Time passed and Astrid woke up to realize she's been sleeping on Aster's shoulders all along.
The little Frost Demon princess's cheeks flushed instantly but Aster pretended to be asleep as well, so that the princess wouldn't feel too embarrassed of what she had done.
Seeing that Aster was already asleep, Astrid sighed softly in relief and she felt really happy, thinking that Aster hadn't realized she's been resting on his shoulder all day long.
But since he hadn't woken up yet, Astrid thought it wouldn't be a problem for her to rest a little bit more.
And that's exactly what she did as she smiled to herself, realizing that what she was doing actually felt really good.
It definitely felt good to be awake and conscious of what she was doing, but a part of her also hoped Aster was awake as well.
