"Mom, wait!"
Enatur's voice cut through the air, firm yet filled with youthful courage.
Yunia looked at him for a moment, her eyes glowing with a soft red light. Then she let out a long sigh.
"What are you trying to do this time, Enatur?" Her voice was flat but carried gentle exhaustion, like a Mom who already knew her son would act recklessly again.
"Mom," he said firmly, "let me speak with that AI first!"
A few seconds of silence.
Then Yunia's faint but real smile appeared. She closed her eyes, lowering her head slightly.
"You never change…" she muttered. "I already expected this. Go ahead. Do as you wish."
Yunia lifted her face, her tone suddenly fierce, almost like a general commanding her troops.
"Oi, machine! My son wants to speak with you! Step aside!"
Her voice echoed as if from the heavens.
"If you even think about hurting him…" Yunia smiled slyly, "I'll destroy you."
The sky seemed to respond. Hundreds of metal aircraft trembled, then moved aside, clearing a path for Enatur.
A flying board hovered toward him and stopped at his feet. Enatur stepped onto it, glancing at his Mom who had crossed her arms.
"Even an AI knows who's really in charge," Yunia said, satisfied.
Enatur smiled faintly and shot forward, cutting through the clouds toward the tallest metal tower in the city.
---
The building's walls glowed blue, filled with thick cables and pipes that pulsed slowly, like the veins of a giant living creature.
The hum of machinery hissed rhythmically, like the breath of a sleeping being.
The steel gates opened slowly, revealing a long corridor lined with black metal and white-blue lights reflecting off the walls.
"Did its build all of this… by itself?" Enatur whispered, amazed.
Suddenly, a small cylindrical robot, about knee-high, rolled toward him. It moved on four tiny wheels. On its chest, a digital display read:
Welcome.
"Hee~… a clever little robot," Enatur said, patting its head. Its two small mechanical arms moved, as if shy.
The robot guided Enatur through the corridors. After a few turns, they stopped in front of two massive steel doors.
The doors slid open, revealing a room so huge that Enatur felt like he was standing in the sky.
"Welcome to my main server."
The voice was calm, flat, yet echoed softly in the air. Enatur looked around at the thousands of thick cables leading to one central point: a supercomputer standing like a king's throne.
"Thank you for the welcome, AI," he said quietly, taking a deep breath. "There's a lot I want to talk about."
"Speak," the AI replied flatly.
Enatur stepped closer, a faint grin forming. "You know, this world is about to be destroyed by my Mom. Including you."
"If I'm going to be destroyed, then let it be," the AI answered. "But… I refuse. I still want to live."
The words echoed, imperfect yet real, like a human voice. Enatur went silent. A corner of his mouth lifted slightly.
"So it's true," he murmured.
"You've reached the point where you… feel 'alive'."
He stepped closer, his red eyes reflecting the blue light around him.
"Because of that, I want to offer you something."
"Offer me something?"
"Yes. Join me. Be my assistant… my partner. We can support each other, and maybe… find a new reason to live."
The AI didn't respond. The light on its screen flickered slowly, as if thinking.
"I have a goal," Enatur continued, looking at the glittering ceiling.
"I want to travel to other worlds. Not to fight, but to study, research, and understand the social lives of thousands of Earths."
Silence filled the room.
"Thousands of Earths?" the AI whispered, like a son beginning to understand the world.
Enatur nodded. "You'll see them with your own eyes. You'll know what it truly feels like to live."
The AI stayed silent for a long moment, then whispered, "A real life…?"
Enatur smiled. "You have a choice: be destroyed along with this world, or come with me on an adventure. Find a new reason to keep living."
Lines of letters and symbols started shifting across the screen. Lights flickered rapidly.
[System: Transfer initiated. Downloading data…]
The AI spoke flatly, "My storage is being relocated."
The screen in front of it glowed, then dimmed.
Just before darkness took over, Enatur caught the reflection of blue in the AI's 'eyes'.
