Aura Sphere is a Fighting Type Move; it's not that non-Fighting Type Pokemon cannot learn it, but at least Blastoise isn't supposed to know this move!
How can Blastoise use Aura Sphere? There's no information about this in its database!

"Aggron, Iron Armor Pokemon. Can easily destroy hard rocks with its two horns and its food consists of iron products." Misty, in the stands, took Ash's Pokedex and scanned Aggron.
Ash almost has no use for the Pokedex now, and during battles, there are many Pokemon Misty doesn't recognize, so the Pokedex was handed to Misty.
The Pokedex had been upgraded to a worldwide version after Ash returned to Pallet Town, including data on Pokemon outside the Kanto Region.
Misty doesn't recognize this particular Pokemon, Aggron, but from its appearance, it doesn't look like an easy opponent to deal with.
