He tried to move quickly, and his entire being instantly transformed into a red lightning bolt, tracing complex paths across the abandoned shipyard, leaving only evaporating white mist in its wake.

Not only were Sanji, Zoro, and the others shocked, but Kalifa, CP9, and the others on the opposite side were also stunned by Luffy's transformation.

"B. Hand over Franky (Reward: Invincible Head Flick · Three uses!)"

"Again?"
Luffy frowned as he looked at the three options. Fighting for ten days and ten nights was impossible; even if he wanted to, Big Brother Ron wouldn't let him fight for that long.

"Boom boom boom!"
Three consecutive heavy punches fell like meteors, striking Lucci's temple, solar plexus, and chin respectively. The leopard-man form was sent flying, and Lucci coughed up blood as he retreated several steps, but at the last moment, he used "Paper Drawing" to deflect some of the force.
"How boring!" Luffy suddenly stopped his attack, pouting in disappointment. "Is this the strength of CP9's strongest?"
"Too weak!"
Suddenly, dark Armament Haki covered his fists like a tide. Luffy's eyes sharpened instantly: "Now I'm getting serious."
"Armament… Haki?!"
Lucci struggled to prop himself up. When he clearly saw those ink-black fists, his beast-like pupils contracted violently: "Arm… Armament?!"
His voice twisted with despair, "What a joke… How could a rookie like this have it…"
