During the weekend, Declan and I became lovers. He finally told me he had feelings for me, and I literally flipped out in happiness. I couldn't keep it to myself I rushed to tell Jovi, who was just as excited, telling me Ronny said he loved her too. We both couldn't wait for Tuesday to come.
Meanwhile, Celeste kept reminding me not to forget that I promised to come to her place on Monday. I always laughed and told her I hadn't forgotten.
Finally, Monday morning came.
My mom woke me up by 5 a.m. to prepare what my little brother Evan would take to school. After that, I swept the sitting room and went back to bed. I woke again at 7, showered, and went to the kitchen my big sister Monet had already made breakfast for everyone. I got ready for school, ate, and went to sit in the car waiting for Dad.
After Dad finished eating, he got in the car and dropped me off at school. When I got there, I saw Mary from afar and ran to hug her I'd missed her so much. We went to class together, submitted the assignment our lecturer gave us last week, and brought out our notebooks to write.
After attending the next two lectures and jotting everything down, it was finally 2 o'clock. I texted Celeste that I was on my way, and she replied, "Okay, bby."
Then I replied to Williams, who kept pestering me about being his girlfriend. I told him I'd give him an answer tonight, that I was busy with lectures just to make him stop asking.
Declan texted too, saying he missed me and wanted to see me. I replied, "Awwwn, I miss you too." ...Then I replied to Jovi, who told me "Good morning, baby." I asked how she was, and she said she dreamt about Ronny. I laughed and told her she's even seeing him in her dreams now. She said, "Yeah, kinda," and we both laughed.
When I got to Celeste's house, I knocked, and she came running to hug me. She said she missed me and pulled me straight to her room. She asked if I wanted anything, and I told her no I was good. We started talking and laughing like we always did.
Then her brother Ray called from the other room, asking who she was talking to. She said, "It's Elaria." He said, "Elaria's here?" and rushed to her room. I rolled my eyes before he even got there. When he entered, he smiled and greeted me. I greeted him back, and he said I didn't tell him I was coming. I said I came to see Celeste, and he said, "Oh okay, but you could've still told me." I just smiled and said, "Next time."
When he left, Celeste was looking at me in this funny, kind of lustful way, and I asked, "What?" She said nothing and smiled.
I actually enjoyed Celeste's company she's fun, and we insult each other playfully. It's our thing. Then I noticed she was making unaware videos of me. I covered my face, and she laughed saying, "Nooo, I don't have your videos on my Snapchat." I grabbed her phone, made videos of us together, and she joined in, wrapping her hands around my shoulders. She posted the video and sent it to me, and I posted it too....A few minutes later, Jovi replied to my status asking where I was. I told her I was at Celeste's. She said, "You didn't tell me before going there." I was shocked. I asked, "Do you tell me when Daphne comes to your house?" She said, "Sorry ma'am." I replied, "Good." Then I asked what she was doing, and she said nothing coldly. I sent her a sticker and left it at that.
Celeste made noodles and dished for me, and I ate. Later, we started dancing. While dancing, she bent down and started rocking me. With the kind of person I am, I held her waist and went with the flow. Then she turned and held my shoulders. I laughed and told her I wanted to get water.
As I walked away, I said to myself, "What was she trying to do?" I quickly erased the thought, saying maybe she just wanted to dance facing me. I went back with the water, and we both sat on the couch.
Then Ray called me to his room. I begged Celeste to follow me, and she did. He asked when I'd be free to come over again. I lied and said I didn't know that I was only free today because class got canceled. He said okay and that he'd send me money before I left. I said okay.
Then Celeste suddenly asked if I liked her brother. I begged her not to tell him anything. She said she wouldn't that her brother likes following her friends. "At first it was Gemma, now you," she said. I laughed and said eww.
We kept talking and laughing about it. I really had fun with Celeste her energy was always warm and real. But it was getting late, so I told her I had to go. She held me tight, saying she didn't know when I'd come again. I told her I enjoyed her company and would come more often. She smiled, said okay, and walked me to the cab.
I waved goodbye as the cab drove off, thinking about how crazy and full my life had become lately love, friends, drama, and laughter, all tangled together.
