Mokgetsu spent two hours teaching Shisui, then swapped with his Shadow Clone. The real body went to teach Kakashi's team, while the clone continued teaching Shisui.
Although Shisui was the most promising 'big gold mine,' Mokgetsu wouldn't play favorites in his teaching. He aimed to nourish them all evenly.
Upon returning to Kakashi's group, Mokgetsu first used the Identification Jutsu to check their stats, discovering that both Kakashi and Obito had some proficiency in Yin Release. However, Obito's proficiency was minimal, only at one point, while Might Guy didn't even have a single point.
This didn't surprise Mokgetsu, as it was within his expectations. After all, Might Guy had previously struggled for a month attempting to learn the Shadow Clone Jutsu, even with the aid of expert guidance.
With the upgraded professor support from the real Mokgetsu, Kakashi's Yin Release Nature Transformation proficiency quickly soared. Within two hours, it jumped from three points to ten.
Obito's proficiency also increased from one point to three points, and as for Might Guy, he finally achieved a breakthrough, reaching one proficiency point.
This brought Mokgetsu much relief. Gaining proficiency meant there was hope of mastering the skill, even if the process would be a lot slower.
In the afternoon, Mokgetsu had Might Guy switch from cultivating Nature Transformation to training the Eight Gates technique.
For Might Guy at this point, training in the Eight Gates was actually the most crucial.
The reason why the Pattern State of the Breath of Rock would be incredibly powerful on Might Guy was that he could train the Eight Gates to a very high realm, eventually generating a large amount of chakra for the Breath of Rock to consume.
Armament Haki also consumed a significant amount of chakra without precise control, so even if Might Guy mastered it now, it wouldn't have much combat utility without the Eight Gates to provide ample chakra.
Meanwhile, Kakashi and Obito continued to cultivate the Nature Transformation of Yin Release in the afternoon.
Nature Transformation is easy to start learning but difficult to master. Mokgetsu noticed some Chunin teachers had also grasped Yin Release Nature Transformation, but only at entry-level, and their proficiency was generally low, mostly at basic Genjutsu level.
Estimating from Kakashi's rapid progress, Mokgetsu felt Kakashi might master entry-level Yin Release Nature Transformation in about seven days.
The proficiency from novice to entry level is one hundred points. Although Kakashi could increase his proficiency by ten points in one morning, the Nature Transformation becomes more difficult to improve the deeper one goes. It's not simply gaining ten points every four hours of training.
For Obito, Mokgetsu estimated about twenty days, but for Might Guy, he couldn't guess—it might take several months.
As the afternoon cultivation was nearing its end, Mokgetsu sent out a Shadow Clone to the special training field during the break, as he had previously promised Anko and others that he would check it out when he had the time.
His real body was indeed very busy, focusing on using his teaching skills to accelerate the students' learning of ninjutsu, but creating a Shadow Clone was not a burden.
When Mokgetsu arrived at the training ground, it was almost time to dismiss the students, who had started to take a break.
He glanced around and happened to see Anko sprawled on the ground, so he walked over.
"How's the special training going?" Mokgetsu walked over and asked with a smile.
Anko, who had been resting with her eyes closed, woke up immediately upon hearing the familiar and warm voice. Confirming it was Mokgetsu, she hugged Mokgetsu's leg, complaining:
"Teacher Mokgetsu, the special training without you is like a strawberry cake without strawberries; it just loses all its meaning."
Mokgetsu crouched down, ruffled Anko's head, and pulled her down to sit on the grass, smiling as he asked:
"Did something happen to make you suddenly feel the special training can't do without me?"
Anko's voice caught the attention of others nearby, and since the participants in this special training didn't differ much from the last time, students around gathered upon seeing Mokgetsu.
"Those teachers aren't anywhere near as good as you are, Teacher Mokgetsu. They're not only bad at teaching but also assign heaps of training tasks with no breaks allowed," Anko vented all her dissatisfaction with Mokgetsu.
"Yeah, we have several teachers, but they'd be better replaced with just you, Teacher Mokgetsu," agreed another student, nodding to Anko's complaint.
The students found it peculiar; the last training went so well, so why not stick to that, instead of changing things up?
Anko's complaint opened the floodgates for other students to voice their dissatisfaction, and Mokgetsu listened to them with a smile.
What can I say? He wasn't really surprised; these teachers' actions were within his expectations.
After successfully organizing the last special training, Mokgetsu was promoted by the Third Hokage to Special Jonin. Additionally, the teachers selected for this training were relatively capable instructors at the Ninja Academy.
One person alone wouldn't dare compare with Mokgetsu, but with several together, they'd think they could somewhat match him.
Even if achieving the same status as Mokgetsu was unlikely, it's pretty safe to expect some promotions and raises.
But reality was harsh. Without even considering Mokgetsu's teaching skills, he'd still outperform those ninja teachers. His high proficiency across various skills stems from practical experience, and he has systematically learned how to be a teacher in the previous world.
Whether in terms of ninja knowledge or teaching professionalism, those Chunin teachers were no match for Mokgetsu.
Upon realizing they might not deliver good results, they started to panic. Even with the foundation of Mokgetsu's previous successful experience, a group of them couldn't compare to Mokgetsu working alone.
It seemed only logical to increase training volume; after all, training shouldn't make you weaker, right?
As more students gathered around Mokgetsu, the crowd grew rapidly until the majority had joined.
Initially just there for the commotion, when they saw Mokgetsu himself, they had to chat him up.
More and more students gathered, quickly leading to almost all students being around Mokgetsu.
"What's everyone doing gathered here instead of staying in your own classes?" a Chunin teacher scolded after noticing the students' odd behavior.
"Class is almost over anyway, let them rest a bit," Mokgetsu said aloud.
The Chunin teacher then spotted Mokgetsu sitting among the students. Many students were standing, blocking his view.
"Oh, it's Director Mokgetsu. You're right, let's let everyone rest," the Chunin teacher replied with a smile.
As an ambitious teacher, he admired Mokgetsu, who had quickly advanced in less than a year, not only rising in position at the Ninja Academy but also moving from Chunin to Special Jonin.
Continuing to chat with the students, even after class ended, many chose to stay back and talk with Mokgetsu.
"I can't join in this round of holiday special training anymore because I have other responsibilities. As for the future, I'm not sure; it'll depend on the Third Hokage's arrangements, but I personally would like to continue handling special training," Mokgetsu answered individually to students' questions.
Once Kakashi and his team graduate, Mokgetsu probably won't lead new trainees for some time, since Shisui is only in his second year and there's still plenty of time.
"I'll try coordinating with the special training teachers to see if a more reasonable training plan can be made," Mokgetsu smiled and said.
At the end of the last training, the students gave him a pleasant surprise, so Mokgetsu didn't mind doing such things easily.
"Mokgetsu-sensei is the best!" Anko cheered. She decided if Mokgetsu wasn't the trainer next time, she simply wouldn't attend. Non-fourth graders could choose not to come.
The next day.
In the morning, Mokgetsu still led Kakashi, Obito, and Might Guy in training Yin Release Nature Transformation, with Shisui training Armament Haki alone, and arranged for Kakashi to practice the Breath of Thunder in the afternoon.
The reason he didn't teach it the day before was that the student return benefit only applies once per day, so he delayed teaching to milk an extra reward.
