Chapter 721 - Chapter 437: Time to Settle Accounts! (Part 2)

And behind him, a group with fierce looks, more like Pirates than Navy, just wearing navy hats or shabby navy uniforms.

"Trafalgar Law..."

Smoker bit his cigar, exhaling smoke, and said in a deep voice, "I remember this place is off-limits to Pirates and government personnel. Why are you here?"

"What you're talking about is ancient history. This place has long been abandoned."

Law leaned against the gate, smiling, "Now it's my villa. As a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, it's normal for me to occupy an island you don't want."

"Cut the nonsense, Trafalgar."

Smoker said, "The signal we're tracking is right here. That's Straw Hat Luffy. Two years ago, you saved him from Akainu's chase; I have reason to suspect you're hiding a wanted criminal. Step aside, we need to check."

"Two years ago was two years ago, now is now. I'm already part of the Seven Warlords, Vice Admiral Smoker."

Law said lightly, "As for Straw Hat, if I find him, I'll personally take him out, but I don't want the Navy disturbing my life. But now, there's no one here. Go back."

Straw Hat?

He's here?

Oh... so those intruders are them.

Could the Navy have arrived so quickly just for a simple pirate hunt?

Or are they afraid the Pirates will mess up the experiments here?

After all, this is G-5, not to be trusted.

Law mused to himself, just about to speak when suddenly a strange sound came from behind.

Bam!

The gate was kicked open, and a group of children, along with some bizarre-looking guys, rushed out...

...

Two hours later.

"Lord Renedia, when can we go back?"

About ten children and teenagers gathered around Renedia, one of them asking, "We've grasped what we needed to, and the rest requires a lot of practice. We've basically mastered Caesar's methods."

The ones chosen to come here were smart folks. Before Sage decided to dabble in medicine, he selected a batch of smart kids, letting Hogback take charge first.

After discovering Caesar, a group of the smartest was picked from them to learn Caesar's medical theories.

Nothing else was needed, just focus on learning medicine.

In a year, they didn't learn slowly, though they might not be able to produce new drugs just yet, but they got the basics down.

"I'll inform Sage."

Clearly younger than them, Renedia put on an adult-like demeanor, "When Sage lets you come back, you can return."

"Alright, Lord Renedia."

The boy speaking lowered his head to organize some documents, placing them and medicines into a large leather case, "These are what Caesar has produced over the past few months, able to treat 80% of the diseases we currently face."

A waiting Pirate took the case, while the others took out weapons, forming layers of protection.

"Good, all set, let's go. You all study hard and don't disappoint Sage's expectations. Contact via phone if any issues arise."

Renedia flashed her little tiger teeth, standing up ready to leave, but at that moment, the lounge door was opened, and Monet entered with a man in a plaid coat, with lightning-shaped sideburns.

"Sorry, but you might have to stay a bit longer."

The man spoke solemnly, "We have some issues to deal with."

"Hmm?"

Renedia raised an eyebrow, "Who are you?"

"Vergo."

Monet chuckled lightly, "Lord Renedia, he is the base commander of the Navy G-5 Branch and a core cadre of the Young Master. He joined the Navy fifteen years ago; he's one of us."

"Navy? Ah! I get it, you're just like our other affiliates, working two jobs!"

Renedia laughed, "What's the matter to deal with?"

"Some minor issues, intruders were here just now, exposed the secrets here, and even the Navy found out. We need to eliminate them, so no one else will find out."

Vergo said to Renedia, "Of course, I know this has nothing to do with you, but since Caesar works for the calamity, it'd be better if handled properly. Please give us some time."

"Tch, annoying."

Renedia sat back down, "Hey, Monet, prepare the refreshments again."

Renedia wouldn't sabotage Sage's plans, and such pirate invasions were too bothersome to care about.

What kind of superiority are we talking about, needing her to join the fight?

"Alright, please wait a moment."

Monet went to the bar, poured a cup of juice, and added some snacks and desserts, placing them on the coffee table, then returned to the bar, took out a book, flipped through, and recorded.

"Hmm... Smoker also seems to be helping them. Vergo, this time it's completely exposed." Monet adjusted the temporary glasses on, turned back and said.

"No problem."

Vergo said, "As long as we can solve it here, we can report it as a shipwreck accident. As for Law... Monet, I remember you have his heart, right?"

"It's missing."

Monet said, "He seems to have discovered something..."

She glanced subtly at Renedia eating snacks, "But my heart is still in his hands, which is a troublesome matter, Vergo, you must find him, and..."

He flipped through the book, where several portraits were drawn, "If I'm not mistaken, the intruders should be the Straw Hat gang who disappeared two years ago. They allied with Law, seemingly to deal with this place."

"Doesn't matter, we're not weak either; Caesar can handle it." Vergo stood up, "Right now, let's deal with that fool Law, to show him the price of betrayal."

"Who did you say?"

Renedia abruptly raised her head while eating the snacks, "Straw Hat?!"

"Yes, Straw Hat, the guy from your times."

Monet nodded, "They have infiltrated here. They're likely still inside the lab, but rest assured, they won't reach here."

"Straw Hat?!"

A red glint flashed in Renedia's eyes, revealing her small tiger teeth, "Great! They're actually here, Weevil!"

"Big Sis, this is delicious."

Weevil crouched behind the sofa, stuffing secret recipe cupcakes one after another.

"Stop eating!"

Renedia took out a hammer and knocked him, "Time to work! That Straw Hat who stole Sage's treasure is found, and the boss wants us to teach him a lesson!"

Weevil stuffed all the cupcakes in his hand into his mouth, picked up the Murakumogiri from the ground, and his eyes filled with ferocity.

Thud!

He took a step, shaking the whole lounge.

"The boss's treasure... punishment! Teach that Straw Hat a lesson!"

"And Law! That bastard who owes fifty-two billion, I wanted to remind about his debt, now deal with him too! Monet, do you want to return to your original form?"

"Hmm... if possible, I'm tired of this bird-person form." Monet smiled.

Renedia suddenly jumped onto Weevil's shoulder, letting her red vision and Observation claim the direction, "Off we go, Weevil!"

"Roar!"

Weevil, with one slash, smashed a piece of the wall to smithereens, charging straight through the opening.

"Idiot! Go the proper way!"

Bam!

Inside the hole, sounds of heads being knocked were heard, along with Weevil's aggrieved cries.

Vergo and Monet exchanged a glance, the latter chuckled, "Really didn't expect... If that's the case, then it's truly safe."

"Three Phases in action... and that Blast Hammer, does Observation cover such a wide range?"

Vergo thought for a moment, then left the lounge, "Better to be more secure, I'll handle the G-5 Navy personally, won't give them a chance to call for reinforcements. Otherwise, with a Four Emperors member here, it'll cause chaos at headquarters."

"Suit yourself, anyway..."

Monet said softly, "All for the Young Master."
