While the Nakiri family enjoyed their reunion dinner, Ryūga finally returned to Polar Star House.

After greeting his roommates, Ryūga immediately went into the room.

He doesn't plan to train today. In order to achieve the results he wants at the school festival, he decides to seek advice from the instructors in the study space.

After washing up and falling asleep, Ryūga arrived in the system space ahead of time.

Teacher Harun looked at Ryūga and said:

"You're here very early today. Is there a special reason?"

"Professor Harun, I have some questions I'd like to ask you."

"Since I entered the learning space, I have been training for several months, but all of this training has been theoretical. So far, my actual cooking skills have not improved much. Is there any way to improve my strength in a short period of time?"

"Improve your cooking skills in a short time?"

Upon hearing Ryūga's words, Mr. Harun smiled kindly.

"Is Ryūga negating all the learning she's accomplished over the years?"

"Your practical skills haven't improved much? I disagree with that. I think Ryūga hasn't really thought about how much power you possess yet..."

Harun looked at Ryūga, smiled, and continued:

"Since you've asked this question, I imagine you must have encountered something in your real life."

"Then let's pause our lesson for now. I need to have a serious talk with Ryūga about what exactly constitutes culinary skill!"

With a wave of his hand, Teacher Harun transformed the system space into a tea room. After the two sat down facing each other, Harun began to explain his understanding of cooking.

"Whether it's theoretical knowledge or practical skills, they are all part of cooking!"

"Theoretical knowledge actually contains a lot of practical cooking methods. Through theoretical learning during this period, you have also learned about some obscure, tricky, or even lost dish names or cooking techniques. This is the greatest treasure hidden within you!"

"While your manual dexterity hasn't improved yet, you can still complete the most basic operations smoothly..."

"By simply presenting the knowledge you've learned in your mind through your hands, I believe you'll discover a different side of yourself!"

After talking with Teacher Harun for a long time, Ryūga finally understood where he had gone wrong.

I have always equated my strength with the stage of my training, which is incorrect.

Although I didn't spend much time cooking, a lot of valuable knowledge has been stored in my mind.

If he can make good use of the knowledge hidden in his mind, he can create dishes that will amaze countless people.

With that in mind, Ryūga finally decided what dish he should make for the school festival.

A dish entirely created from theoretical knowledge in my mind!

The next morning, Ryūga went straight to Nakiri Mana's house.

After waiting a short while, Nakiri Mana, dressed in a pink and white kimono and exuding endless cuteness and beauty, stepped out of the house.

"Good morning, Ryūga-kun!"

"Good morning, Mana. I need your help with today's matters!"

"What are you saying, Ryūga-kun? Didn't I already say that if you need any help, just come to me? Besides, I'm happy that you're willing to ask me for a favor!"

Mana Nakiri's smile was adorable. She waved her little hand and continued:

"Forget the formalities, what exactly does Ryūga-kun want me to find?"

"It's this!"

Ryūga took a photo out of his pocket.

"The thing in the photo is called a steamer."

"steamer?"

Looking at the strange vessel in the photo in Ryūga's hand, which resembled an ancient bronze artifact, Nakiri Mana felt a little curious.

"Huh? This thing looks like an antique. What does Ryūga-kun want with this?"

Ryūga looked at her and slowly explained:

"This thing is actually a type of cooking utensil that was popular in ancient times in China."

"Its main uses are cooking and steaming."

"Although it looks ancient, it can actually be made using modern methods once its structure is understood!"

"I just don't know any craftsmen who are skilled at making utensils. I was wondering if you, Mana, could find one."

"Is this thing called a 'zeng' actually a cooking utensil?"

Hearing Ryūga's words, Nakiri Mana was somewhat surprised, but she quickly smiled and said:

"I almost forgot, Ryūga-kun seems to know a lot about ancient cuisine and cooking utensils. So, Ryūga-kun must be planning to use this special utensil to cook at the school festival!"

"What material is this thing made of? Let me ask if there are any craftsmen who know about the casting process!"

"It's made of cast earthenware, but any craftsman who can make bronze should be able to do it!"

"Made of cast earthenware? This is truly an amazing cooking utensil. I'll inquire about it; I should be able to find artisans here in Tokyo who understand these techniques."

As the eldest daughter of the Nakiri family, Nakiri Mana's influence should not be underestimated.

A few hours later, an employee belonging to the Nakiri family called Nakiri Mana.

After hanging up the phone, Nakiri Mana said to Ryūga:

"It's been found!"

"There's a craftsman in the Heye area who's skilled at making earthenware and bronzeware. I'll arrange a vehicle right away. Ryūga-kun, please wait a moment while I change my clothes and we'll go take a look together!"

"I'm also very curious about these kitchen utensils that I've never seen before!"
