakashi had no objection to this; ninja training inherently requires cultivation in different places. That's why Konoha has so many training grounds to provide comprehensive cultivation venues for ninjas.

"Where will we be training, outside the village? Are we going to learn some new powerful ninjutsu?" Obito asked, his eyes glistening with curiosity.

"Not outside the village; it's over by the Southern Border Forest. But there is indeed a secret technique that I will teach you," Mokgetsu replied.

"What kind of secret technique is it? Is it the Fire Release that Teacher Mokgetsu used before?" Obito's interest was immediately piqued.

"Not Fire Release." Mokgetsu shook his head.

Obito's interest waned a bit but remained excited since Mokgetsu mentioned "you," implying he could learn it too.

"A secret technique," Kakashi noticed the key element in Mokgetsu's words.

A so-called secret technique is a highly confidential ninjutsu. Generally, a ninjutsu that can be termed a secret technique is definitely not simple. After all, if it weren't powerful, there'd be no need for secrecy.

Konoha has quite a few Ninja Clans that inherit secret techniques, the most famous being Ino-Shika-Cho.

However, rather than saying Ninja Clans are more likely to have secret techniques, it's more accurate to say it's easier for clans to form around existing secret techniques.

If he mastered the sword technique passed down by Hatake Sakumo to the same level as Sakumo and then passed it to the next generation, it would eventually be considered a secret technique.

Kakashi was a bit curious about where Mokgetsu's secret technique came from, as he'd never heard of the Habu surname having powerful ninjas.

"Could it be something Teacher Mokgetsu created himself?" Kakashi speculated internally.

It's not impossible because Mokgetsu's strength is truly unfathomable. The enemy encountered in a previous skirmish was quite formidable, but Mokgetsu didn't need to exert much effort to easily handle them, even leaving some Chunin for them to practice with.

In Kakashi's mind, even if Mokgetsu's strength hadn't reached the level of the Sannin, it wasn't far off. For Mokgetsu's age, this already made him a super genius.

With such strength at such a young age, even developing a secret technique sufficient to support a Ninja Clan wouldn't surprise Kakashi.

"A secret technique, should I learn it?" Might Guy scratched his head and asked Mokgetsu.

Although Might Guy was confident, it was his effort and perseverance he had faith in.

In terms of ninjutsu talent, Might Guy respected the reality that his talent was indeed lacking, which he acknowledged. If his talent for ninjutsu was sufficient, he wouldn't focus solely on Taijutsu.

"Yes, you need to learn it, and you must master it. It's important for you, just as important as the Breath of Rock," Mokgetsu said seriously.

For Might Guy, who specializes in Taijutsu, the Armament Aura is extremely crucial. Even at an introductory level, it raises his potential.

Mokgetsu's words made Might Guy instantly realize the importance of that unknown secret technique.

Having already initiated into the Breath of Rock, Might Guy was well aware of its significant benefits—stronger training effects, greater explosive power, and the ability to be used in conjunction with the Eight Gates.

With that, Mokgetsu led his disciples to a new location for cultivation in the Southern Border Forest.

When Mokgetsu and the others arrived, Shisui and Nohara Rin had already started cultivating under the guidance of Shadow Clones.

"Teacher Mokgetsu." Shisui soon noticed the few people who hadn't concealed their presence, pausing his cultivation to greet Mokgetsu.

Mokgetsu nodded and smiled in response.

Nohara Rin, who was practicing Monster Strength Power, also noticed Mokgetsu and the others after hearing Shisui's voice. She smiled warmly and greeted them, breaking the tree she was practicing on with a punch.

Listening to Nohara Rin's cheerful "good morning" accompanied by the thunderous sound of the falling tree, Kakashi's pupils shrank as he looked at the fallen tree and Nohara Rin's outstretched slender arm.

"Was Rin always this strong?" Kakashi recalled his school memories and found no such recollection related to this.

Unlike the surprised Kakashi, Obito had grown somewhat accustomed to it, finding it normal after seeing it multiple times.

"Good morning, Rin." Obito greeted Nohara Rin with a silly grin.

"That move was quite youthful!" Might Guy gave Nohara Rin a thumbs-up in praise.

"Your progress is good, but there are still many areas for improvement," Mokgetsu nodded, providing pointers to Nohara Rin.

Listening attentively, Nohara Rin quickly imagined Mokgetsu's guidance in her mind, conducting a mental rehearsal of Monster Strength Power. She realized new ideas for several points she hadn't understood before.

"Thank you, Teacher Mokgetsu. It feels much clearer now,"

Recalling the burst of inspiration, Nohara Rin's eyes lit up as she quickly expressed her gratitude to Mokgetsu before resuming her cultivation.