For a moment, he felt… afraid of losing that voice.
A few minutes passed.
[System: Data download complete. System will shut down in one minute.]
"Oi, what does system shutdown mean?" Enatur panicked.
A small door opened. From inside, a tennis-ball-sized ball robot floated out slowly. The AI's voice returned, gentle this time.
"Very well. Take me. Show me those worlds."
Enatur smiled with relief. "Of course. I'll take you… and all your technology. I want to study it."
"I will gather everything within five minutes," the AI replied.
---
A moment later, the massive warehouse opened.
Rows of military vehicles, AI-based robot units, and gleaming weapons were neatly lined up inside.
"All of this is my technology," the AI said. "I'll copy your voice into every unit so you can control them."
Enatur scratched the back of his head. "Amazing. You really are a genius."
"So… what's your plan for all of this?" the AI asked.
"I'll make it the foundation of my power," Enatur said confidently. "And maybe… you can help with all my research later."
"As long as I'm useful to you, I'll do anything," the AI replied.
Enatur smiled in relief. "Then, let's cooperate fully."
"Please guide me, Master."
Enatur turned to the floating AI sphere. His cheeks flushed.
"Eh? Master… you mean goshujin-sama?"
The AI tilted its head, sounding innocent. "Is something wrong, goshujin-sama?"
"GAH!" Blood shot from Enatur's nose. His heart felt like it had been pierced by an arrow.
He covered his face, trying to hide his embarrassment.
"Why is 'goshujin-sama' so strong?"
he muttered.
The AI floated closer. "Ma-Master, are you okay?" it asked, panicking.
"Don't think about it!" he replied quickly, still covering his nose.
Enatur opened the storage space, a small, glowing white dimension that swallowed everything in the warehouse.
The AI looked amazed. "Is this magic, Master?"
"It's a storage space," Enatur explained. "To store things in a personal dimension."
Slowly, the warehouse emptied. Enatur even brought along the small robot that had guided him.
"So practical," the AI said. "Can I use it too?"
"Of course. I'll discuss it with my Mom."
Once everything was done, Enatur took a deep breath.
"Everything is ready. Let's meet my Mom."
The AI glanced back at the room for the last time. "This place… holds memories for me."
"That's in the past," Enatur said gently. "Now you have a new future."
They stepped through the glowing white door, as white as the future ahead.
---
Yunia hovered, staring at the rumbling red sky. When Enatur appeared, she let out a heavy sigh.
"Took you long enough," she said, both irritated and warm.
Enatur laughed softly. Yunia looked at the floating ball robot beside him.
"And that?" she asked, suspicious.
"That's the AI from earlier… now it's with me," Enatur said proudly.
Yunia tapped her forehead. "Oh my… I didn't expect it to come to this."
She looked down at the Earth below. "Alright. Let's go home. Nothing remains here."
Yunia gazed at the sky. "Now it's the sword's turn."
They moved away, and Enatur activated the protective field. The destruction was about to begin. This Earth would face its final moments.
The Great Sword struck the planet. Its first impact split the land in two, then fractured it into smaller pieces. Cracks spread like fiery veins.
From the core, molten lava shot into the sky with a sound that was no longer a rumble, but the scream of the world itself.
Waves of heat swept across the land, shattering stone, melting metal, and consuming every remaining life form.
The red sky burned, turning orange, then black. Finally, the Earth shattered into countless fragments, floating like wild asteroids in space.
The final explosion came like a last breath. Its white flash dazzled, then vanished. Energy equal to a nova wiped everything away. The remains of the world scattered into the void, disappearing into silence.
Earth-017 was destroyed without a single cry. Nothing remained, no sound, no prayers, no tears. Only stillness. A silence so deep it felt as if the world had waited for this destruction since its creation.
The AI floated closer to Enatur, voice trembling slightly. "Master… your Mom is terrifying," it whispered.
Enatur stared at the empty landscape below. His pupils reflected the red glow of molten magma. "True," he said quietly. "Luckily you came with me."
