"Move! Move! Make way for the IBAA!"
Outside the Leak, SUVs bearing the IBAA logo finally arrived. Trucks followed close behind, their crews wasting no time building a perimeter around the crimson portal.
Leaks appearing near cities or populated areas received priority from the IBAA for obvious reasons. They were classified as High-risk Leaks, typically removed from the market, not allowing guilds to buy the rights for it.
In such cases, the IBAA deployed its own Heroes to clear the threat as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the IBAA didn't have a surplus of Heroes. Most Americans chose to work with private guilds instead.
In short, their Heroes were overworked and traveled constantly. Even shorter—this meant they were always in foul moods.
