After a long while, he barely managed to gather his consciousness, pointed a trembling bone hand at Nami, his voice filled with unprecedented fear and disbelief:
"Miss Nami... so... so terrifying... Are... are you a noble Logia-type Rumble-Rumble Fruit user?!
My... my apologies!
This power... it's too strong... I was presumptuous... Yohoho... (weakly)"
The rest of the Straw Hat: "..."
Luffy: "Wow! Nami! You're amazing!"
Usopp/Chopper huddled together, trembling: "Indeed... Nami is the scariest..."

He laboriously raised a charred bone hand, his voice weak and filled with sincere apology:

His hollow eye sockets "looked" at Nami, who was still furious and surrounded by flashing electrical arcs,