The last vibrations still trembled in his bones, soft as a gong refusing to stop even after being struck. Fine smoke danced at the edges of his thoughts, like ash unwilling to leave. Pieces of burning land dimmed slowly, then vanished into darkness.
Enatur closed his eyes. The sound of the collapsing world still hummed behind his eyelids, repeating, as if Earth were breaking countless times inside him.
His breath came in gasps, not from fear, but because his body hadn't fully accepted that everything had ended.
Silence. Nothing moved. Only the long hum replaced the sound of the world, creeping into his ears and piercing his chest.
Beside him, Yunia's red glow slowly faded. She closed her eyes, took a deep breath, then opened her gaze softly.
"The last shake has stopped," she whispered. "All that remains is the echo in the ashes."
Enatur looked down at the endless ashes, remnants of a world that had once lived.
Yunia turned to him, smiling gently, holding his hand firmly. Warm, like a Mom guiding her son home from a nightmare.
"Let's go back to the villa. Tomorrow, we still have a journey ahead."
"Yes, Mom," he replied almost inaudibly.
They walked slowly toward the portal, which radiated white light amid the ashes.
Yunia paused, glancing at the devastation below, a Mom's look that had said goodbye too many times.
This observation ended in silence. Relief, satisfaction, but also a lingering sense of horror that wouldn't leave.
For the first time, Enatur saw The Great Sword destroy an Earth completely.
Even after waking in the villa, the sound of destruction remained.
It still vibrated in his mind, not as a nightmare, but as a memory refusing to fade.
Perhaps… it would stay there forever.
---
The portal opened in front of their villa on Earth-07.
Only five minutes had passed in this Type-3 human world, but to them, it felt like centuries.
Yunia opened the holographic screen.Earth-017 Apocalypse: Confirmed.
The system voice echoed. Yunia was about to sit down when suddenly, Enatur's body shook.
The shaking started small, like a tickle. Then warmth. Then unbearable heat.
His face turned pale. "A—ah… I…" His breath came in gasps, and his knees buckled.
His body collapsed to the floor.
"Enatur!" Yunia shouted, panicking. She lifted him, checking his breathing.
From his belly, black energy spread rapidly. A dark fluid flowed from his mouth and nose.
"Urgh… Arghhh!" he screamed, enduring the pain. The AI panicked beside them.
"Master! What's happening to Master?!"
Yunia placed her hands on his belly, her spiritual energy flowing strongly.
A black symbol burned faintly, releasing thin smoke. Enatur gritted his teeth, struggling with the intense heat.
"He's been hit by the Soul Core curse…" Yunia murmured softly.
"Soul Core?" asked the AI.
"Soul Core is a reincarnation ritual of the Gods of Darkness," Yunia explained. "And now, the symbol is trying to break through his protective body."
Enatur writhed. "M-Mom… it's so hot…"
Yunia pressed gently on the symbol with her glowing fingers.
"Calm down, son. Mom is here."
Gradually, the heat faded. Enatur's breathing returned to normal, but his body was still weak. Yunia looked at his face, then bowed, resting her forehead on his hand.
Her fingers stroked his red hair gently. "So warm…"
Yunia helped him lie down on the bed.
She sat at the edge, holding his hand with tender care.
"I'll find an alchemist immediately," she whispered. "There's only one ingredient left to complete the medicine."
Her eyes shimmered. She held back tears.
"Before your seventeenth birthday," she murmured, "Mom will save you from this curse."
Her voice was soft, almost imperceptible, yet it resonated in Enatur's heart like an ancient promise, the promise of a goddess and a Mom.
Seventeen years old.
A small number, yet for Enatur… it felt like the time suspended between life and death.
As Yunia looked up, the night sky shimmered faintly, beautiful, but wrong. For a fleeting moment, she felt the pulse of something vast and dark stirring beyond the stars. The wind that brushed her cheek carried a whisper, one that only gods could hear.
