"The second thing you all need to understand is that roles will be assigned to everyone," I said, my voice steady as I looked at them. "If you are good at building, you should identify yourself. If you are skilled in farming, then step forward. If you can cook, or prepare herbs, or have any useful skill, you should make it known."
I paused briefly before continuing.
"The work will be divided according to what each person can do, so no one stands idle while others carry the burden."
I let my gaze move across them before I continued, making sure they were all paying attention.
"The third thing you all need to understand," I said, my voice calm but firm, "is that from this moment onward, there will be order."
The murmurs faded.
"You will follow instructions," I continued. "No one acts on their own, and no one creates unnecessary trouble. If there is a problem, you speak. If there is confusion, you ask. But you do not disrupt what we are building here."
I paused briefly.
