The next few days blur together.
Tony was healing slowly. Still weak but improving.
The rest of us were planning. Timothy was coordinating with Lisa remotely, and Elliot video calling with updates.
The evidence from Abigail Duke is damning - financial records, recordings, and everything Morrison's done for thirty-five years.
But it's not enough.
"Morrison will spin this as fake," Timothy says. "Desperate fugitives making false accusations. We need corroboration."
"Everyone who worked with him is dead," I point out.
"Not everyone." Bella's been researching. "Jennifer Morrison is alive and is in federal custody."
"She'll never testify against her uncle," I say. "She's loyal."
"Prison has a way of testing loyalty," Timothy counters. "Life sentence might exceed hers."
It takes two days to arrange. Timothy used his FBI contacts, and finally, we got a meeting.
