Lumian woke up with a groan . It had happened again . He had a dream no a nightmare . And a dream in his broken mind was not a good thing .
He heard illusionary whispers , tantalizing scenes and broken dialogue . It was one effect of his flaw . His broken mind with a thin fog emanating over his memories . It was a mess that could not be mended . He had already felt like a broken shell and now came the effect of irregular spasms and breakdowns .
The best he could is to adapt to living with it and ignore it . His Soothing helped calm him down but it can't possibly negate his flaw .
Soon he packed up and and got ready to venture into another island. He had two choices this time . Using his intuition ability he chose the apparent safer one .
The task of walking through the chains now felt a little less scary but still breathholding .
He slowly reached the next Island.
With his intuition the travel began .

Lumian traversed through the woods on the island . Determined to secure a safe location for today's night camp . Soon footsteps rustled near him . As his intuition of danger did not make any alarm . He was not alerted before .
In quick action he took cover behind a large tree .
A girl came out the bushes dawning herself in rough clothes made of leaves and vines . It was a pretty revealing outfit . More attention grabbing were her imposing boots .
'It may be a creature '
Throwing away that thought he assumed his stance ready for combat and carefully observing her . There were some creatures which took human form or voice to decieve humans in the dream realm .
The girl moved carefully slowly trodding to the place Lumian was hiding .
Soon Lumian was exposed and their eyes met . Then both started circling each other in battle stance .
Lumian was the first one to spoke "Who's the shouting baldy at the academy "
The girl showed bewildered before answering " Awakened Rock "
She questioned back " Male Couple singers !"
Lumian answered " Night & Gale "
The questionnaire from both parties continued .
'It's common tactic to be asking the other person erratic question to confirm their identity of a human as Shape-shifting Creatures often find it difficult to answer such questions with secret meanings hidden in them .
After some time . They both let down their guard .
'I pity Night at these things .If you're too popular you're gonna have people assume wierd things about you .'
After the heated questionnaire a silence prevailed between them .
Lumian once again spoke " Do you wanna travel alongside me till we meet other Awakened or reach a citadel "
The girl answered " Well it common knowledge not to be alone in the Dream Realm "
In mutual understanding they journey together began .
Lumian got to know that her name was Sara .
Soon after intense searching a camp was setup and they both sat down .
Sara was the first to speak " Say do we not need a better introduction . "
Lumian already knew her name during that time he also examined her features . Her hair
were brown and fell neatly to her shoulder .
Her body was slim and her face was modesty cute . Her height was almost same to the already somewhat short Lumian.
' She's exactly my type , Ahem Ahem no oogling ' Lumian thought
After brief talk
Sara asked " Do you have another clothing memory ? Can I borrow it ? Of course I'll compensate later ."
Her outfit though golden for Lumian's eyes was a serious drawback in combat and to the cold weather when Nightfell .
Lumian " Unfortunately I Don't have a spare one ' jesturing to his Cloak. " There are lots of time and creatures to battle till we reach safety . With both of us we will probably get one soon "
" Other than that it'll be wise if we disclose our combat capabilities , it'll help in coordination "
" I have an awakened Aspect with which I can
increase the strength and speed of my legs "
Sara said .
"Is that why her legs are so beautiful and imposing , the only memories I have seen her has are A cutlass blade and that super imposing boot she is wearing . Will she just fight by kicking ? "
Lumian spoke " My Aspect ability allows me to numb pain and increase the recovery of wounds and injuries . Also I am pretty well at combat despite not having a combat aspect. "
Sara spoke with a hint of hesitation " Well I have sustained many injuries . Can you use your ability to fix them "
Lumian answered " I have also studied basic medicine if that can help . Also my aspect cannot heal them immediately only expediting recovery by a large margin ."
Soon Sara removed some of the leaves tied like bandages all over her body .
Leading Lumian to chant in his mind .
Throwing aside his joking mind , he examined her . Though looking fine on the outside her body seemed battered with small wounds especially her legs.
Lumian made quick numbing down alot of the pain . And applying quicker healing of the body . Along with that washed and closed the wound with forest crafted bandages expertly .
"Thank you I fell much better now " Sara spoke dawning a small bow .
" Thnakfully it was all professional , reality beats fiction " Lumian thought .
Soon a little surprisingly the Isalnd rose and they had to endure the crushing . Thought came in work afterwards .
' A healers work is truly magic huh ...." Lumian thought .
Soon Nightfell and they decided to be guard taking turns.

Lumian trodden in rocky soil along with Sara .
" It has been two days huh ....."
Their till now was pretty smooth . At worst they faced a pack of Dormant Demon Wolfs .
" Both of us had recieved two memories combined but they were not for combat "
One helped them track footprints and other for the spells grace on Sara was a furry hide
garment .
" We're now equal huh..." He had noticed that they were now wearing baggy outer garments that provied a single layer . Both were also not wearing anything underneath . With Sara throwing the leaves clothes away .
" Why do my leads to wierd things , Apparently a broken mind was more suspecting to simple emotions , I am now worried about facing a creature with mind attacks " Lumian thought .
Soon the ground near them busted and ferocious rabbing lunged at them .

Having him adventure alone would be too blandness . Why not add some spice ?
Don't expect bro to be ultimate single person .
Anyway this arc will not be for too long . As you know I Don't like overprolonging things .
Also Don't expect me to jump the story . It's slice of life there is no major plot revolving around Mc .
