THE MONEY X POWER SYSTEM
"why are you doing this? Why now when I have nothing?" Tempest asked her fiance, Vance who was holding her best friend, meddy on her waist proudly.
"Yes, you have nothing. I don't want a woman in my life who has nothing. A desperate woman like you," Vance said disgusted then added "Tempest you were nothing but a mere pawn on my chess piece "
"Look at you," meddy bend to grab tempest's chin making her look at her eyes,"how desperate you are to be in the Lucian family. Do you think he needs an uncivilized, idiotic woman like you"
"After everything I sacrificed for you two, this is how you repay me?" Tempest said
Meddy pushed her away and then slapped her
"Leave before I decide to kill you because now, I have the power to do so," meddy said then smiled cunningly.
"Fine. If that is what you want,"
Tears flowed down on Tempest cheeks as she stood up from the ground. She slowly walk towards the dark night limping. She had cut marks around her body. Her clothes were torn and her knee was fractured so she couldn't walk properly.
"Meddy, why did you let her go? What if she becomes too powerful and come back for revenge?" Vance asked
"My love, at the state she is, it will just take so many years for her to grow again...plus, we are now more powerful and it's thanks to her...I am giving her mercy" she explained
Tempest walked towards her family house in the dark night.
When she arrived, she found her clothes tossed outside. The head maid continued to remove out her clothes
"Lalinia! What are you doing?" Tempest screamed at her.
Lalinia, the head maid slapped her. She then tossed a document towards her.
Tempest took the document which stated that she was disowned from the Laurasia family. She was no longer a family member in the Laurasia house and Laurasia was not a part of her surname.
This broke her completely. She knelt on the ground and sobbed painfully.
"Madam said that you are no longer her family. She also added that you should leave with your things before she returns at the house," head maid lalinia said
On seeing that she was not listening, lalinia grabbed her hair painfully and tossed her out of the compound.
Tempest tried to get back but the gate was locked. She sat on the ground and sobbed painfully.
"Why? Why do I deserve this? What did I do wrong?"
She then looked at the sky and got up. She slowly walked towards a particular direction. After thirty minutes, she arrived at an abandoned graveyard.
She went to a particular grave written Nalina Grooks, her mother. She hugged the grave and began sobbing on it.
"Mommy, I miss you so much. I am going through a lot and I don't think that I should live anymore. I am willing to join you in peace and leave this cruel world"

"what I desire is money. Love is just a weakness " Tempest spoke as if she was talking to someone.

"The money x power system give out quests for you to accomplish. Once you complete the quests you will earn reward such as wealth and status"

"The quest will be given when certain conditions are met... right now a quest is already being generated"

"My name is flora" she answered
