Boom!
Now the desert has been blasted open from one location, and a pitch-black shadow shot out without allowing those tortured third-floor prisoners to even see clear, just as they watched that ghostly shadow raising several smoke rings and bursting through the third-floor ceiling.
Aside from the connecting holes above and below, it seemed like nothing had happened...
Second floor, Beast Hell.
This layer of the prison houses various fierce beasts, among which the biggest monster is the Sphinx currently resting in a spacious hall.
This is a giant lion with a human face, looking both sorrowful and fierce. In this prison, whether prisoners or beasts, are filled with awe for this creature.
Boom!
Suddenly a loud explosion came from its lying ground, and the massive force forced the Sphinx's eyes open, causing its giant body to fly far away, with a roar that's hard to tell if it's angry or stunned.
"Noodle~~!"
The black shadow rushed out from below the second floor, breaking through the ceiling above, diving further down to the first basement level, piercing through the ground covered in grass as hard as iron spikes and trees with sword-like leaves, charging upwards.
The top floor of Impel Down, also the entrance, naturally hosts a large number of guards.
The black shadow directly crashed through the top level ground, with a flash, it arrived at an office where guards were stationed.
A black-red torrent surged forth as he entered, causing those guards not having reacted in time to roll their eyes and fall down.
"Found it, Radio Snail."
Sage picked up a Radio Snail, turned and walked outside, glancing towards the huge doors at the entrance, grinning ferociously, raising his fist again and punched.
Boom!!
The massive doors shattered under his punch, and even the suspension bridge outside had been fragmented into multiple sections, falling onto the calm sea surface.
Impel Down, located in the Calm Belt.
Without any wind, the sea surface here is still as stagnant water.
"Heh heh heh..."
Sage looked back at the hole in the ground, the smile at the corner of his mouth growing wider, gradually exposing his teeth.
"Hahahahaha, hohahahaha!"
Holding the Radio Snail, he swaggered out the door, laughing arrogantly: "Didn't I just break out of here!"
He could sense Magellan's presence, constantly chasing upwards from underground.
But this guy can't fly, and that poison, no matter how strong, has to obediently climb the stairs.
As long as you're not lingering in that toxic air, and only lightly in contact with skin and breathing, the weak toxins will quickly be expelled.
As long as Magellan comes up, retreating will be simple.
However, he needs to ask first where Lily and the others are.
...
"Direction, north, south, east, west, give me a position, roughly at a distance where you can't estimate, just calculate based on Enies Lobby's distance, but do measure, based on Calm Belt's direction, how long it's from your location to Enies Lobby."
On the Radio Snail, the snail face resembling Lily pondered for a while, then began:
"We are now at Sisomia Kingdom's northern Novbri, located at the junction of the sixth and seventh course lines; if calculated with Enies Lobby at the center, it's in the northwest direction; specifics in Calm Belt, approximately ten o'clock direction. As for distance, it'll roughly take a month's time to sail to reach."
"Sage, are you in Impel Down? We can obtain intelligence from Doflamingo then..."
"Then I'd be dead in Impel Down, this damned place doesn't have an Eternal Pose! Do you expect to cross the Gate of Justice? Stay put there for me!"
Impel Down is an impregnable fortress, no Eternal Pose here, intelligence won't be of use.
Not to mention waiting for a month, two hours is intolerable.
Aside from Magellan, once news spreads, people from the Navy will arrive.
With Kizaru's speed, coming here won't take long.
Facing them head-on now would be premature.
"Norton Sage!!"
Suddenly, a muffled roar came from behind, and the central elevator on the top floor suddenly boomed, with Magellan, his eyes blood-red and body drenched in red venom, appearing there.
"You cannot escape without a ship, this is the Calm Belt!"
As the elevator docked, the red venom on Magellan's body rapidly transformed into a giant, swiftly approaching him.
Sage looked back at him, chuckling: "Receiving so many attacks and you can still move… Not bad, huh? Hey, won't staying here forever be boring? Want to go to sea with me to witness the romance of the ocean!"
"Stop joking around here!"
Magellan said sternly: "A guy like you surely can't get out! You're an Ability User, can't even go into the sea."
That kind of speed is unattainable by normal humans.
Only a miracle like an Ability User can achieve what humans cannot.
"Even if I'm not an Ability User, I don't want to go into the sea."
Sage shook his head, punching to smash a side of the rocky wall at the entrance; amid flying debris, a stone pillar fell down, coincidentally caught by him.
Boom!
Sage's other hand clenched into a fist and swung harshly backwards, once more launching a 'Galaxy Impact', pushing Magellan back several meters, scattering the venom outward, painting the splattered area red.
More blood spurted from his body, but overall...
Damage was still insufficient.
Even though Haki pierced through his Secret Hole, such bodily quality could still withstand it.
This guy's bodily quality isn't just for show, hitting him so many punches, not only can he still move, but his combat power hasn't diminished at all.
If true one-on-one, it'll take days without determining victory.
But Sage wasn't considering victory.
His plan was to get out of here.
"Hmm... still not enough."
After a punch repelled Magellan, Sage suddenly felt something amiss; he circled around the massive top layer building, thought for a moment, suddenly made a leap, looking down on Impel Down from above.
"The commotion is still insufficient; don't hold it back, let's add some news so I can enhance my reputation!"
He held the pillar with one hand, the other clenched, then erupted two black flashes.
"Galaxy Impact!!"
Boom!!
This time, the Haki Shock, resembling a shield, shrouded over half of Impel Down with a colossal noise, creating numerous cracks in half of Impel Down, collapsing abruptly, stirring dust clouds.
"Now it looks decent!"
Sage laughed extravagantly, just about to strike again, when suddenly from the half-compressed building, a massive red giant soared skyward, ready to grab him with its enormous hand.
"Don't think you'll escape!"
Magellan's furious voice echoed from within.
"Humph, never mind... this level is enough; Magellan, make sure to report to the world that I am not like Golden Lion, that old man escaped running, whereas I punched through you!"
His hands lifted up the stone pillar, and with a twist of his foot, in a jump, he faced towards the ten o'clock direction, making a throwing gesture.
"Hundredfold Southern Dipper Flying Pillar!"
Boom!
The sound of sky breaking resounded.
Sage's whole body rotated half a circle downward, hurling the stone pillar.
The pillar he tossed accelerated the moment it left his hand, turning into a fast afterimage, and right then, Sage's shadow disappeared, evading the giant poisonous hand, standing atop the pillar, swiftly escaping Impel Down's bounds, leaving his manic laughter in the air.
"I am leaving, hohahahaha!"
Using Moon Step to escape?
No need for that!
If he didn't obtain the fruit, that would have been his original plan.
But having the More-More Fruit, his options are numerous.
The simplest one is amplifying something's speed, using it to leave directly.
Just a throw is enough, very effortless!
Impel Down...
He is out!
