So Eir basically went to a planet where humans were on verge of extinction, like that planet was filled with predators. When they had lost all hope, Eir descend from sky like a goddess, and promised them better life, in exchange for a single soul and She told them about her quest to collect stones. As they were on the verge of dying already, they agreed, so Eir got a person willing to jump of and another person who was broken inside from his family lose from past. To be safe she make them spent a week together so the other person would feel some sorrow from the death, and just like that, she took them to Vormir, and got the Soul stone, and as promised, she modified the body's of remaining people on the planet, and now they were basically superhumans, and as such they could handle themselves on their planets.
So now that she got the Soul stone, she had the power to manipulate souls better than before,she put it on her crowne which now has four infinity stone.
As for the mind stone, she discovered that the Mumm-ra guy from before actually got cursed because of holding Mind stone and thus she got the location of the planet where mind stone was, and collected the stone.
As she have five stones now, she gone back to earth, and collected the Time stone as promised before.
Now that she had all infinity stone, she was wondering what to do with them, but then she was approach by a celestial named Ashiram the judge, the prime celestial who told her that it wasn't good to possess this much power without purpose. He told her to join other celestials to maintain the balance of all other universes, but Eir wasn't ready to accept the mindset of seeing all things as just exchange of energy like celestials do, and they don't give importance to moral and doesn't have the sense of joy like humans do.
As Eir refused, Ashiram told her to give up the stones which led to a fight between them where Eir used full potential of infinity stones as she manipulated the concepts of reality like time, space, force to fight Ashiram but even with all that power she couldn't beat Ashiram, as fight come to a steal mate, Ashiram told her that if she doesn't give up the stones, her universe will be in chaos and finnally be distroyed. So Eir agreed to it.
But first she used the power of infinity stones to power up her crown so that it would work as before without the stones but just for a century worth of time. It means if she constantly use her crown power, it would deplete in a century, and them finally with the power of infinity stones, created the untimate swords for herself.
They were like 100 flying sword which could change shape and size, merge and split, and could float and move around at super Sonic speed. She also enchanted them with all kinds of reality concepts so they could damage anything and everything, like human, non-human, god, even matter and energy and reality if she wished. She then gave simple conscious to her sword so it would work like an army around her, defend and attack according to the situation.
Then she finally modified her body to the best of her ability and finally returned the stones to their places, where she picked them from.
As her fight with Ashiram happened in outer space of universe when she got back she discovered that around a millinia had passed, in the universe, so she just settled down on Asgard, and started to spend her days idly.
Most people have forgotten her existence in her thousand years absence even her family thought that she was dead.
She didn't return to them as everything was starting to go like original timeline, she started her journey again to kill time, this time helping mortals randomly.
When Odin died and Hela came back and was about to wreak havoc again, she greeted her alongside her brothers and supported Hela on her claim to the throne.
Hela finally seeing someone acknowledging her existence, didn't cause trouble like last time. Her brothers were unsatisfied with this as they thought that Hela was evil. But Eir understood that she had contributed to this Asgardinan Empire more then anyone, and she couldn't be simply cast aside just for her controlling nature.
So she again joined the Asgard as it prepared for war, Eir made some serious kind of weapons for her siblings with power of her crown but refused to participate in war as she was just too powerful. With Hela ruling, and with their weapons, Asgard became the strongest empire around,and that was the time Eir got bored of everything again.
So she created a grand tomb like planet for herself, and set there in samadhi, to be awaken again after an eternity.
