In the light of the flames, everything around turned dim and dull, except for the blue flames that shone like bright stars, illuminating the entire battlefield.
"Teacher Mokgetsu!" Obito, who was preparing to rush to Nohara Rin, stopped in his tracks, looking joyously at the golden-haired figure.
Undoubtedly, that was his master, the all-powerful Sage Mokgetsu.
"Sage Mokgetsu is truly omnipotent, bringing me back to the real world."
Suddenly, Obito felt the world incredibly real, not at all fake.
Shisui's eyes widened, and his face bore an uncontrollable joyful expression.
Having used the Flying Thunder God Jutsu, with this terrifying blue flame and the familiar Chakra, it was indeed Teacher Mokgetsu, who had just been lying down resting.
"As expected, Teacher Mokgetsu was merely tired and took a brief rest."
Shisui relaxed entirely, feeling contented, his previously aching eyes seemed to have healed.
"Huff." Kakashi sat down, gasping heavily, holding Enma.
The previous slash had almost exhausted his Chakra, and he could only stand through sheer willpower.
Seeing the familiar, reliable teacher appear again, Kakashi instantly relaxed.
He didn't know what method Mokgetsu used, but it didn't matter; Mokgetsu being alive was the best outcome.
"Lord Mokgetsu!"
The severely injured Konoha ninja, already in despair when Uchiha Madara used an eighty-meter high Susanoo again, believing they were doomed.

Yet, previously, the black-robed Uchiha had survived the Thoughtless Slash, which kept Obito and others worried that the black-robed Uchiha might have similar tricks.
"There! Teacher Mokgetsu, be careful!" Obito discovered Uchiha Madara appearing not far behind Mokgetsu and shouted.
If Obito could see it, how could the careful Mokgetsu not know? He raised his hand, unleashing a terrifying high-temperature flame that swallowed the sneaky Uchiha Madara.
However, since Uchiha Madara had just used Izanagi, Mokgetsu's Fire Release did not affect Uchiha Madara.
While unharmed, the rapidly deteriorating situation made Uchiha Madara's expression rather grim.
"Such a vast gap and errors in the intelligence provided by Zetsu; Habu Mokgetsu's strength is completely different from the reports!" Uchiha Madara's face darkened.
Mokgetsu possessing abilities beyond intelligence was acceptable; a ninja of this caliber might have an undisclosed trump card, but errors in known information were fatal.

"What a waste! Didn't know where his arrogance came from." Hidden in the shadows, Black Zetsu's expression darkened.
He watched as Uchiha Madara squandered a promising hand.
Initially, Mokgetsu was in the light, and they were in the dark, holding the initiative.
Yet, Uchiha Madara confidently assumed Mokgetsu was no match for him and brazenly went to confront Mokgetsu.
Seeing Uchiha Madara about to be defeated, Black Zetsu left without hesitation.
He doesn't have the strength of the Six Paths Brothers and has no way to win against Mokgetsu in a direct battle.
"Uchiha Obito, Uchiha Shisui, once your eye power is stronger, go look at the Nankai Shrine's stone tablet; it holds secrets that could bring world peace."
When Uchiha Madara sensed he couldn't win, he didn't show fear or panic but left a message for Obito and Shisui.
Konoha doesn't possess the technology to implant Hashirama cells, so Obito and Shisui surely couldn't resolve the side effects of Mangekyo Sharingan.
Thus, it's possible one of them might choose to sacrifice for the other.
If that person successfully awakens the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, they could decipher the Six Paths Sage's message, possibly becoming the next him.
Obito immediately became agitated; did they think him foolish, believing enemy words?
Before Obito could retort Uchiha Madara, Mokgetsu's fire dragon of Green Flame melted Susanoo's defense, striking Uchiha Madara.
Boom!
The fire dragon pierced Uchiha Madara's body, leaving a gaping hole.
Bang!
Susanoo dispersed, and Uchiha Madara's body fell to the ground, marking the fall of the legendary ninja.
Mokgetsu controlled the remaining blue flames to disperse, preventing Uchiha Madara's body from burning to ashes.
"Teacher Mokgetsu." His disciples flocked around him.
PS: Yesterday, after spending half a day in the car, I didn't get a chance to rest upon returning home; I was exhausted writing and planned to lie down for a short break. The moment I touched the bed, I passed out instantly.
When I opened my eyes and picked up the phone, it was five in the morning; I was scared to death, quickly got up and continued writing.
Fortunately, it wasn't five in the afternoon.
So this counts as yesterday's update, just a bit late (consider it the usual eerie timing).
