Moreover, this Fallen Angel effect "can also be activated during the opponent's turn," which makes it a Speed 2 effect. Just from the presence at its entrance alone one could feel this was no foe to be taken lightly. A 12-Star, max Star Level Fusion Fallen Angel, it likely possessed extraordinary abilities.
As expected, Lucifer's advent began with an intimidation tactic.
The Evil God said: "When Dawn of Fallen Angel Lucifer is Fusion Summoned using Fallen Angel Lucifer as Fusion Material, destroy all cards on your opponent's field!"

Yugen raised his arm to shield himself from the storm in front of him, and said slowly.
"But my side is pretty tough too.
When True Silent Magician is destroyed, she upgrades from the Card Deck and descends in a new form.

A transparent Magic Barrier unfolded, standing before Yugen like a wall. The all-out strike of the Fallen Angels crashed entirely against that Barrier; not only did it have no effect, the recoil force shook them back, nearly knocking them off their feet, forcing them to retreat in a rather sorry state.
